Jim Bishop came highly recommended to me from a friend. She was not wrong; Jim was outstanding. I was making roof replacement arrangements from California, on behalf of a family member, so I was not on site to make sure things went well. Jim was very prompt in getting an estimate to me when he said he would. He coordinated with me and the owner, as to when he would arrive, work the job, complete the job, and how I would make payment to him. Very good at keeping me apprised of progress throughout the job and sending me the invoice and warranty information in a timely manner. There was a slight problem with the cable TV not working at the end of the job and he promptly made sure it got taken care of, I believe within a few hours or less. Although I didn’t get to personally meet Jim, I would highly recommend him to anybody based on my communications with him.

Best roofing experience ever! From start to completion, project manager Michael Sanchez and his crew were amazing!! Unforeseen challenges were addressed quickly, with sound solutions and without work stoppage. Our house has been beautifully transformed with high quality materials at a more than fair price. We are beyond satisfied with the end result.

Daniel was prompt and gave us a good quote. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, including when the weather delayed the roof install by a day, and he followed up to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. The roof was professionally installed, even painting the fixtures to better match the roof. The crew worked over 10 hours per day for two days to complete it and we're enjoying having the new roof! We would use their services again.

We had an amazing experience working with Samuel Sojourner from All Weather Roofing. He picked up the phone when we first call in the morning and took care of everything from there. He even took care of communicating with the insurance company and explained everything in the process. I honestly wouldn’t trust any other company to handle roofs. Extremely easy experience.

When I bought my house(repo which had a new roof installed), I had a leak in the guest room. The company that installed the roof had made 2 failed warranty attempts to repair but actually made it worse to the extent the ceiling fell in. After 2 years of trying to get it fixed we had a quarter size hail storm. I had 3-4 estimates and Jim Bishop from All Weather Roofing got my business. The roofing team did an excellent job removing the old roofing, replacing some of the wafer board/sheeting and performing a major repair in the area of the old leak. I was so pleased with the roof that I called Jim back to install seamless gutters which came out excellent! Thank you Jim and the AWR professional team/s! Both the roofers and the gutter teams did a great job of cleaning up and I really appreciate that.
I highly recommend and thank these companies and Jim Bishop as the project manager.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Customer care and relationship is excellent and professional. Workmanship superb. Workers very courteous. We had a 70 mph wind. It blew two ACs off their stands, but the shingling previously done after a prior storm by this company showed no damage at all. Do I recommend them? Ya betcha!

We needed a new roof. This company worked with us and insurance to get it done as quickly as possible at a reasonable cost. Mark, the Project Manager, was easy to contact and proactive in contacting us. The finished the job in one day and left no mess. Extremely satisfied.

After interviewing six different BBB A+ Rated Albuquerque roofing companies for quotes in roof replacement (tar and gravel to TPO) All Weather Roofing was the most reasonably priced (mid-price range) when we compared the highest and lowest quotes for the same services and same product. A huge shout out to Mark Snapp (our Project Supervisor) for understanding this was a large investment for us financially and giving us honest feedback with integrity on areas of our roof that needed replacement more immediately, and what still had excellent life left before replacement is needed. This helped our decision making immensely. Mark was always immediate in answering calls and text messages we had before, during, and after the job was completed. The All Weather Roofing crew that completed the work were prompt, careful, hard working, efficient, and extremely clean and careful on our property. It ended up being a two day job with a few delays before starting due to weather. We are grateful to have found a roofing company who gave us an affordable quote, expertise advisement, open communication, and professionalism from start to end. In September of 2022, I made several attempts to find a professional roofing company to re-roof my residence in Enchanted Hills located in Rio Rancho NM. As a first responder in the local community, I was surprised to learn I was bamboozled by lying crafty roofing salesmen who failed to show up, keep appointments and provide me with any type of written estimate. Rhino roofing came out to my home and flat out lied to me about products and cost, which nearly doubled in the end of the estimate process. In addition, Rhino Roofing set up appointments with me during the estimate process which they failed to show up for or even call to cancel. Another roofing contractor who was doing roofing in the area advised not to call them back after I tried asking for their estimate in writing. Lastly, I reached out to “All Weather Roofing” for an estimate. I spoke to Samantha over the phone who promised to get someone back to me. I immediately received a response from the Project Supervisor “Raul”. I explained to Raul what I needed and the struggles I was encountering trying to secure someone to re-roof my residence. He immediately set up an appointment with me to look at my roof for an estimate. He followed up with me and scheduled a face-to-face meeting to explain his findings. I asked for both a quote on shingling and pro-paneling for my roof. Raul supplied me with both! The process with Raul and “All Weather Roofing” was seamless, honest, and professional. The staff that came out to my residence were prompt, clean and reliable. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, and professional company with staff that understands customer service, I highly recommend “Raul” with “All Weather Roofing” at for all your roofing needs.

They do great work. We're extremely fast and friendly. They do leave nails everywhere. We had a bigger magnet and went over it ourselves and it wasn't a problem.

I have an elderly family member who used this company and it has been an awful experience! To begin, while they were working on the roof they left tons of nails all over the front and back yard, it has been at least a year since the project was completed and we are still finding nails. Since the completion the roof has had several leaks and there is soft spots. The business has been called out 4 times to come and inspect these issues and nothing has been resolved. Now there is black mold forming in the home to which this business has been made aware of and have not repaired any of it. We asked for a refund of our money because we are FED up! We were told we cannot receive any type of refund and told we were being difficult and hung up on. We also asked for the owners number and we were denied that information. For your sanity and your families hard earned money please do not waste your time on this company.

I received good recommendations for All Weather Roofing I called them and Sammy responded quickly gave me a estimate once I approved estimate they sent out a roofer named Jesus who appeared on time did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend All Weather Roofing.

Jim at All Weather Roofing was very Proffessional as were all their staff who installed the new roof. They showed on time and completed the work quickly, cleaned up after and we are really pleased with the results. We would highly recommend All Weather Roofing to anyone in need.

I’ve dealt with several roofing companies and the nightmares that ensued… Sammy at All Weather took care of every detail large and small. I got several quotes and theirs was not the highest. When you get a fantastic job for a good fair price- you got yourself a bargain!
Everything they said they’d do was done- they were in and out in one day. All around the house and all the nails were carefully cleaned up. No surprise price increases, I got a beautiful 40 year roof and I literally couldn’t be happier. It’s rare that I write a review this glowing- but these guys earned it.

From the first contact to the last Chris Garcia and the crew from All Weather Roofing were wonderful to work with. Chris began by working with my mother's insurance company to arrive at an agreed cost for the job. His bid included some changes to bring the utility lines on her flat roof up to code. All 5 of the skylights were replaced as well. His large crew arrived on schedule and kept me informed of the daily progress. These men worked together in efficient small teams for each task. They were kind and considerate with my elderly mother and also quickly corrected a small issue I pointed out.

Today Chris helped me complete a final form for my insurance. He has responded to all of my calls, text and emails within minutes. I highly recommend All Weather Roofing!

They did work on my neighbors roof and threw roofing and nails into my yard. No decency coming to our door and letting us know, I walked outside in my OWN BACKYARD and almost got hit by some roofing. Thats how I found out and saw the complete mess they made.. I had to tell them to pick up the trash they threw in my yard before they left. I'm sure if I didn't say anything, it wouldn't have been picked up by the company. They didn't get it all and left tons of nails and some roofing in my yard!! I have young children that play in my backyard and that is very unsafe. Some of the nails were rusty as well. They would park at an angle in the road and make it almost impossible to pass. They would stand in the road and just talk. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to those around the neighborhood.

While their roofing capabilities seem to be marginally adequate, their care for anything else is lacking. They drove their truck over my yard dislodging landscape rocks, destroying flagstone walkway and breaking sprinklers. Their resolution was to give me $100 for my trouble.
The first rain there was a leak and I also found that roof caps weren’t screwed back on. They sent a semi mobile guy who didn’t to think to bring a drill or caulking gun. I watched in astonishment as he struggled to smear calking on with his hand and I replaced the screws myself.
Although they gave me a decent price it is highly doubtful that I would even bother get an estimate from them again much less use them for my next roof. The damage they caused more than made up for anything I saved by going with the lower price.
Think Twice Before You Use Them

My neighbor was very pleased with his new roof installed by All Weather Roofing (AWR) about a year ago this summer (2019). I, then, decided it was time for us to contact AWR, and fortunately, Samantha Breeding became our main POC for the roofing job. Her roofing crew arrived at the exact date and time as agreed upon. Any questions pertaining to the task, both before and after completion were honestly and truthfully answered by Samantha.

My roof is flying off flapping in the wind. They are bad. Nobody can help because of a fake person who is never there and rude too on the phone if you have a problem. No after hour support and no support. Visited and said it is fine but not windy sounds like people are bowling up there.

I called at 9:30 am on Monday morning, Nov 5. Its now Tuesday Nov 6 at 6:20 pm. Still waiting for a call back just get a estimate appt. If this is how you do business, I'd rather not contract you. Too bad, i was going to pay cash.The receptionist was really rude on the phone also. Unsatified potential customer!!

We had a man come to our home trying to sell a roof-even though ours had been replaced one year prior. Soon as I told him "no thank you" he started throwing his hands in the air and gave me an attitude like an adolescent girl. Very unprofessional and immature. We could never tust such people to evaluate or repair our home.

I am so pleased that I answered my front door to Samantha Breeding!
Not saying I wasn’t skeptical to an unknown, unexpected business woman at my door, however, it was fate. My roof had sustained severe damage from the fall 2016 hail storm and I was very dissatisfied with the referrals and bids received thus far. Fearing I had no choice but to settle for one of these sub-par companies, along comes Samantha and her associate Sammy.

It was immediately apparent that she was knowledgeable, sincere and authentic. She not only answered my questions with patience and clarity but also my other family members who quizzed her remotely from two other states. We researched AWR on BBB and Angie’s List and the reviews matched the references supplied.

Their estimate was detailed and straightforward yet easy to understand.
Samantha promised to commit her most qualified crew to my home, stop by daily as did the owner, all under the constant eye of a project manager – and they did.
Every individual on the crew was professional, polite and conscientious about their work and the demolition of roofing materials around my gardens and yard.

I cannot state enough how pleased I was with the outcome and professionalism of Samantha and every crew member during a stressful situation.
If you are a victim of this past storm or just in need of a new roof, do yourself a favor – call All Weather Roofing..but request to work with Samantha Breeding – you will be glad you did.

Would not recommend this company at all!!!! We were debating between this roofing company and 2 other companies but the sales person assured us that they were the best in the business and they would give us what the other company would be giving us because USAA was paying a high & awesome rate per square ft than other insurance companies! Huge mistake!!!!
1st we had to call them to come back, more than once, to clean up the hundreds of nails they left all around our property creating flat tires on our vehicles! 2nd they didn't install the ridge vents as specified on contract and if we had not called they would have never installed them!!! The receptionist said that wasn't included in our contract and we told her it was on there, she placed us on hold and comes back, oh yea it is, well get that done. 3rd they agreed to put synthetic felt on but after the job was completed we find they used paper felt! Upon complaining the receptionist says the owner will call you back, waited for 2 days, no call and we have to call back and the receptionist says the owner can only give his sincere apologies!!! Shortly after the sales person, who we signed the contract with and assured us, called us saying he was mad at the company and that wasn't right but we want to offer you a couple restaurant cards and an extra 5 year warranty. We said you told us that the work was going to be done as we agreed and how come it wasn't done and he said the company didn't see the type of felt in time before ordering supplies!! This has been a horrible experience!! We have yet to have a call back from the owner, himself, who keeps asking his receptionist or staff to call us!
