I recently had my roof replaced by All Pro Roofing. I had a great experience. Jason came out and provided us with a detailed quote for everything that was included in our rolled roof replacement. Everything showed up on time from the dumpster to the roofing materials and finally the crew. They started on time and finished just about the entire job in 1 day. They had to come back to finish up some final touches even with the afternoon thunderstorms, but communicated with me throughout the job. I would highly recommend them for your roof if you are looking for someone you can trust and does a great job.

My experience with everyone I dealt with from All Pro Roofing was extremely positive. The office staff and roof inspector I spoke with and the team of installers were efficient and did an amazing job - my roof looks beautiful.

I had a great experience with All Pro Roofing. Steve came out and looked at the damages on my flat roof and gave me an estimate for the repairs. They scheduled the repairs as soon as we had a rain free day. Steve sent me pictures as they went along for the extra wood that was needed for the job.
These guys hustled to get my flat roof done before the rain storm that night. In one day it was done!!! They cleaned up their mess and did an amazing job!!!
Steve came out on a Sunday to fix more shingles that needed replaced. Told me he would be here at 9:30 and he showed up right on time.
Steve is a great Pittsburgh guy. Honest and gets the job done correctly. He is a great asset to this company!!! Will call them again for my next roof.

All Pro Roofing of Casselberry provided an exceptional experience from start to finish in replacing our roof. Above and beyond customer service was exhibited when an unexpected need arose when all the peel and stick on my roof came off with the old shingles. I wanted to replace it instead of using the planned standard underlayment. This required revision and approval of the permit as well as providing many roles of peel and stick to be hand carried to up to the roof..This was all done in a timely manner on that first day of the roof replacement with everything being accomplished without missing a beat. The workmanship was excellent. I can highly recommend everyone on the team from Steve, who was my initial contact providing an estimate, to Jason, the owner, who came out to do the complementary wind mitigation inspection and 4-point inspection that was included with the re-roofing project. Everything was done at a very competitive price. All Pro was recommended by my next door neighbor whose roof was replaced several years ago—Thanks Bill. THANKS All Pro.

We had a positive experience with our recent roof replacement with All Pro Roofing. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable from the initial estimate through the install. He was patient with us as we were also dealing with insurance. He was always available to answer questions and offer support. Communication was excellent. Ellany in the office was also very helpful and kind. Oscar the project supervisor on the day of the install kept us informed and followed up the day after to see if we had any questions. The crew on the day of the install was hard working and efficient. They were able to complete our project in one day. They were very thorough in cleaning up everything at the end of the day. On february 12 the crew arrived at 7am and got straight to work. They pretty much worked nonstop throughout the day except to take lunch or small breaks. The Foreman Jose, explained the things that came up that were unexpected like areas of wood rot that had be replaced.He did not treat me like I was stupid. I will highly recommend this company to my friends and family in the future.

The crew was extremely quick and neat. I had learned that the noise of them working might be unbearable. I have exceptionally acute hearing and I found the noise to be quite pleasant. The manager of the group was efficient to take my payment at the close of their day. They started and finished the room of my 2400 sq ft home in one day, starting at 7AM and finished about 4:30pm. These are great workers.

All pro roofing did a good job on the roof but what a nightmare we’re having now. The job was done in one to two days but I’m sorry to say that all pro roofing is not as great as I thought. After the roof was done they fail to tell me what was really happening underneath the gutters when it was removed. NOT ONCE DID THEY EVER TOLD ME THAT THE BACK FASCIA BOARD THAT GOES BEHIND THE GUTTERS OF THE HOUSE WASN’T GOOD. SO THEY REPLACED THE GUTTERS WITHOUT FIXING THAT BACJK FACSI BOARD. THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE US THE OPTION TO TELL US WHAT WAS GOING ON AND LET US THE HOME OWNERS TO HAVE A CHOICE TO GET IT FIXED. THEY FIX THE ROOF WITH REPLACING SOME 2x4’s and an extra board and they didn’t tell us about it but charged us anyways. We paid. Now they are wanting us to sign off on a project that they should have fix from the beginning. Now there claiming that for them to come out and fix that back fascia board they want us to pay them $650 more out of OUR pockets to fix something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT & NOT TRY TO STICK US WITH THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED from the beginning they where up on that roof. It makes NO sense having a beautiful roof and doing a half a— job being very noticeable. I’ve tried to no end with them and all I’ve been getting is sign the paper work so the roofers can get paid that to me is said how roofers or workers get away from doing the right job. My lesson on this situation is never do a review until the WHOLE PROJECT IS FULLY DONE cause there’s always a way to cut corners and that’s what they did was CUT CORNERS! Pictures on the roof is already showing look at the cutting corners they did on a house. Now you guys tell me who’s responsible to get this done without no cost to the homeowners. Simply little thing that could have been fix from the VERY BEGINNING Is turning out to be a total nightmare. You tell me is this something you want to happen to you? Look good at the pictures. We will never recommend AllPro roofing cause they make everything look good but they tried to hide the big fascia board by saying all you need to do is clean it with Clorox bleach and it will get clean just fine. That to me is poor customer service.

ALL Pro Roofing has been the most the most Professional Company I have worked with since moving to Florida. From office staff to field rep to installation crew all have been top notch! My roof looks perfect! I would absolutely recommend and work with them again! 10/10

All Pro Roofing did a great job on my roof and I am satisfied with the result, however they did not go about it in the neatest way. I was at work and came home on my lunch break and they had materials as well as garbage scattered all across my yard and driveway. I went back to work and came home after they had finished and supposedly “cleaned everything up and passed over the property with a magnet many times” to find not only random pieces of plastic (cellophane and hard plastic) and roof material still throughout my yard, but nails as well! This is what was found in only 2 minutes. I have four dogs and all of this debris was left in the fenced in area that they inhabit. I hope that there isn’t anything else lying around for them to potentially choke on. Not pictured are also more nails that were found on my doorstep and in my driveway along with random bits of trash. I appreciate that the work was done quickly and the roof looks nice, but I wish they would’ve been a little more thorough with the cleanup.

The project manager Oscar Martinez and his crew did a promptly, attention to details and excellent job replacing and repairing my roof. They are really professional and also have great communications. I highly recommended their services.

Allpro Roofing did a great job replacing my old roof. They are very well organized and efficient. Told you what they were going to do and did exactly that at the times they specified. My chimney leaked during heavy rains and after asking several neighbors for recommendations I called All Pro Roofing. My experience with All Pro Roofing was exceptional. Amazing service from All Pro! Called them after a hurricane because I found roof shingles in the yard. They came out immediately and fixed the issue on the spot! Jason is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Would definitely recommend and use them again!!!

All Pro Roofing Installed my new roof plus they removed the old roof that had two layers of shingles. Replaced all the damage plywood and repaired my leaks that were on my back porch. We've been dealing with a leak from our chimney for roughly 3 years and had two other roofing companies come out and "fix" the issue only to have the leak return a few months later. We were referred to All Pro and I can't thank Steve and Jason enough for coming by to identifybthe issue, quickly getting us on their schedule, and fixing it correctly at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you have a roofing issue.

I've got to say, when I started looking for a company to reroof my house I went to all the highest rated companies (many of those you see advertisements for on TV). After speaking with and getting quotes from six different roofing companies I decided to go with All Pro! The reasoning here was simple; they were knowledgeable, personable, consistently followed up, and everyone I dealt with was top notch. I woke up Wednesday to someone on my roof,happily it was a roofing crew from all pro roofing.Angel and his crew were fast at work shingles flying everywhere.He kept me informed all day and before you knew it they were done.They started at 6:30 Am and by five thirty they done then they preceded to clean up and I mean clean up.It looked like a chain gang four workers shoulder to shoulder they covered the whole yard twice.I later went out and could not find one piece of trash WOW was I surprised. My roof sustained damage during a hailstorm, and my insurance company recommended All Pro Roofing to do a roof replacement. I am very glad they did! They clearly explained and confirmed dates for the few process steps involved - necessary permits, material delivery, dumpster delivery, re-roofing job. They handled it all. Prior to the job, I had a great conversation with Angel, who shared some background information about the company (all very positive), his long association with the company, and his experience. Also, he made sure to protect my paver driveway from any damage a dumpster could cause. After speaking to him, I was confident they were the best contractor for me.

Everything went as planned, except for a 1 day weather related delay to do the job, unavoidable and understable. Then, they got the job done in just 1 day! Good, hard-working crew and very professional. The dumpster was picked up the very next morning. It was great having use of my garage again so quickly. Angel returned a couple of days later for one final check of their workmanship and some very minor clean-up. Greatly appreciated.

I love my new roof. The people were courteous at all times. The experience with this company was 100%. The roofers did an amazing job.

Two years after patching my roof, I finally developed another leak (unrelated to the patch) and had the roof replaced by All-Pro. They were very responsive in scheduling the job (soon after the holidays at my request), very careful in their delivery of the shingles and other materials, and basically just very careful of my house altogether! I have a pretty large roof so the job took two days as they had predicted (although a good bit of second day was wasted waiting on Winter Springs required interim "inspection"). I also have quite a bit of professional landscapiing across the front and north end of my house which they covered with tarps to protect from damage during old roof removal. They were very thorough in their cleanup, going all over my property several times with magnetic sweepers to gather up loose roofing nails. The owners are very personable and professional and so was the supervisor on my job. The super even came back the day after to follow-up and help me remove and clean a skylight glass in my guest bath that I can no longer take down myself!
I'm very happy with the new roof and would recommend All-Pro highly to anyone else looking to replace their roof!

We neded a new roof for quite some time and I had between 5 or 6 quotes done. A neighbor had a sign up from All Pro and I called them, they promptly responded to my message and Steve came for the estimate. He was great and explained the process, choices and prices. They where not the cheapest, but that's not what we where looking for, they weren't the most expensive either, the price was fair from the get go! The whole staff was super responsive, respectfull and professional. Needless to say, hahaha we are very happy and relief that our new roof is up :)
