All Weather Roofing & Repairs

I was very grateful when Chris answered the phone. Our roof had been speared by a decent size tree branch and I was worried about water damage. Chris came out same day, within a few hours and fixed it quickly and well. I will definitely use All Weather Roofing and Repairs again!

We have used Chris in March and April of 2024 as well a as previous job in December 2020. In all cases, Chris and his helpers were excellent! He was careful to explain what needed to be done and charged a fair price for each job. He was exceptionally careful to remove all debris without making a mess in the house when he dismantled an unused kitchen chimney and patching the hole left by its removal (not leaks afterwards). In the latest jobs, he tracked rain leaks both in a skylight and a fireplace chimney (two problems) and appears to have solved them both. He has promised to return if the problems re-occur and we will certainly turn to him in that case. While working on the skylight he also cleaned it - a step beyond expected!

I called in because my rental property had a leak in the roof and Chris and team came same day and took care of my issue. They even took down some tree branches that was giving a raccoon easy access to the roof. I will absolutely recommend and use these guys again.

We were most grateful to find Chris. He was able to come out and assess a situation that many other companies could not even begin help us with, on a hard to reach two-story roof very close to another building. He is knowledgeable, upfront, reasonable, and made repairs that no one else could even get access to. We will definitely use his services in the future too.

We had a leak above our bathroom and called and Chris came out the next day, showed up on time and diagnosed the problem as our roof around the stack pipe. Within a half hour he had the leak fixed, added a cap to the pipe and we were all set. The cost was beyond reasonable. It was a quality experience overall and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Had a leak that everyone quoted me thousands to fix because it was on the three story roof. Chris quoted me significantly less got on the roof and fixed it in less than 2 hours. I would hire him again 10x over.

Had a leak in our roof during a tornado warning, water coming in through a seam where an add-on was built. Called Chris and he was there in no time. He identified that the problem was not with the roof, but with a window above the add-on, where the previous owners had covered the weepers on the window, causing the water to fill up and flow down into the wall.

He noted that it would only happen when it was both windy and rainy, due to the angle of the rain coming off the adjacent roof, and built a quick jig on the spot to redirect the water flow until we could get the window repaired.

3 months later and we're still dry!

Chris came the same day to fix my wind damaged siding. Did an excellent job. Will call him in the future.

I contacted Chris this morning with a small shingle repair job caused by strong winds we had. He "squeezed" me in the same day and I was thankful because we have rain in the forecast in a couple of days. You can't ask for a better response. He came out and did the repair and noted other nails on roof vents that had not been sealed, so he sealed all of them while he was up on the roof for me. He is reasonable in price and I'm having him come back to do another project for me when he can get me scheduled in. I'm very glad I found him.

Chris did an excellent job explaining everything thoroughly to me and looking for the root cause of my leak. He showed me pictures of the problem and repaired it the same day. Chris also inspected other areas of my roof and made suggestions and repairs to small issues that could cause major damage in the future. I feel blessed to have found an honest and skilled person in Chris that takes pride in his work.

Chris came out promptly and assessed a leak in my roof. While here he found a couple of other minor issues that needed attention to avoid bigger issues coming up in the future. He explained what the issues were and what the viable solutions were. I told him to put me on his schedule to do the other repairs when he had time as they were not in immediate need of attention. The prices he gave me were plenty reasonable and I was glad that i called him and happy with the work he performed. Also thankful that he took the time to point out the other things he saw as issues and discuss what the end result would be if not given some attention. I will update and add to this when he returns to perform those repairs. Always nervous about calling someone to repair something on the house as there are so many out there that either do to little or charge way to much. Neither of these situations applied with Chris.

Chris has performed roof repairs on 3 properties I own and has done a great job on each one. He is very responsive. I like the fact that Chris looks for the root problem before making a fix. He's quite a 'roof detective'. He is inclined to recommend a repair that will last vs. a larger replacement. The quality of his work is great, and he is very reasonably priced. Thanks Chris!

Chris responded to a request that I had made through Home Advisors for roof repairs. He responded quickly, came out and gave me an estimate. He completed the work that same day. He price was very reasonable. I plan to use his services again in the very near future. Thanks Chris!

Chris was fantastic. We had a small return fall off of our roof a month ago in the storm with 50 mph winds. When I contacted him, he was responsive, gave me an incredibly reasonable quote through text pictures alone, and got out to the job very quickly same day. Not only that, but he pointed out another return that was deteriorating and in danger of falling off soon (post-repair he showed me; it was basically mush), as well as a couple of gutters sagging and potentially in danger of falling. He offered to add on the other return and the gutters for less than half again the price of the original job. Within 3 hours of first talking to him on the phone, I had 2 gutters more secure and 2 made-to-order returns up, all done at a low price. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

About 3 weeks ago I noticed a leak in my roof. When it rained the water was coming in through my roof and rolling down to the interior of one of my walls. I called Chris on a Sunday evening and he told me he could come over on Monday. He stopped over on Monday afternoon climbed on my roof and took pictures of the roofing nails popping through the shingles. He said this is common in roofs and told me he can correct it and seal any loose shingles. I was so stressed but he reassured me he would take care of the problem. He did and did an amazing job. It has rained a lot since then and I’m happy to say everything is still good. No leaks. Thank you so much Chris. I would highly recommend you and it is so reassuring that you communicate and show up when you say you will. That is really hard to find in a handyman. Thank you

Overall very satisfied with Chris, I had a major leak with my vent stack pipe. Chris came out in the rain. He said Not a problem, fixed the issue he also did a quick overall inspection of the roof. I am very satisfied with Chris. A+ effort. Thanks a lot for your hard work. Will use his service in the feature.

Chris did an amazing job providing quick and timely service, quality work, and education about the roof repairs needed and potential repairs in the future, all at a great price. He came out the same day I called and started work the next day, completing it in a little less than 2 days.
