I had a new roof installed, due to a hole in my roof and hail damage. There was 1 spot leaking. After the roof was installed in July, I have had two leaks so far. I am not at my home every day due to travel. The first leak I had water POURING in at my side door which was under a porch, so much so that I had to have two buckets to catch the water pouring in my home. They tried to get out of fixing the roof and repairing the inside entry way which was totally ruined! They got that done and so far has been good. Then I had another leak at the front chimney because they did not replace the flashing even though Ken’s discount delivered a whole roll which they carted away apparently without using. Two nice gentlemen came over and found the leak but no one responded to me until after they knew I would be leaving town. When I was contacted it was for a bid to remove the chimney from the roof which I did not ask for. I called and told the lady answering the phone that was not what I needed, but no one would contact me. She got back to me and finally said something was going to be done, but then told me that I was rude. Well, I believe that when you pay thousands of dollars, you should stand behind your work! I should not have to keep calling every time I am back at my home to find more leaks. I am busy and we own four homes, two which are in another country. I should not have to make you do your job correctly! Had you done in correctly the first time, I would have never had to call you back. They came today to repair it after I gad left town and was there 15 min to fix it per my ring doorbell cameras. We will see if it is fixed properly. My insurance company will be checking on this to ensure it was properly fixed.

these guys knew how important this job was to having it done by this weekend. they worked until 7:00 Friday night. finished up Saturday morning early and they did such an excellent job I'm overwhelmed by the professionalism. Great job guys
