Our installer, Johnny, was absolutely amazing!! He was very particular, timely, and easy to talk with. Everyone we had contact with were personable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had called to set up a time to get our gutters cleaned by these guys three different times. Trying to get anyone to get back to us was like pulling teeth. After we finally got in contact with one of them to set up a time they told us they would be out in a couple of weeks. When my husband asked for a confirmation on a day or time we got zero response. Two weeks went by and no one showed up and we still weren’t getting answers from anyone on their end. After four weeks we called another company to come in, and after they set up a day and time with us, they showed up and did the cleaning and left a straight foreword bill with me (I was home at the time) no run around or nonsense. We were very happy with their service! Oddly enough a week later we got a bill from ANGS for the same gutter cleaning on the exact same day. We called and initially they said yes don’t worry we aren’t going to charge you if the service wasn’t done and we thought that was the end of it. Right now we are still fighting with them across three different people because they want to charge us for a cleaning that WAS ALREADY COMPLETED BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY. They say we should have cancelled the gutter cleaning THAT WE COULDN’T GET THEM TO CONFIRM and we have to pay for the service THAT SOMEONE ELSE DID. I understand mix ups and that poor communication can happen from time to time, but I was just hung up on BY THEM, the PROFESSIONAL, and I’m very angry now. I’m a business owner too and have to work with many different people across many different platforms and I’m sorry but this is absolutely unacceptable. I WILL NOT pay a company that can’t get their scheduling figured out, that can’t answer phone calls or return phone calls, that are demanding payment for a job done by another professional, and that hangs up on me instead of communicating with me to fix the issue.

My wife and I had been trying to find someone to install new gutters since having a new roof installed last October. We received many bids but no one would show-up for the install! We wanted a different color than your standard (redwood), so I knew if someone said they would order the roll and be out next week to install and never heard back from them, they shouldn't be trusted.
I became aware of a "shake-up" at All New and forwarded an email to corporate in Fargo. What an awesome experience dealing with Todd Hanson! Even after having a medical emergency, he replied to email inquiries with prompt phone calls and we had new gutters installed in less then two weeks! Couldn't be happier with install. They even installed in the rain! Call Todd in the Fargo office, he is a real professional.
