I needed a quick repair done at one of my listings (I'm a realtor) and International roofing was able to come out incredibly quickly to assess the issue, provided me a quote the same day, and was able to complete the work less than a week later. We hired International Roofing for our tile roof replacement. We have a large home and a separate guest house that needed all new underlayment, tiles and gutters. I must say I was nervous with the size, projected time, cost and most of all labor of getting rid of the old then getting the new tiles up and set. I have put 4 roofs on different homes and international Roofing was middle of the road with pricing, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. This team worked very hard to anticipate "bare roof" time, which in southwest Florida during the rainy season is tricky. Cant say enough good things! Roof leak repaired within 24hours. Also, decided to do roof restoration, done quickly...professionally, great job!!

They came out quickly to tarp the roof when the leak was discovered but did not go in the attic to assess where the leak was coming from. Ultimately, they ended up tarping the wrong part of the roof. Luckily, we had not further damage. They came out a few days later to look for the leak in the attic and found where it was located. A price was quoted with an itemized list of repairs. We accept and they were out the next day to repair the leak. Due to not needing new materials on the itemized list (roof tiles and plywood), we thought the final invoice would be adjusted. It was not and it was explained that the quote was a flat fee regardless of the repairs. Ultimately, we were able to come to an agreement and they were understanding of the confusion. Overall, we were satisfied with how quickly they were able to repair our room. It was just the billing that caused some confusion, but that was handled.

International Roofing is a step or two above the rest. The staff and field team work with excellence and their customer care is five star.

The response time from International Roofing after our contact with them was very impressive. They were quick to provide a tarp to prevent further damage and also very quick to provide an inspection of the cause of our roof leak. They were honest that a repair was not necessary, that the leak was due to wind blowing rain into a roof vent. We had them inspect the entire roof and restore any areas where cracking had occurred and seal around vents in order to preserve the integrity of the roof. Communication with Lorena, Marcelino, Daneel and Juan was excellent. Highly recommend their services!

Terrible craftsman. Refused to return to fix after manufacturer of tiles told them it was installed incorrectly and not water tight. Bunches of bent and damaged tiles. They put a lien on my house . I had to hire an attorney to get them to come fix the roof. Look them up on YouTube and I am sure my video punch list will show up. Judge their quality yourself. $72k roof replacement.

The entire team that showed up to figure out and fix this leak we had was amazing. The roofing team up on the roof had quite the task with some troubleshooting found it was an tile beneath a tile; on a roof slant causing this leaking into the garage. And they kept me posted the entire time. I appreciate their quick services from initial bid call to the time they came out to fix (~1 week).

I contacted International Roofing for a new construction project that was novel for Southwest Florida. I had a lot of questions about various roofing options, the potential cost, and the implications for hurricane resiliency and whether a particular roof is best for insuring the property. They were very helpful in giving me all the answers to my many questions and providing explanations for options. With their information I was able to speak to my architect about the plans to submit for permitting. I will be using this company in the future to complete the roofing project for the new construction and look forward to working with them.

They were great from prior repairs to the completion of the new roof. I've used them for years now and have always had timely service. Even off hours, they have been very responsive. The new roof was a very competitive bid and they did a great job.

Also had soffit - fascia replaced. Hurricane Ian caused extensive damage throughout the area. The Vargas family runs a tight ship. Well organized. Punctual. Reasonable price. This wasn't the lowest price we received, nor was it the highest. They have properly earned the 4.8 rating. No problem with passing inspection by the city.

I, like many others in Cape Coral, had roof damage due to Hurricane Ian and needed a new roof. I got many estimates but decided to hire International Roofing as my contractor and I am so glad I did. I originally spoke with Mark who sent me my quote for the roof, gutters, and soffits. He answered all my questions and as I am selling my home, was able to get me quickly on their schedule. Once contracted, I was talking with Danny who handled the scheduling and repairs. Their team was there when they said they would be and removed the rest of the tiles Hurricane Ian left behind. They prepped the roof, had the inspections and began putting up the roofing, gutters and soffits. They do their best not to damage your property. Unfortunately, removing the old roofing broke our well pump. International Roofing immediately repaired our pump…no questions asked. Our home looks fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and now it looks like a brand-new home!! It was indeed a pleasure working with International Roofing. They are reasonable, hardworking and do exactly what they say they would do. You don’t have to chase them down to get the job done. I feel truly blessed to have International Roofing replace my damaged roof.

During a heavy rainstorm, I started noticing water leaking from the ceiling. The next morning I spoke with Lorena at International Roofing and explained the problem. The next day Marcelino came over to visually inspect the roof and provided me with a reasonable estimate. I researched products, companies and looked at actual product on homes. I wanted an alternative to tile that (in my opinion) is getting boring, has to be cleaned frequently and breaks. I ultimately chose the Brava tile which is a synthetic product and can be made to look like slate, cedar shakes and Spanish tile. I then chose International Roofing LLC and both choices far exceeded my expectations. I'll admit I was nervous trying something new but I love it and the wonderful compliments keep on coming.
