All Phase Roofing and Construction - Lynchburg, VA

This EPDM roof was the third roofing job I've had done by All Phase. The other two were standing seam metal roofs on my house and workshop. Every crew did a great job from start to finish! All Phase is my go-to roofing company.

All Phase has done a wonderful job for us with their snow removal services! They always check in as snowy weather approaches and do a great job clearing our parking lot and sidewalks! Thankful for their great crew!

Crew showed up and promptly did the necessary work to seal and secure the multiple boots on the roof. Both were well versed in what needed to be done. They actually showed up earlier than originally promised. Please with the invoice as well.

This company is moving to Pierce St so they will be part of Historical Pierce St district revival, I welcome them and wish I had called them earlier. Will update and add photos once roof repairs are done. So far I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and responsiveness

We called on Monday to have them check a hole in our garage roof. They came yesterday repaired it quickly and just got it done before the storm. We are so grateful for their quick response. Great company.

A GREAT COMPANY!!

Gary, the owner of this company came out himself to give us an estimate to replace our roof, instead of sending out a commissioned salesman as a couple of other companies had done. We found him to be very knowledgeable, straight forward, and honest in his presentation.
He provided with a “very” fair estimate along with the anticipated date they could schedule us in to start our roof. We were concerned because we had seen a couple of leaks starting. He advised If we decided to accept his bid that he would send someone out to address these leaks and fix them temporarily until they could start our job.
We did accept his proposal and the next morning there were two of his workers on our roof repairing our leaks just as he said he would do!
The communication with his office was great and our job was started on schedule as promised. The crew he sent out was exceptional, hard working, and knew what they were doing! They finished in one day and did a first class job. When they were finished they cleaned around my house and yard so you couldn’t even tell they had been there! Our new roof is beautiful and we are VERY pleased. Good to know that there are still good, honest companies such as All Phase still around.
We would not hesitate to recommend All Phase Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof!!

Rob and Eric are truly amazing guys. They explained everything in detail and didn’t try to up sale and we felt completely comfortable having them do our project.

Great communication throughout the process from estimate, to work time to completion of the project at our church parsonage. Work was completed in a timely fashion. The area near the work was protected and debris was cleaned up and cleared. The roof work looks great. Job well done.

THIS is how you do business. All Phase was awesome handling my project. Every call to the company was either answered or returned quickly to me. The price I got on my project was fair. The person, Chris, who came out to look at the project was both friendly and professional. Then the work began and the most amazing crew showed up. All of them nice, polite and fun too. They never left a mess. I could see the detail in the work they were doing and also noticed they worked well together. The crew wanted everything perfect and left no detail undone. All Phase Roofing stuck with us from beginning to end. They started by inspecting my roof during the beginning phases of purchasing my home. I had them repair areas of the roof temporary for closing purposes, then hired them after closing to extend my front porch and fix and install new shingles. I am so pleased with the job they did and the communication throughout the process. I am moving from out of State, and it is wonderful to have a company I can trust and rely on to do my work. I loved them so much that I am having them Quote me on gutters. They are a trustworthy, honest, fair and reliable Company and I highly recommend them to anyone!! Today I called All Phase to request their services for some repairs to my roof. I was told that they do not have the manpower to take on any additional jobs at the moment (which is okay and understandable), but when I asked them if they could refer me to any credible alternatives in the Lynchburg area they refused to give me any referrals or recommendations. Overall my experience with this phone call was disappointing. If you are not able to provide services you can at least refer customers elsewhere.

When the windows finally came in (supply chain issues), All Phase was quick and flexible in scheduling the install date. The install team was great and very professional; they worked hard to complete the job quickly, but didn't leave until they showed me how the windows worked, gave me advice in case there were any issues and ensured I was happy with the job. I will definitely look at this company for future work on my house.

Highly recommend this company for all home improvements. My roof and gutters look amazing. Wish I contacted them for windows and doors that got done a few months ago.

Happy with our new roof. We chose this company not for the price but for the owner coming personally for the quote. Really nice guy with all the knowledge on all the roof stuff. We didn't see him again but with the other employees overseeing the work it was a breeze.

All Phase did an awesome job! They replace my shingles, gutters, and replace my soffit & fascia on the front of our house. Job was done in a timely matter & very professional. Any questions we had was answered quickly!

The fellow that came out to give us a quote was very polite and respectful! He even put plastic around our chimneys to keep them from leaking, until we get the roof done.

This amazing company was top notch from start to finish. I had a roof issue that was causing a leak in my ceiling and we ended up calling All Phase Construction after calling three larger, well-known companies in town. All Phase Construction’s staff that answered our call was so nice and accommodating. They understood our issue and need was a high priority in our book (maybe not so much theirs). They went out of their way to send someone by the very next day. That was three to seven business days sooner than other companies quoted!!!! The two gentlemen that came were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They were so personable and took the time to explain the solution. They even spoke to us about other aspects of our roof and caulking seen while up there. I recommend All Phase Construction to everyone!!!

All Phase Roofing was the ONLY company willing to help someone in need several months ago. They are my heroes. The other commonly known roofing company, that shall not be mentioned, told her to enter their yearly contest - what a joke. We are so lucky to have All Phase Roofing in this area. This company is exceptional. Two years in a row now we have had them do some remodeling and some outdoor home repairs and remodeling. We told them our vision and they ran with it and gave us more than what we ever could have expected with great workmanship, They pride themselves with their work being right or it will be redone until they are 100% satisfied then the customer is satisfied too. Called Lynchburg Roofing for a leak who gave me an appointment 2 months out. Another roofer never showed up after 2 attempts. Came across this company who was there the next day and had everything repaired within a matter of minutes. Life saver!
