Greetings, We really love our Sunsetter awning.
Just a couple of things: We never heard from the salesperson since signing the contract, no follow up, nothing. The second thing is we need an adjustment because the arms are clearly an issue, I'm short but still hit my head. We we assured this would not be an issue. ????

We are very pleased with the new window shade! It's good addition to our home and does exactly what we wanted it to do. Keeps the extreme heat out of the house. Thank you for the professional and manual labor. We will definitely let friends and family know about your great service.

Needed to have my roof cleaned and these folks did an outstanding job! Roof looks like new again and they cleaned up all of the dust and debris when they were finished. Would recommend them for any surface cleaning project and I will definitely use their services in the future.

We hired All Surface Cleaning to do some gutter repair and cleaning, roof vent replacements, roof soft wash and moss treatment. Communication was all very clear, prompt, and professional and provided reassurance that we had hired the right company for the job. Alberto, Juan, and Gustavo did excellent work. I really appreciated that Alberto was willing to take before and after photos so that I could visualize the roof better (our roof is so high up, that I will never be able to climb up there). Alberto went above and beyond to make sure our roof will last as long as possible. The only thing that didn't go as planned was that the description only included replacing 7 vents, but when the team got up there, they noted that there were actually 8 vents. I had to run to HD to pick up an 8th vent, but I did appreciate that Alberto made me aware of the situation and was willing to install the final vent when I got back. Overall our experience with All Surface was excellent and I would recommend this company.

Giovani and Fermin from All Surface Cleaning replaced the fabric on my SunSetter awning. They showed up at the scheduled time, did a great job cleaning the awning and replacing the fabric. They were definitely knew their jobs, were friendly and answered all my questions.

The crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the roof, as well as cleaning up the debris that was produced.

I have a house with tall trees in the backyard which results in lots of pine cones, branches, needles, etc. sitting on the roof. Had All Surface come out to give an estimate, once I gave the go-ahead they were able to come out a few days later and knocked the work out in a few hours. Roof was spotless and they left the backyard cleaner than they found it, which was impressive given how much debris was blown off the roof.

All Surface did a great job of restoring our deck to pristine condition. The crew, headed by Jorge, replaced damaged boards, then cleaned and stained the two level deck. Megan scheduled our project as early as weather allowed, which we appreciated. We have used All Surface for deck maintenance for many years and recommend them highly.

All Surface came to our house on time and proceeded to climb atop our steep roof on our 3-level home. They cleaned off more moss than I had expected given the short time frame in their proposal. All the debris from the roof was removed meticulously and our gardens looked great afterwards. We have been using All Surface for years and are never disappointed.

This is our second time using All Surface for our gutter cleaning and they do a great job. They clean up so well you hardly know they were there and they are VERY friendly and hard working. Highly recommend using them.

The guys did an extremely thorough and professional job. They worked hard and cleaned everything up. I know it took longer than expected. The estimate was done promptly and in person. I’m convinced soft brush is the way to go to sustain the life of your roof. The remaining moss quickly turned white after the roof was treated. I have no doubt it will slowly “weather off” over the next few months.

He was prompt about coming out to do the estimate, explained the process in detail, the price was fair and the crew who worked that day were conscientious about cleaning off the moss and leaving our yard and driveway clean. We plan to use them again and don't hesitate to recommend!

Thanks for all the great service from everyone involved. Have had previous roof cleaned several times. That roof had bad moss and it was great when cleaned. My new roof just needed the fir needles removed.

The crew, led by Jorge, was very polite. They took off their shoes when the entered the house. Surveyed the situation and decided to access the awning via ladders over the house rather than through the house. Very thoughtful. They cleaned them well, scrubbed the green algae from the material and the arms. They are now working better and more efficiently than before. Overall, an excellent job.

I would definitely hire them again! My roof and gutters look like new. Excellent job and nice people to work with. And good price, too.

Editing to add for most recent work (July 2025) - once again, an excellent experience with All Surface. They were able to send someone out to give an estimate on power washing and re-staining our back deck. Once accepted, they were able to schedule the job (2 phases) within a few business days. The final result is a beautiful "like new" deck. Thanks to Giovani and his team members David and Moises. Great service from start to finish!

Power washed and refinished front entry deck. Since work was weather dependent, scheduler called the day before to reconfirm day and time. Workers introduced themselves and confirmed work to be done. Left work area clean and neat after each of the two trips. Courteous and professional. Would use the company again.

All Surface is an excellent company, staffed by friendly, thorough, careful, meticulous teams. Today's work (a high pressure/deep cleaning of my shake roof and a cleaning of gutters guards) was accomplished excellently. Great work, thoroughly cleaned, and the surrounding areas also thoroughly cleaned afterward. Absolutely the best.
