I called Mike with all pro roofers cause I had issues with my roof. He was quick with his response, came out the next day and was very professional . He noticed that I had damaged from hail and said that he may be able to get a new roof if the insurance company agrees with what he sees.. at the end, I had a new roof and only had to pay my deductible and the workmanship was excellent and the cleanup was superior, not to mention him being in business for 45+ years made me very with decision to go through him. The clean up was excellent and I found no nails were left on the ground whatsoever. I would definitely recommend all pro roofers to do your roof and your families.

Had Mike and All Pro Roofers installed a new roof 13 years ago, no issues with the roof. Until I had to install a new attic roof fan. I discovered he only installed new underlayment in portions of the roof deck, like patchwork when your great grandmother would sew together old socks . My best advice is to do a background check on any contractor you hire. Keep your eyes on this one ,Wow way to go Mike
In response to your reply , exactly Mike you have felt paper and Platinum plus synthetic underlayment under both attic roof fans. Guess you were not there when that was being done. Again background check and keep your eyes on him, or maybe hire someone else.

They came out quickly to inspect the issue and clearly explained what was causing the leak and how they would fix it.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was sealed properly. What really impressed me was how thorough they were—not just patching the visible issue, but checking for any underlying damage to make sure it wouldn’t happen again.

My experience with ALL PRO Roofing was far from a pleasant experience.
Mike was never on site to supervise his crew’s workmanship. We had damaged gutters, roofing nails throughout yard & driveway, roofing nail through fascia, and installed new shingles over damaged roof decking. He was very argumentative and resistant in resolving issues.

Our roof was damaged when high wind and rain moved through the area. A small job to a roofer but a big one to my family and house. Mike showed up the day we called him and had a guy on my roof within the hour. A lot of roofers wont take the small jobs. it was repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend all-pro. Would use them again.

All Pro removed my hail damaged roof. The work was efficient, professional and in the promised time frame. I was very pleased when I had one small issued which was addressed immediately. I built houses for ten years ~ to have a contractor respond so quickly four months after the job was completed was impressive. The appearance of the house is now a 10+.
