We hit a large pothole on I-40 east between Santa Rosa and Tucumcari, NM late on a Saturday afternoon. Two immediate driver side tire blowouts. Our insurance company emergency road service could not connect with their contractors and basically told us we were on our own. We called All Rite and got immediate response. Melissa got a tow truck to us within an hour. The driver dropped us off at the motel. They only had one of our tires in stock, but ordered the second tire that was delivered early Monday morning. They kept us informed throughout the process and delivered our car to the motel on Monday morning. We were on our way before 11:00 AM. The communication and service were top of the line. Highly recommend All Rite as a towing and repair service company.

Had a tire blow out on my travel trailer. Good Sam left me stranded for 3 hours. All-Rite was on scene 30 minutes after my call. Amazing guys, great communication, amazing service and a fair price!

This towing company is the best. Very professional and accommodating.
Pickup and trailer broke down, very poor cell service. They sent 2 wreckers and hauled us in to civilization!
Thought for sure we would be stuck until at least Monday, but they hauled us to Ray's which was a 24/7 service garage in Tucumcari, NM.
We were back on the road Saturday morning!

We had a tire blowout on our RV trailer close to Tucumcari and they came to fix it right away. Cost was about $400. 600 miles later (on the interstate, no issues along the way) the entire tire came off, even 2 lug nuts completely broke off. Called them back up and they said there were too many variables for it to have been them. Watch our tire fly off the highway.

These guys were great! Our slide out on our Motorhome was stuck out and they came out right away and got it back in for us. Super professional and easy to work with!

Very disappointed in there service an how they worked on the truck, an never made it right. They hurt this driver badly. An called this driver a fat out liar. It hurts. Now he jobless an homeless out of this, because how they handled there business. But I will state they did help to save a load. Is al, I can say. But drivers do get hurt in the long run.

We broke down about 9 miles outside of tucumcarie last night,got of hold of this company and they got to us a couple hours laters ,they very welcoming and got our truck and trailer hooked and towed to a very reliable mechanic Rays auto repair,Great place,I wanna thank Calvin and Rory for being very professional and helping us out.Thank you guys!!!!

Absolutely the best service you can get for any size big or small. Very nice and professional. Jorie (sorry if I spelled wrong) was amazing got me fixed and on the road quick and extremely well done.......if you call anyone else you called the wrong ones. Thanks to all of you there!!!

I do not recommend this place. When I called, an unpleasant lady answered who was impossible to get along with (perhaps she just woke up, and she was talking like she was high). The place is open 24/7 but I was refused help in the middle of the night. After 1 min of conversation she hung up…
Car towing might be on high standard, but communication with this service is terrible especially with this rude lady)

The tow driver was awesome. He hookuped my truck towed it Tucumcari. He and my jack russell Lady Di got along great.

After breaking down on I-40, I called them for a tow to a Texas dealership for repairs. They sent someone out as quickly as possible, and the driver was great (he was good to talk with and took great care with my vehicle). Highly recommended if you're in need of a tow in the Tucumcari area.

We had a blowout on the highway and was towed here after midnight. The mechanic was very professional and replaced 3 tires and rotated them in under 2 hours. We made our 1200 mile journey back to Atlanta and it was smooth sailing! Thank you for the excellent service!

Had a break down on I40. About 200 miles from any major transmission shop. They had a tow truck out in about 45 minutes after driver finished a prior job. Friendly people did their best and got us out of know where and into a shop. Great service polite and just did the job as asked. That's what we need more of these days. Thanks!!!!!

My son and I were on our way back home to Indiana when I had a flat tire on my bike. The tow truck driver, Angelo came out to haul my bike in. I was trying to find someone to change my tire in Tucumcari. Angelo called his brother and he gave him the name and number of a guy in town. Angelo called the guy and got me hooked up with Clay at CCMS. He hauled my bike to Clay’s shop. He didn’t have to. All he had to do was haul the bike into town but he went out of his way to make sure I had someone to fix my bike and get me back on the road. Thanks Angelo. If you break down in the Tucumcari area this is the tow company you want to call. Angelo is a terrific guy.

Our roadside assistance was useless, called these guys and Angelo showed up within 20 mins. He made a bad situation better, many thanks to him.

We had a need to tow our vehicle after we had a mishap with a pin falling out of our tow bar and damaging the hoses to our vehicle’s transmission fluid cooler. Scott from All-Rite Towing and Repair Inc arrived quickly based on very vague directions since we are not familiar with Tucumcari, NM. He was able to dislodge and get our vehicle towed quickly. He also provided us with helpful directions to get our RV parked for the evening while we waited for our vehicle to be evaluated and repaired. Within 12 hours, including an overnight stay in town with our RV, Scott had us fully repaired and back on the road again for our family vacation, with our vehicle in tow, only losing a few hours on our cross country trip! He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! We highly recommend Scott from All-Rite Towing and Repair! Thanks so much!!

Angelo was our hero today! We blew a tire and sat on the I-40 for 3 hours! He showed up within 30 minutes of my insurance company finding his company! He hauled all 5 of us and my van to his shop and changed out the tire! I wish there would of been the option to tip him! I didn't have cash and couldn't add it on the invoice. If you are stuck call them first! The others we called were not able to help or were rude! God bless you Angelo!

Had a wrecked trailer of ours and quickly and economically transloaded the product onto my trailer so i could deliver the load

My suburban displayed a message stating that the battery was not charging on our trip home from AZ. We were able to make it to a hotel parking lot in Tucumkari NM. After a 35 min call to AAA, We were allowed to pick an hour window for a tow truck to take our vehicle to a garage. Knowing we had 15 hours left to drive, i chose 6am to 7am the next day. Then i started trying to figure out which garage in a town where i knew nothing. All-Rite was the towing company and they called at 6am to let us know they could come then, but no one was open before 8, so we could sleep more. Then they asked about our vehicle. When i told them i suspected it was a bad alternator, they said, if i wanted, they would have a mechanic look at it right at 8am. They came, took my vehicle away and 2 hours later, I had a new alternator installed. They sent a driver to get me at the hotel (no cost) so i could get the vehicle. It cost roughly $350, which is cheaper than my usual mechanic in IA. They really treated us well, and got us out of an awful jam. I am thankful for honest businesses like All-Rite!

Blew two tires on 40’ fifth wheel toy hauler approximately 45miles west of Tucumcari, NM. On I-40, Sunday evening where the lights don’t shine.
Called Good Sam ERS and after numerous calls to towing service centers, All-Rite Towing & Repair sent out a young man named Scott. He arrived about 10pm and brought with him a spare tire, installed it and escorted us into Tucumcari. Scott insured we were safely in our campsites and said he would contact us in the morning.
Monday morning he contacted us as promised and came out to the campground as there was no reason for us to hitch up and come to his business. He came to us with a new tire for the rig and a new spare tire.
Without wasting any time, he had both tires replaced and the cost of the tires was nearly the same price as Discount Tire and the Big “O” brands.
Scott was extremely professional and friendly. He knew we were in a predicament and his approach was calming and reassuring.
All-Rite Towing could have been a total rip-off taking advantage of the situation. Instead they were totally professional, honest and expeditious in their dealings with customers and the Good Sam ERS.

I’m from Michigan. Traveling for work. Not knowing anyone for 1000 miles. My truck breaks down. They were there to tow me in no time. They fixed the water pump, gave me a ride to a hotel. Picked me up and brought me back the next day. It’s easy to feel vulnerable in my situation and they did everything to make you feel like they’ve known you for years. Trustworthy and Highly recommend

I had a blow-out on a tandem axle trailer. While swapping out with the spare, I found ballooned side walls on 2 of the remaining 3 tires. AAA put me in contact with All-Rite Towing. On the weekend, they sent a great guy
and his service truck with a tire, he changed the blow-out on the side of the road, we replaced the worst of the 3. Drove carefully to the shop and replaced the rest so all 4 were the same. It was a Saturday, he was on call and had just taken the steaks off the grill when he got call and he came to help me. Great service!

I broke down 40 miles west of Tucumcari, driving a one ton pickup, pulling a John Deere tractor on my tandem axle trailer. All-Rite sent two rigs and had my truck dropped of at a diesel repair facility and stored my trailer, safe and sound. Great customer service and professional and courteous folks; highly recommended....give 'em a call!

Very friendly! Had a blowout on our '89 Allegro on I-40. Called AAA and All-Rite came out pretty quickly. We bought 2 new steer tires from them and had them put on also. I would highly recommend All-Rite Towing & Repair.

AWESOME SERVICE!!!!! Broke down in my 1 ton truck and 34 foot camper. I was in a bad way at 3am and barley out of traffic on I40. Their driver Johnny was there in 45 min and got me ,my truck and my trailer towed to the repair shop. Don’t hesitate to give them the opportunity to help you when things are not going good. Our driver was Johnny and he was amazing. We have had a hard couple of days due to a car accident and road-closing weather and Johnny brightened our week right up. He was extremely friendly and had such a good attitude. He talked with us the whole ride and we all felt like we were best friends. Definitely recommend!!

These guys are first class!!! I broke down while hauling my trailer cross country, they responded quickly and with the right equipment and employee to handle my truck and trailer in one swoop. I was towed to their yard/ shop and they began making repairs to my truck immediately. They then gave me a ride to a nearby motel(all of this being after normal hours and on a Friday evening). They delivered my truck to me at the motel the next day before checkout!!! Cody and his crew worked hard to get me rolling and charged me a fair price at the end. I would recommend to anybody in need of honest service at a fair price.

RIPOFF - DISHONEST
I'm a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran who moved from AZ to AR with my service dog in a Budget truck. I drove overnight on I-40, and stopped to refill the tank in Tucumcari. On inspection, 1 of the 4 tires on the car trailer was flat. Budget sent us to All-Rite to get it repaired. After the trip I received an additional $200 charge on my rental because All-Rite stated that I had abused the vehicle and I was charged for the flat tire repair. If a fellow citizen would throw a rock through their front window, I would appreciate it.

Absolutely the worst customer service. My car was towed and I drove 12 hours to get it out and was told it wasn't there . It actually was there but the office lady had absolutely no clue. We then waited 45 minutes while she called to see who towed it. Then as we were leaving she had an attitude .

Well who ever said this company is good they on a pipe smoking green staff.

She doesn’t know because the costumer put her food on the table and the owner of this business is the worst business owner I now in 25 years I been on business if I could have -10 star I will give to this business this is my opinion you want to be rob or wan to give you money away come to this business location

Absolutely the best place to go in NM if you break down. New owners did right by us, got us back on the road in under a day for less than I expected to pay and handled my impossible attitude to boot! Double tire RV blowout and they managed to wrangle parts and took the time to make sure we were save to continue our journey.

I ran out of gas 20 miles away from their office. Was told it would be $1.75 per mile they had to drive, $100 for them to come out, plus the cost of 3 gallons of gas. I stated that it sounded like highway robbery and was told "if you hadn't run out of gas we wouldn't rob you"
Did not do business with them. Admiting and sounding proud that you rob people isn't a great way to do business.

These guys saved my butt when my truck broke down in the desert. Kind people and quality service. Thanks guys!

I do not know why anyone is giving this company good reviews. I am a google guide and review businesses on a regular basis. I broke down and had aaa which called this company. AAS gave me a quote on the price for the tow which was very different from the added charges from this company. Claiming GPS doesn't work so they don't care how far AAA said it was they are charging me more. This is after I was towed of course giving me no option but to pay more. Also there was a 3% up charge I had to argue with the owner about for convenience..... isn't that what tow companies are for to tow you? How is that an extra convenience? Come to find out it was a credit charge and I was paying cash but they were going to keep it anyways. So I paid for extra miles was not given a quote before towing, and was charged extra just because. If this is what makes a good company than America is screwed. Even locals thay worked at the hotel we stayed at claimed they " rape travelers knowing they have no choice". I'm inclined to turn them in to the Better business Bureau. Now the driver and help were fine they did nothing wrong and don't make the prices. But the female I spoke to over the phone (manager/owner) was rude and heartless as my family was already stranded in the middle of no where and wanted to gouge us for anything they could.

On my way from Colorado to Florida when I hit a deer and caused major damage to my car. The dispatcher and driver were both amazing and very friendly. The driver made sure to drop me off at a hotel safe and sound. Thank you guys for everything. You made this devestation a little easier for me.

Had a budget rental truck give out. I called budget and they sent out All-Rite towing. Staff was great went above and beyond for me budget rentals was not returning the calls from All-Rite or myself instead of just leaving me stranded they took me to thier shop and got me to a motel. Great employees and staff

We had a blow out in our RV just outside Tucumcari. This was our second blowout in an hour. They did not have a tire in stock and we had already used the spare on the earlier blow out so they towed us to the local KOA where we spent the night in the TV. The next morning they came and got our tire and then came back an put it on. We then went back to their facility to get the wires that the blowout caused repaired. This was all on a holiday weekend when they should not have been working. All of the staff were very courteous and called us throughout to keep up informed. Linda the owner came out and met as and by the end of the day we were on our way. I think we were lucky that AAA referred us to them as they made a difficult situation much easier.

They are crooks!! Our car was involved in a SMALL accident because of ice and flipped on it's side. We new that other than a broken driver side window that the rest was cosmetic. When my husband called the owner she said we could not take the car because the undercarriage was bent. We knew it wasn't. when my husband asked to see the car she told us she would have to charge us a gate fee. When my husband got to the yard to look at the car a man told him our car would not start, there was no oil in it, and we needed a new front tire. my husband checked the oil and there was oil, it was low but there was oil. My husband asked if they would give it a jumpstart and see what else is wrong with it. Linda the owner said sure she didn't know how much everything was going to cost but she would call us back in an hour. she didn't and my husband called them. after much arguing my husband finally convinced her to have the car towed to our hotel. the guy driving him to the hotel told him they had never checked the car the boss told them not to touch it!! Earlier she had made the comment "don't you want to just rent a car and get out of here?" Right.... So you can rack up impound fees and then we can't get our car out ever! Our car was there for half of a day and after tow fees and what ever else they charged out it was close to $600! My husband was able to get our car fixed in the hotel parking lot and we were on our way! They stole my bottle opener of my key ring, which fortunately was the only thing they stole, and we are pretty well convinced that they made the battery die because the car was still on when we flipped on our side. I had to put it in park and shut it off. no lights were on. So please beware because if you are not smart about vehicles you will get screwed. Please try to ask for another wrecker! and I hope this helps somebody in the future.

To add insult to injury after our truck & trailer was totaled, and taken to this facility, Linda the owner would not release information to us, said she would only give information to our insurance company. $8,402 and 5 days later we were promised if we Western Union the money we would be able to pick up the trailer...we did and we are still waiting.... LINDA ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
