We needed a big concrete job done & All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction did an amazing job. They finished the job ahead of schedule as well as added a few last minute changes we wanted with no hang ups. The owner Cash was easy to talk with and made things super easy for us. We will definitely be using them again for any future projects.

We are doing some renovations to our kitchen and needed a large window installed where a small one was. This job included all new framing as well as mason work on the outside. We called a few companies for quotes which just caused us frustration in getting the quotes or even communication at all after their reps stopped by. This, however, was NOT the case with All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction. Cash was incredibly professional and not only had us a quote quickly, but that quote was actually better than competitive. Not only that, but they did the framing, mason work, AND also the drywall and paint! Nobody else was going to or even willing to do that. The crew that came by were great! They did a wonderful job and everything looked as good as we had hoped. There wasn't even evidence that work was done as they even did a great job cleaning up after. I highly recommend All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction. I have passed their info on to friends, and will use them for all of our needs in the future if and when they arise!

The replacement of our roof required 5 full days of work. We were impressed how everything was kept so clean at the end of each day. Everything was clearly explained to us. The overall experience was excellent.

Very good. Mr. Sanders came over promptly to evaluate the problem and discuss the repairs. The work was performed recently by one of his subcontractors and they did a great job. My only concern was the length of time between agreeing to use him and the actual completion of the contract. It was three months. He did inform me of this possible delay when I talked to him initially and was quite good in letting me arrange a substitute (in case I was not available for reasons such as being on a trip). As it turned out there was no need for me to assign a neighbor to substitute for me; I was home when his sub called and scheduled the exact date for the work. I believe this delay is quite common on work done is this area by all contractors (due to the high demand for their services:) so am not degrading the score I give to him. Just wanted to mention this for reference.

Cash came out and gave a quote. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the sidings. I had to wait for the siding to arrive. When Ronnie and the rest of the team showed up, they did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. Ronnie went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. I highly recommend this company; their prices are competitive and their product and work are of high quality.

They replaced the roof on my small house, repaired a soffit, and powerwashed the porch to remove a layer of flaking paint. All done VERY quickly and very professionally. Will use them again for future projects; thank you so much!

We have a 75 year old
home so it had many challenges. We took a direct hit from a tornado so there was extensive damage. They treated the whole process like it was their own home. The workers were friendly, courteous, and all around pros. I would

I recently received a few estimates for siding, and Cash from AORC came out to provide me an estimate. While I ultimately did not move forward with AORC, I wanted to provide Cash and the business a 5-star rating. Cash was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options and looked for several ways to save us money on the job. His estimate was the most detailed I received, fully written out with every little aspect of the job. It was also the lowest estimate I received.

The only reason we did not move forward was because his estimated timeline on starting was about double the length of others- this probably speaks to all the jobs they are completing in the area! I would say you can trust Cash and the AORC company to give you an honest, detailed quote and complete a thorough job.

From our initial consultation to the completion of the repairs to our siding and installation of the fence needed the employees were very responsive and quick in completion of the work. I highly recommend and would be happy to use this company again for other projects.

Powerwashing the exterior of 2 story log home, masking off all windows, pipes, air conditioner compressors, etc. Airless spray painting 3 coats upstairs, one coat on the logs and cleaning up after the job. Would use this contractor again.

The company and their crew were all professional and courteous from the time I contacted them all the way through the end of the job.

AORC painted the exterior of our home. They had carpenters do repairs. These men were highly professional & did a great job. The painters were also very professional. They did an awesome job. We had called to repair a leak on a section of our roof.
They inspected our entire roof and did NOT try to sell me more than I needed.
We had strong winds which had blown off our chimney cap, they jot only put it back on, but they attached it and spart painted it to match the roof
They resealed all the vents on the roof and painted them to match as well.
The workers were quick and professional.
Then we learned that they also do home repairs!

We need windows replaced and they are reasonably priced offering not only double pane glass but triple pane as well.

We hired All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction to replace our vinyl siding on our 3 story home. Our house is not an easy house to work but they did an AMAZING job. We were very impressed and would highly recommend them.

All of Cash’s crews were on time and did great work. They did the work at a competitive price and were professional.

Their work was well done. The workers were very professional and well trained. They worked quickly and did not disrupt my daily routine. Since they do so many different forms of remodeling, I feel sure I will be using them again. This time they remodeled my bathroom and built me a beautiful walk-in shower. Next will be my kitchen, with new counter tops and cabinets.

All Oklahoma Roofing was professional and courteous throughout the process of my siding repair. All communications were handled quickly, the price was reasonable, and I never felt inconvenienced in any way. I cannot recommend them enough.

They are more worried about getting a contract signed than doing what the customer wants done. They don’t show up when scheduled. They expect the customer to buy parts (garage door opener) to complete the job when it’s in the contract. The communication is terrible as they’d rather text than call.

Cash with All American Roofing and Construction was great to work with. I needed some minor repair done on my garage door. He completed the work in a timely manner. He quoted me a fair and reasonable price. I would use his company again in the future.

I’m a recent retiree and the first thing I wanted to do was get my house trim and fascia replaced/repaired and painted. There were many cracked trim boards and I had one fascia board that woodpeckers had damaged over the years. I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders.

Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours.

All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I’m very happy with the results. I recommend anyone looking to have their house painted to go with this company. The job will be done right!

Update: We were needing a drainage solution for our back yard and Cash at All Oklahoma came through again. The work was on time and the price was great. The workers cleaned things up nicely and went above and beyond by hauling the excavated dirt to the areas I needed to fill in for me saving me time and effort.

Hail damaged our roof and gutters. Cash Sanders worked directly with our insurance and navigated the claim and inspection process seamlessly with us. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. While they were working with us they replaced our fence gates for an excellent rate. Cash communicates well and gets the job done.

We had to have our roof replaced, new gutters all around, a french drain put in, all the windows replaced, and a wall replaced due to water damage and All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction did an AMAZING JOB! Cash was professional and patient with any changes that were made and provided a descriptive estimate promptly each time. The crews that came out to do the work did so extremely efficiently and were so polite. The work was finished within a day or two the most of starting and they always cleaned up after themselves. We will forever be using this company for future projects at our home. We Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

Cash and his crew took an idea for transforming a Master Bath and turned it into a Spa like experience. They took our vision and made it happen. This was not just a new vanity and paint, this remodel involved tearing down walls and redefining the space. They started by converting a Master Closet into a huge shower. To do that, they had to create a new drainage system and take down some walls and put new walls up since the space changed. They even created a small closet within our Master Bedroom that has access to our breaker box, and it serves as a linen closet
They also took a linen closet that was adjacent to the Master Bath and converted it into a laundry closet where we installed a new full size stackable washer and dryer. That required plumbing, drainage and electrical. Amazing.
The crew led by Superintendent Nicolaus are polite, conscientious, and hard workers who are very skilled at their craft. They even tidied up each day after the work was completed for the day.
You’ve seen or heard of the horror stories – unexpected cost overruns, delays in materials or labor shortages. We had none of those. They gave us a quote and that’s what I budgeted for and that was what we paid. They gave us a time estimate and that’s what time it took. No surprises or let downs at all.
I was so impressed by their quality of work and honesty in time and price, that we selected them to do our kitchen remodel. I will post another review once that job is complete.

We had several soffits on the house that had begun to deteriorate, as well as some windows where the trim had significantly rotted. Cash came out and did a thorough inspection. He has a very friendly demeanor and is very professional The estimate he provided was very thorough, and it was extremely reasonable. The crew that came out to do the work were very respectful, and their work was fast, efficient, and of the highest quality. When I returned home from work after the repairs were completed, I was so impressed by the excellent results. The windows and soffits looked brand new; and they had cleaned up after themselves so thoroughly you couldn't even tell they had been there. I will most certainly use them again for any construction or repairs on my house.

Removed and replaced deteriorated wood siding above the entry way of the house. New siding was primed and painted and looks great. Work was done promptly and professionally and workers were attentive to clean up afterwards. One issue noted during installation was dealt with and corrected without complaint. Would use this service again.

I found Cash on Angie’s List in 2013. His crew has replaced our roof 3 times since then and helped with smaller jobs (fence gate, HVAC vent, trim paint matching, etc.). The work has always been well-priced, turned quickly, and done right. Cash is honest, professional, and knows what he’s talking about. You won’t regret working with him.

I contacted three roofing companies including All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction recently to replace the hail damaged roof on my mother-in-law's 1950's built house. Mr. Cash Sanders, the owner of the company, came out the house to give me a cost estimate to replace the roof. During his inspection, he pointed out that the 1" X 8" decking planks would need to be replaced to bring the roof up to code. While he was there, I asked him about making other repairs to the house including: replacing all the soffit boards and soffit vents; replacing damaged trim on the house; painting the siding and adding rain gutters. After comparing his cost estimate with two others I received, I selected All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction. Mr. Sander's cost estimate to replace the roof was competitive with the other two estimates I received but what set estimate apart was his idea to repair vice replace most all of the soffit vents and soffit boards which would save a lot of money.

Mr. Sanders worked directly with the insurance company for approval of the roof and deck plank replacement. This was a huge time saver for me. He was also very prompt at returning all of my phone calls and answering my questions throughout the process. His crew of roofers, carpenters, painters and gutter installers showed up for work at the date and time agreed to and did an outstanding job. When the work was completed, I was very pleased with the results. The crew cleaned up everything after they were done and I looked but couldn't find a single roofing nail in the lawn. The roof looked great, all the pipe jacks and vents were repainted and the soffit vent and soffit boards looked like they were brand new. In the end the house went from looking like a tired old 1950's rambler to looking like a new house.

Mr. Sanders is an honest and dependable business owner who maintains contact with the customer throughout the process and his craftsman are extremely good at their job. I highly recommend All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction.

Replaced the roof about five years ago (then the hail came. Replaced it again and the garage doors this year) In between the roofing jobs they did some siding and exterior painting. Don't tell Cash that I don't even bother to get estimates from other contractors. He also helped with dealing with the insurance company, which saved us some money.

Cash and his team have completed several home improvement projects for me over the past several years. These projects include exterior painting, siding, door replacement, etc. I know that if I contract with Cash to complete a home improvement project, it will be completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner. I am consistently impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I am looking forward to working with Cash for my future home improvement needs.

I am very impressed with the quality of the work this company does. While they are very busy and hence it takes a while to schedule it is worth the wait. Highly professional with a rare commitment to quality that is often missing these days. They are not the most inexpensive contractor but in this case you get what you pay for.

AORC repaired my stem wall where water was seeping into the house: removed siding to reveal damage, removed water damage, installed steel barrier, silicone, and waterproof backerboard. Expert repair! They installed a French drain in concrete driveway to divert water away from the house to prevent water seepage. Expert repair! They replaced water rotted soffit, including mesh vents and repainting finished repair. Expert repair! On time everyday, dedicated professionals, finished the job in three days straight.

Great job. Very professional. We made small adjustments as the workers uncovered small problems. Nicholas was a great foreman. Price was reasonable.

An excellent swift job just before our winter storm; the roof looks fantastic and the gutters look neat and sharp. The gutter installation left a little debris behind, but it was quite cold that day so I don't blame them. I would recommend their work; the quote and invoice was comprehensive and clear cut and they were bright, kind folk able to work with my begrudging insurance.

I have had a lot of different services over the years for our home and our rental properties and I have never been more satisfied with any company than I have been with All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction. Not only did they finish the job on time but they did an excellent job, were responsive to requests and questions, were incredibly fair on their pricing and very professional and respectful. To expand on the quality of the work: I am very detail oriented and am usually left unsatisfied in one area or another when a service is provided but this is the first time I had nothing but great things to say. The cuts were clean and even, everything was left clean and the grouting and caulking was smooth with clean edges! We will be using them for all of our projects in the future!

I have a 2 story house that had been neglected for a while and needed quite a bit of repair but it was too much for a DIY project, especially being a 2 story. I found All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction online. From the initial contact and bid through the entire process Cash and his crew were completely professional and helpful. Even on the last day we found an unnoticed issue which they were able to fix without hesitation. It was a great experience. Cash sent Mr. Ronnie and his Son out during
the heavy rain and flood on 6/7/18. I was very concerned thinking the job
would be canceled due to weather. It wasn't and they did an excellent job
in about5-6 hrs. I had to have beams replace under my house where the wood had rotted from over the years of water damage. The price was

Cash Sanders contacted me immediately after receiving my request for a bid to paint and re-roof a free-standing shed. He came by to look at the job requested and I had a bid within a couple of days. After I accepted his bid, he contacted me to schedule the work promptly. Everyone showed up on time as promised. The roof was completed on a Saturday and the painting was completed the following Tuesday. They left no mess whatsoever for me to clean up. Everyone was friendly, well-spoken and professional. I would definitely recommend this contractor. The customer service (which seems to be in short supply these days) and the job done were both outstanding.
