They installed our Water Heater and took out the old one which sprang a leak and looked like it wasn’t installed properly in the first place. Kings Plumbing installed the new one correctly and even put in new pipes color coded for hot and cold and plumbed the overflow valve which was not hooked up on the old one and they installed a shut off valve on top within reach whereas the old one was put way in the back and I couldn’t shut off even with wrenches. Very professional and great and took the old one away along with the cardboard boxes.

I called these guys three times left them three messages. Finally about a week later a lady called me up and said she had messaged to call me when she had done what she had not done. I think they're so damn busy they just can't keep up with everything however I do believe that a business should be business like and return calls as soon as possible

Franklin and crew called before they came, worked on and corrected each problem and checked to make certain each item was installed without leaks. Thank you for a a job well done, especially removing the garbage disposal! I am happy, happy.
