All Phases Home Services

My wife and I have had All Phases Home Services do the exterior maintenance on our home over the past 20 years. They first came to our attention when we saw them working in our neighborhood, saw how thorough they were, and saw how well their work withstood the elements. Their on site professionalism only enhanced our opinion of them.

We have had All Phases Home Services maintain and paint our wood trim and cedar shake, replace our gutters , and redo our stairs and porch at our front door with 100% satisfaction every time.

Sent two different requests for quotes online with included pictures. No response. When we got through on the phone, we were told our job was too small and it wouldn't make sense for them to even bother giving us a quote. Our home's rotting siding was judged as not a big enough money maker for them.

All-Phases does excellent, on-budget and on-schedule work. We worked with Richard to fix a poorly-installed vent that had cut through the roof flashing and was resulting in water damage. He came up with a thoughtful solution and the carefully explained his reasons and methods for the work. When completed, the roof and vent look like new and the problem completely resolved. I cannot recommend him enough.
