We had a new roof put on 12 years ago. It leaked from the very beginning. They came several times to repair. It didn’t work. We have had to repair Sheetrock twice and repaint. The roof was manufactured by Owens-Corning. They had known issues but All Seasons didn’t pass this on to us. When the roof was first installed, one of the workers fell off the roof because he fainted. He was illegal but we’ve insisted he be taken by ambulance to the hospital. It was installed incorrectly by workers who didn’t know roofing. We were never given a follow up about the day worker. The receptionist was very different. I did file a complaint with the BBB. It was resolved we believed. It leaked again and again. Now they just quit calling back when we said they needed to replace it.

After a recent hail storm our office contacted All Seasons Roofing to inspect our roof. They showed up on time and presented us with repair and replacement options for our roof. We decided to go with the total replacement of our roof after learning of the extensive damage present. All Seasons met with our insurance company and worked hand in hand with them to get our roof replacement approved. They were very flexible with the timing of the roof replacement; we were able to maintain our normal office hours thru the entire process! The quality of the work was top notch, and their crew was very professional. We would definitely recommend All Seasons Roofing to anyone in need of roof work!
