I don't know about the other Reviews. But we are Caucasian & they hve treated us like Family at this shop. Madison, Jake & everybody at the shop are good ppl. Called needing their services, truck was in the same parking lot I was. Talk to the driver, he said he would help me in a minute. 2 hours went by waiting on him only to watch him leave. Called the office. They were closed. Would've literally taken two minutes to air up my tires, but this cost me another day out.

Very nice people, I broke down 40+ miles from their shop around 2:30am I was able to get towed to the shop to find out my differential went out in my semi and the part would take 5 days to get there. So I tried to get a rental from enterprise not far from the shop and they were kind enough to give me a ride there only to find out they didn’t have any rentals available. So I called the shop to get a ride back so I could at least wait in my truck till my ride got there. Like I said good people and good work I forgot to get names but thank you guys.

All Pro Diesel is where it's at! They put a brand new DD15 in for me and they got it done quicker then they originally said and a little cheaper as well. Besides that, Derrick is very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. Would definitely go there again!

The staff was very professional and helpful. The foreman fixed a minor issue and had me done within two hours.

Hey this place has got it all it's got all the convenience of a modern-day truck stop all of the food of the old time truck stops this is a great place they have a little bit of a problem there so much traffic in and out of here it's hard to keep up with like the paving and stuff and there is a few holes and some bumps but it's well worth anyone time just overnight here they have a drop lot back here at 72 hour free drop lot that's under surveillance and I'm just telling you it's just an old time place that's great and let me tell you what their breakfast and their food is fantastic

I've never been to the location however the owner stopped and helped me on the side of the road when one of my trucks broke down he was heading home from work and he stopped help me try to get the truck started back just to help me get out of the road I really appreciate it

My 18 speed transmission lost some teeth on the main input gear. Derek, Madison and the whole crew did a fantastic job creating an accurate quote (which matched the final bill exactly). Their communication was complete and timely. They finished the job in a timely manner meeting my deadline enabling me to meet my delivery commitments. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and especially the attention to detail. Highly recommend and would use them again no question. Wish they were close to my home town.

Best guys around to have your truck repaired at. I travel to them 2 hrs away to have them work on my trucks. There fast affordable and know there stuff. A++

Nice place. Took it in for a possible wheel seal leak and fortunately for me it was just a gasket on the hub cover. Derrick was kind and informative and his wife in the office was very quick and efficient too. I will return for more work when needed. They have a driver's lounge that is heated in winter and cooled in summer.(3/1/21)

Great service, knowledgeable mechanics and staff, return calls quickly if you leave a message. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the prices on their oil changes. A bit pricey, but as rare as good mechanics are these days, we recommend them.

The ownerof the company service me he has to go 3 hrs round trip to Knoxville TN 2 times he went beyond and out his way to fix my problem. I have also shout to service man who pull up behind me to get me off road the night before, if ever brake down in the area i would use them

Unknowledgeable and unqualified to work on semi trucks.They showed up to replace my left front wheel seal on a road call. 6 months later the bearing is toast and growling. Found the lug nuts way way overtightened 1500 to 2000 ft lbs. Which alone is a safety hazard when the studs break and wheel falls off. 10 to 15 thousandths of wheel end freeplay.
Bearing assembly lockwasher not bent over on outer locknut to stop it from loosening up. Pieces of bearing falling out. I called and talked to Gerry. He refuses to stand by his work. Most likely he tightened locknut too tight, which destroyed the bearings causing excessive end play, which caused abs wheel sensors to fault. $400 dollar job, now I have to redo the whole wheel end. Dont let them near your truck. Very unsafe mechanical work. Should have their licences pulled.

Got to my location in a timely matter, very reasonable price even for it being a weekend thanks for getting me up and going again!!! Most definitely recommend and most definitely will be back for work I need done!!

These guys are the truth. Blew a turbo lastnight around 1 A.M. hot ahold of them around 11 A.M. they got to me around 12 p.m. got to their shop around 12:30 a.m. its 3pm and I'm pulling out of there now. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in this area in the need of service.

We run a semi up I-75 five days a week through this area and have called All Pro twice. Both times were road service call outs and these guys did an outstanding job. They came to us in a timely manner in fully stocked service trucks and their prices were more than fair. As long as they are in business then they will have ours.

Very kind man came to jump start one of my drivers. He was very helpful and informed her what the issue was. The price was very reasonable.

This shop is the best little Shop I've only seen a good 2 times since I've been a driver in the past 6 years. If I'm in the area and need anything done to my truck I'll surely aim to stop here. They don't waste no time and fix you right on up. And the charge isn't through the roof. My overall experience been great. There's enough room to bring a trailer but I'll advise to leave it behind at a local truck stop that'll surely give you permission.

My experience with this place was horrible. I have my semi towed to their place, talk to the owner and he tells me I need a new starter. So, I went later that evening to pick my truck up because they called me and told me it was finished. When I got there it was doing exactly the same thing it was when I sent it too them. HERE I AM OUT A DAY'S Pay and they tell me they have a new starter coming in tomorrow they'll call me when they get it put on. I tell the gentleman that same evening while I was there it may be a loose wire because what are the odds of a brand new starter being bad???? They call me the next afternoon and when I got there it fired up. Thank God!!! I walk in and talk to one of the workers and ask them what the problem was? He told me it was a loose wire behind the battery box??? I could have fixed that myself but they wont allow me to do it at my company even though I am leasing it. . They charged me almost 900.00 for labor and a 375.00 starter. I could have put the starter on in 1 hour and the shop rate is 95.00 hrs. How did they come up with this outrageous number??? Ah,,, who cares it didnt come out of their pocket it came out of mine!!!
Terrible place of business!! I'll never take anything back to them and I'm telling whoever is reading this right now. Dont make the same stupid mistake I did...call a real professional!

Really top notch folks. They did a pretty big job on my truck and didnt take me to the cleaners. Had an issue after work was completed not pertaining to the work itself just a minor issue with ac. These folks corrected it as promised with no question. I highly recommend All Pro Diesel to anyone in need of "mechanicing." I will definitely be using these guys in the future. Much appreciated guys and all is well with the work that you have done.

Amazing work, called these guys and they met me in about half an hour. They had all the parts right on their service truck. Reasonable prices and very friendly.
