All Phases Construction

We recently hired All Phases Constructions for a full-scale home renovation project that included kitchen and bathroom remodeling, hardwood flooring, and basement finishing. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, thanks in large part to the exceptional team — especially Aleesha and Rick.

Rick’s practical knowledge and experience were truly outstanding. He brought smart, creative solutions to the table and played a key role in shaping the design alongside us. What stood out most was his collaborative approach — he worked as part of our team, always open to suggestions and willing to adapt the plans to fit our ideas and needs. His insight and flexibility made the process smooth and enjoyable.

The kitchen and flooring work, in particular, were done to an exceptional standard. The kitchen is now both beautiful and functional, while the new hardwood floors have transformed the overall feel of the home.

Aleesha ensured everything ran efficiently and communicated clearly every step of the way. The entire crew was professional, respectful of our space, and delivered quality results across all aspects of the renovation.

All phase construction will be my go to from now on. I have a small one bedroom house that needed a lot of upgrades!
My kitchen was very inconvenient and they helped me map it out and plan what we were going to replace and what we could just upgrade a little to make it all more functional for myself !

They had me a quote and stuck to there prices . they also accomplished it faster than I thought they would !
They were very fun people to communicate with and work with also very personable and perffessional throughout this whole process as it was my first time doing anything like this.
I will be hiring them again to redo my bathroom. Which we already have talked about !

If I could do zero stars I would! DO NOT RISK IT! The pics are a fraud on their site and FB!

We hired them to demo and remodel our master bath. Unfortunately, it took three months and we were left with an unsatisfactory job.

They would not provide a completion date or schedule of when they would be working. Sometimes they would show up and work only 1 hour. RED FLAG NUMBER ONE!

There were multiple individuals in our house and never the same team! RED FLAG NUMBER TWO!

When conversations took place between us and their workers we found out they were not certified or licensed professionals! RED FLAG NUMBER 3!!

While working on our bathroom there were two massive water leaks into our kitchen which messed up and stained our kitchen ceiling that they were to fix. Unfortunately that didn’t happen because it took so long for them to NOT COMPLETE THE BATH! We pointed out numerous flaws in our bathroom which they claimed to be finished on December 9, 2023 after they started the week of September 18, 2023.

Because of the substandard work (caulk where grout should be, Hot/Cold reversed on both vanity sinks, wavy tile installation, spotty painting to name a few) they agreed in writing to a reduction in the contract, then submitted an invoice to add the reductions back. What a scam!

I have videos and pics of the trash they left and had to instruct them to clean up. They spit tobacco on my porch and left it and do not wear any protective shoe coverings to prevent tracking dirt and debris in the house. They were always losing parts that they claimed were not in the box but yet didn’t say anything until asked where’s the part? OH IT WASNT IN THE BOX!! So why didn’t you say something?? I can go on and on and as soon as I can figure out how to post pics on this review I will!
