They responded to the emergency leak within a few hours and patched it before a big storm. Returned quick to finish the job, and no issues since, thanks again!

We contacted All Seasons Exterior and Roof to repair some damage underneath the siding of our home. As part of the project, All Seasons recommended adding siding between a window setting.

After a few delays in the project timeline, the All Seasons crew came out around 4PM on a Wednesday and got to work after about a half hour of lounging around on our patio furniture and swing set. They were at one point tossing our kid's ball around and throwing it at each other as a game. Once they got started, they worked until about 8:30PM at night to get the project finished. However, when they finished we noted the added siding was crooked and didn't align correctly. Jeremy had left already though so we were left to reach out to him to discuss.

The crew left the rotted wood they removed from our project with nails in it (covered by a piece of wood they didn’t use) in our yard. It sat for two days until we could get them back to reassess the project.

On late Friday afternoon, they showed up to repair the work. The crew sat around for an hour on our furniture and swing set waiting for Jeremy to arrive. He arrived and agreed it was not level. I attempted to discuss the issue in the event that we needed to take another route; however Jeremy assured me that after an hour the project would look perfect. They worked for about 2 more hours which did not do much - the siding still looked the same - crooked and did not align at all (see pictures).

When I pointed out that the job was still not acceptable to Jeremy, he balked and stated that he didn't think there was an issue with the project, despite being able to easily see the problem. During our discussion, Jeremy tried to rationalize the awful work, including pointing out all the other issues that were wrong with the back of my house, and stating that if I had wanted the project to look "perfect", that I should have specified that in the first place! He left not trying to make it right or trying to suggest a solution in any way.

After he left we looked at the project more closely and found that the caulking of the windows (included in the original quote) was sloppy and incomplete (see pictures). Additionally, the siding was a mess covered in dirty handprints.

After agreeing to disagree about how the project looked and what we should deem as acceptable, Jeremy gave us a discount for the final amount owed. However, given that I now had a new problem, I had to reach out to more contractors to fix the issue that he and his team caused. The amount to fix the problem turned out to cost more than what the discount provided, so I reached out to Jeremy to discuss a further refund. Jeremy again balked (actual quote "you have got to be kidding me…") and stated he'd reach out to a third party to contact me. No one has ever reached out.

I have had multiple contractors come out to quote to repair the job Jeremy and his team did. They have all told us we have to remove all of the siding his team put up because it was facenailed to our house and wasn't installed correctly. They were all taken back at the messy siding that was left with handprints all over and the messy caulk job.

Overall, I would not recommend All Seasons Exterior and Roofing. The work itself was not satisfactory but additionally the treatment we received was not acceptable. We never felt prioritized. They only showed up late in the afternoon to work on our project. We were beyond reasonable in the process only ever politely discussing our dissatisfaction with the work itself. We even paid the portion we were told we did owe without a fight. We were treated with disrespect from Jeremy from the moment he realized the job wasn't going to be as easy of a fix as he thought.

After getting quotes from other companies in the area, I can confidently say there are many other more professional and respectful companies that are worth using. We regret not reading more into the negative reviews we saw on this All Seasons Exterior and Roofing. We hope others do not make this same mistake.

Called him to see if he worked on chimney and plumbing roof vents. He said he did and explained everything to me. Scheduled to come Saturday at 12. He never called nor showed as he said he doesn’t show up unannounced. I called him. Didn’t answer. He called back shortly and apologized and showed up within 30 minutes. He did an incredible thorough inspection and explanation of what was going on and what he would do to fix what I need done and the pricing. He treated me very respectfully and friendly. He didn’t try to sell a new roof to me but mentioned fans to exhaust more heat out of the roof. He had to go help his crew real quick then came back and did some more to insure my roof was good aside from what I need done. I agreed to have his work done to my home and he said he would text me everything for the details and day. It has since then been 6 days and I’ve called multiple times with voicemails and he refuses to answer and call back. I’ve received nothing from him. I believe he only cares about making money on big jobs as it seems as I remember he slipped in a sentence that there’s no money in repair. He praised he gets excited about these types of things but I’m not sure he’s truthfully as passionate as he says or else he would insure all customers are met equally. He has since then completely ghosted me. He sent me a text after 7 days saying he can have a repair guy out in 20 minutes. He told me he didn’t have a repair guy and he would be the one to do the work. He’s avoiding confrontation. I can ensure he doesn’t write down any information or put anything into a system. I do not recommend from my personal experience.

After an early morning of strong winds our vinyl siding was ripped from above our bedroom window leaving a very noisy and disturbing panel hanging on the side of our house. Jeremy immediately returned our phone call the same morning and fit us in his busy schedule for a same day fix! His pricing for the emergency repair was fair and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be working with Jeremy for our needs in the future!

I called Jeremy B. and he came within the day, inspected the work needed and only 3 days afterwards he took care of everything. I needed this ASAP since I’m selling my house. The price I paid for repairs is VERY competitive. Payment was with credit card and everything automatic coming via text to my phone. The professional report he wrote with detailed pics and written explanation was simple outstanding. These company gave me everything I needed: good pricing, speed, quality work delivery.

Can’t say enough about how great of a job that was done. From start to Finnish Jeremy did a great job in explaining everything to me up front. throughout the project kept me informed of all that was going on and the schedule.

Jeremy and his crew were great to work with. He will fight insurance companies to get what the customer deserves. I highly recommend him! He's done both mine & my parents roofing and they came out excellent!

They moved the project along flawlessly and had my roof replaced and gutters installed in less than 3 days without inconveniencing my daily family activities. We called All Seasons Roofing & Exteriors LLC after a large wind storm and they went immediately and put a tarp on the roof so we would not receive any further damage. They were great.

These guys installed new gutters/fascia/etc. for me after some wind damage, and I would recommend them to any and everyone. Jeremy had great communication from consultation to cleanup, even before he knew I was going to use his company. More importantly he did a detailed, quality job, and went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy with the final product.

Again, these guys are great and I recommend them to anybody needing these types of services.

Unfortunately I had a tree fall across my roof and destroy my gutter causing a leak over my son's bedroom. I promptly called 3 roofing companies.

I highly recommend ASR. Jeremy was very responsive, quick, nice and super friendly. We had siding come off from the wind. Was concerned about the risk of rain causing a leak. Jeremy had it fixed within 10 minutes of his arrival. He also checked out the overall siding to make sure nothing else was loose. If you have any repairs please call ASR. The gentleman was scheduled to come out Saturday, Match 25th, he was supposed to call before he was on his way over. He never called and never showed up. He refuses to answer the phone even a day later. I understand work is piled up from the storm but It's common decency to call someone if you can't make it to reschedule. This is bad business, too bad he never will get mine.
Edit, I gave him a 2nd chance, but he failed to show up again and did not call again. Do not use this guy, he is highly undependable. Didn't give him your money first.

All seasons came out and gave me a free estimate which was a really good price. I decided to hire them to do my roof and was really pleased with the speed and quality of work. Great job

Second house and continued satisfaction from Jeremy Brown at All Seasons Roofing & Exteriors!!!! I replaced my deck only to find that the previous homeowners had unfortunately cut corners on the siding! Jeremy himself came out with a guy, ripped off and reinstalled the siding on the entire rear of my house, all in one day!!!

These guys work expeditiously, they have a lot of experience. All season roofing doesn’t take a week to finish a roof.

Contracted Jeremy to replace my roof and gable vents in January 2022. He completed the roof but told me he didn’t have the materials to complete the vents. Jeremy asked for final payment and told me he would be back in six weeks to complete the vents. Six weeks past and Jeremy never showed up. I texted him five different times in nine months. He always says he’s going to show up and complete the work but never does. I told him I was going to take him to court. He came back and did a half job completing one of the vents, but had the wrong color siding, but still installed the siding that didn’t match the same color as my siding. Jeremy text me the next day to let me know he was going to order the correct color siding and come back and complete the job. He finally came back because I threaten to take him to court again. The third picture with the light siding that even a blind person can see that doesn’t match my existing siding is the result of his work. Jeremy knew the siding didn’t look rite and the colors didn’t match so he told me he would pay me $1000 in seven days so I could get a professional service to finish the work. But I haven’t received my money so I’m going to take him to court. Jeremy isn’t reliable if you hire him to do any work for you do not pay him until he has completed all the work in the contract, because he will not show up to finish the job if you pay him the total amount that he is owed.

We worked with All Seasons about a month ago. Randomly last night he reaches out to make sure everything is good and to check if we're having problems after all the rain. He was on time, professional, high communication and his guys were great too. When my husband told ne he did this I had to leave a review. This kind of service is unheard of these days. I definitely recommend them.

Jeremy came out on short notice, diagnosed and fixed a leak in my siding all before a week of storms. I’ve had him out to my home a couple times now and he is always extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the problem and suggested repair. He stands behind his work and has always been fairly priced.

Jeremy and his team were fantastic! I had my gutter changed, but it was not a standard external hung gutter. I have an old house with internal box gutters. He and his team cut them out, and extended the roof, and hung traditional gutters on the house. I will be using him again to install glass block in my basement windows, and to do brick repair for old brick that have failed.

Jeremy repaired damage to my gutters this past February after the big snowstorm. He then installed heating cords all along the gutter and down the downspouts to prevent future ice damming from occurring. His promptness saved me from expensive interior damage. I highly recommend All Seasons Roofing. We recently had ice dams develop causing water to back up in the home. We called Jeremy and within an hour he was on site unfreezing our gutters, sealing up the drains which had gaps and installing heating tape to ensure the issue didn’t happen again. He provided frequent updates, explained his thought process and did all of the installs at a reasonable cost. He checked in on us the next day and next week. I am very impressed with the way this company scheduled, carried out and followed up on the work. I had to accelerate my plan to replace my old roof early this (2021 year) when it started to leak during the storm in November. I had planned to ask All Seasons Roofing & Exteriors to carry out that routine replacement because the company had replaced a flat roof for me in 2019 and did a splendid job, and I’d contacted the company and received an estimate and very helpful explanation about my options from Jeremy. When the roof started to leak, I emailed Jeremy in a panic, and he helpfully replied and set things in motion to move the job up on the calendar. Responding to me during the storm was above and beyond any routine service commitment. The job was scheduled soon after my call. (Jeremy had his worker put a tarp over the leak in the meantime.) The workers arrived as planned as did the person delivering the materials and everything was efficiently unloaded and work proceeded systematically. My request that they not play radios was honored. All the old materials were put in a mobile dumb trailer in the driveway, and before they left, the workers cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard. They did not damage a single plant. The mobile dump trailer was gone when they completed the roof. The roofing installation actually was finished in one day. It passed the county’s inspection on the first visit. All Seasons Roofing & Exteriors offered me warranty options and arranged for an independent company to do a Wind Mitigation inspection and send me a report for my insurance company. When I had questions about these matters, Jeremy always answered my email messages and phone calls and provided helpful answers. I could not have asked for a better experience with this roof replacement.

I called All Seasons Roofing to come out and give me a bid for a new roof. Jeremy showed up on time, gave me an honest price. He even found a leak coming in! He helped me take care of it at no charge before the rain came in. Jeremy went above and beyond. He was very detail oriented.
Very happy I went with him on my new roof. We couldn't be happier. The crew did a total tear off, fixed some decking, and laid all new shingles. The end result was outstanding.
