All Weather Roofing

I , like so many others lost half my roof to Milton. One of my neighbors had recommended All Weather. His roof was put on 3 or 4 years ago & it has held up beautifully. I called and got on the waiting list. After these disasters one needs to remember how many others lost roofing as well. So when they came it was early, the crew was polite and answered questions patiently. They have been in business for 40+ years and there is a reason.
They do mobiles and that's it . And they have honed their craft to be one of the best in our area. The roof looks really great! I am beyond happy with their work and I have and will continue to highly recommend them.

Erik, Gabriela and Owen won’t let you down when it comes to roofing. Give them a chance because AWR works hard to live up customers’ demands.

So this review was initially a 2/5 due to no response on some concerns I list below - after the below review was posted All Weather called me about 40 minutes later to respond to concerns and sent the service manager Josh out (who is awesome) the NEXT DAY and addressed all my concerns - happy with results

2nd set of pics show full metal strips added to TPO flashing which I believe will better hold flashing down in high winds.

THE INITIAL REVIEW: The sales experience is wonderful - friendly attentive, however during the actual install I had some concerns and all of a sudden salesman referred me to "corporate" and attitude changed.

Install crew foreman was NOT friendly - probably didn't appreciate me asking questions during entire install process and when I questioned why they were screwing down the TPO flashing over my metal lanai amd carport with just a screw and not a metal plate they stated "that's just how they do it" and I replied "without a metal strip holding TPO material down instead of just a screw how can that possibly not rip under high winds" ? Reply was that how we do it.

Other concerns include when they screw down the foam board over the ridge they should have used more washer anchors because you can see the seam to the next foam board is higher and trying to come up (lifting). Also material is "baggy" in spots because it wasn't pulled tight before being screwed to the perimeter - all concerning

As I look through my neighborhood there are multiple homes done with that 1 screw down flashing process and their vinyl is now "flapping"

I even asked they just drop off those metal strips (they use to screw down perimeter of TPO) and I'd do that myself and I HAVE GOTTEN ZERO RESPONSE.

They did send someone out for what I thought was to address my concerns (who stunk of pot) and he did nothing and said he was just an installer but inferred that what I was requesting would an additional cost AFTER PAYING $10,000 !!!!! No freakin way ...

A side note: last year this same company quoted us $7200 for the roof job with the only difference being I added roofing over my back 12'x18' back lanai - what an increase ...

A well run business that cares about customer service would as least call the customer back with a response rather than a NO response - very disappointing.

Time will tell if this flashing and actual roof will hold up but I should have gotten estimates from other companies and I'd urge others to do

Bottom line I would recommend All Weather Roofing

Ty all weather roofing! Used u all ready few yrs ago for a tpo roof and used you this year for another tpo that was destroyed by milton! Hopefully it wont get tested tonight

I was completely amazed watching the team of workers from All Weathers Roofing dismantle the old roof and replace the new roofing. The roof portion of the team stayed on the roof with ground team suppling them the new materials without any waiting, always working. Both sections of the team doing an outstanding jobs. Then the rain gutter appeared and continued with outstanding roof.

All weather replaced our roof damaged by Ian. They did a good job. Kept their word and did It when they said they would. Reasonable price. Honored their warrantee when we had minor damage from Milton. Neighbors have had the same good experience. Office staff polite and competent. Integrity all around.

All Weather Roofing was very prompt as they said they would be there between 7:30 and 9:00 am. They were there at 7:55 am. They started unloading the truck immediately and getting everything in place on the roof. When the second truck arrived they started working immediately. They completed the roof and cleaned up at 2:00 pm, 6 hours from arrival to departure. Everyone worked very hard and never stopped until the work was completed. Eric the foreman was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend All Weather Roofing. I’m very pleased with my new roof.

Was here and gave a verbal quote. I told him we needed a written quote. Never got back to me. I sent 3 Messages and saw that he read it, but still no reply or estimate. Called his office and was told they would help and get ahold of of him… still nothing…grrrrrrr

They did a great job on our home removing and replacing entire roof and including TPO added to our carport. The added gutters and spouting work was outstanding.

I am very sad with this Company, I put my roof in 2020 and Milton get off, so where is my warranty, I call them at the next day of Milton, but they didn't get solution to my problem, then I call them again because My house is a Mobile home, I need to fix my roof soon, but neither they don't give me an appoint for to check my roof, they say that have many people before me got appointments, they are crazy!! if I call them first I'm sure, I sent pictures of my problem, but they don't give to me a brake. I need to fix my roof.

Updating our experience. Milton came straight at us. I'm pleased to say our roof, installed at the beginning of the year (2024), held in place. We have used this company to roof 2 different trailers that we lived in and both times the roofs held for us.

This company put a roof on my home one year ago. I realize in the contract it says they don't cover for hurricanes, but they are supposed to cover for poor workmanship. Hurricane Milton took our roof when I contacted all weather roofing after being told the roof had not been done correctly and had been done as cheaply as possible. They would not even talk to me. I am very disappointed in this company and I will never use them again, we paid $8000 for a roof that no longer exist and they couldn't have cared less. At least they could have done is come out look at the roof and offer some kind of compensation. Very poor business ethics.

DO NOT RECOMMEND: roof doesn’t last.
Our 2-year old roof that All Weather installed was “guaranteed” to sustain 150- MPH winds, but it blew off at recorded 99 MPH.

The TPO Rubber-over-metal roof they installed 2 years ago did not last through Milton. Our home is a manufactured home, like all other 263 homes in our park, many of which All Weather installed. Almost all roofs were ripped off.

CONTACT: They do not answer the phones (way past the power outage), only take online applications for estimates & do not return ANY communications.

WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE! They told the former owners that they could transfer their warranty to new owners…that’s only true if we (the new owners) would pay $1,000 for the remaining years since the 20-year-warranty! So, it’s only transferable if the new owners pay & it’s ONLY for malfunctioning parts, NOT for the work done.

SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP: As you can see from the picture, the round pieces that hold the edges & are screened into the roof, most pulled right out. If they would have secured more into the roof, the TPO might have stayed on. Most of the insulation stayed on & the only thing that protected our property inside was our sturdy aluminum roof…not All Weather’s workmanship.

I am more upset that they don’t have enough decency to hire someone to answer the phones or get back with their clients. Every other roofing company answers the phones at least.

I do not recommend.

5 star are not enough for your company. I’ve been recommending AWR for years. And I have one of my own. Today, your guys were in Piney Point. Asking if they can help tarp roofs and giving info to residents in need. Kudos again to your company and your standard of excellence.

Work was done on time and the crew were professional. The price was fair and competitive. The office crew kept us in the loop while in the cue for getting the work done. The person who gave us the quote was on time, easy to understand, and no hidden fees.

If you have a flat roof or small attic space as we do I highly recommend a "roof over" system by these guys. The increase in insulation value was tremendous. I couldn't get my house below 80° on hot summer days and my central a/c ran all day. Now I don't even use it and my small mini split a/c cools like magic. We actually get chilly in the evening now. Wish I had done it years ago. Worth the investment!!! Super quiet also, can barely hear the rain.

All Weather Roofing did a great job with sealing the roof of our metal building and installing the acrylic application. All the leaks stopped and the temperature inside the building has reduced.

Great service! Honest and timely after suffering a complete loss of my roof from a hurricane! I had direct contact to answer my questions from the owner. Would definitely recommend the team. The office staff fell short but understandable with what they were dealing with at the time.

Our home in Holiday Travel Park received a new roof-over from “All weather roofing” in March 2022.

Then we were hit by Hurricane Ian on 29 September. The new roof-over held up very good.

We have been trying to get a hold of “All weather” to come out and help with a couple of trim pieces on the roof.

Theses guys are good! No problem working with them. Juan Hernandez and his crew were always polite and respectful to the client. Answered all the questions I asked. They did my roof 1.5 years ago and it is still in great shape despite some big storms! They were efficient. Cleaned everything up after. Left no trace that work had been done. The staff are wonderful. Total 5 star operation!

We had used ALL WEATHER ROOFING when my mother in laws mobile home developed multiple leaks during a major storm. They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job replacing the roof.
We were in the process of fixing up the interior of our mobile home, and thought it made sense to replace the original roof on our home. We requested the same crew do ours. They showed me how the orig. gutters were broken and useless. They immediately dispatched another truck and technician with the seamless gutter equip. and they completed the entire job quickly and did a fantastic job again. A great group of conscientious guys, and the office was very pleasant to deal with also. Recommend them highly!

These guys were very professional and did a great job as far as I can tell. We've only had 1 hard rain so far, but nothing leaked , so that's progress! lol
My only issue, was that they promised to hang a few downspouts for me, but needed to secure a few parts to do that. They promised to be back the next day, but no one has ever shown up.

The crew showed up exactly when scheduled, they worked fast and cleaned everything up. We immediately noticed a difference in how cool the house stayed and the a/c ran a lot less and we had this done the beginning of July 23 when the weather got hot for several weeks straight. Very pleased with this roof.

So far so good. They are asking for this review before the new roof has been installed. A bit early I'd say to give an accurate review. I do like what I see from other jobs they have done close to me. I feel I have chosen the right company for the job ! Job is now completed as scheduled. These guys did a fantastic job, I was most impressed. The icing on the cake is as follows. The inspector from the town came by to view the work and give his approval, which he did. He then said to me " there and many companies that do this work, you picked the right one " .

Very satisfied at all levels. Sales representative, installation crew, and very good pricing. Very professional staff, competent and on schedule.

Workers (4) arrived promptly & started preparing my home. They then got going & didn’t stop until they were done - a little over 4 hours later. The roof is beautiful! They cleaned up my property & took the debris with them. Exceptional service start to finish.

The workers showed up when they said they would. They all worked hard to get the job done. All debris was picked up and removed.The job was complete from start to finish in about 7 hours! My roof looks awesome. I would recommend this company!

We had a leak on our roof we called All Weather and they were so kind of to bump us up in their list. His workers came in at 7:30 in the morning and were done around 10:30.

My husband and I are still amazed with how quickly the job was done. First thing we noticed having the roof done in winter, our place is between 5-10 degrees warmer due to the added insulation. We are thrilled with this as it takes less time to warm up the trailer and are hoping that this summer, it will be cooler in here too.

Thank you, and thank your installers for a job well done!! (My only regret now is that I didn't take the time to cut a few branches down when the old roof was on the trailer! That's a should've, could've but didn't regret.)

Our All Weather roof survived beautifully through hurricane Ian. The unfortunate neighbors were devastated and we recommended All Weather and they are now happy new customers.

The All Weather Roofing team was fast and efficient. I wasn't sure, at first, about having a rubber roof, but I'm very glad I went with their recommendation. As promised, my electric bill is lower, and they are very helpful with any concerns you may have.

After Hurricane Ian we needed our roof inspected to see what worked needed to be done. Please remember this was after a major event and everything was backlogged, yes it did take a couple of months for repair and there was a waiting list for both inspection and repair. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. We had this company out and they did my grandmas roof and seemed to do a good job. Well the first heavy rainstorm came and we had a leak. No big deal it happens and they came out and fixed it. Another rainstorm came and it leaked again same spot. Still I’m cool with it they came and fixed it. A few rainstorms come no leak everything was great. Then another leak developed and they came out and fixed it supposedly.well we just had another rainstorm and it leaking in the same spot again. They have been very comunnicative and they do come out and fix it so that’s awesome. But it just seems like we are having a lot of problems for 13000$ my name is Roy rivers and the address is 1235 Dover cir apopka florida. We have already contacted y’all and my grandma said yall came out Monday and fixed it. My complaint isn’t with yall holding to your word because yall have come out every time and fixed it but im frustrated because it has happend so many times

I contacted them after hurricane Irene. After a few days a sales
rep. showed, took measurments, and gave us a quote, for a roof
over on my double wide modular home. It took time for the county
building permit, but once was approved they had my roof done in
3 days. As far as Im concerned it was the best money i ever spent.

Great looking roof, we were back north when they did the work. Any issues we had, were addressed very quickly and completed to our liking. Quite pleased.

This is the second time we have used All Weather Roofing. Their quality roof took the impact of a huge tree that hit my house and it could have been a lot worse damage if I did not have this roof!
