I would recommend anyone to All In One for their roofing needs.
Kelsey was so sweet.
She helped me file a claim with my insurance to explaining & helping me with the process to the very end with my new roof. The roofers made sure that all the debri was picked up before they left. They were very professional.

Great and fast workers. Kelsey was great at communicating. If I missed her call she would leave a voicemail and send a text message. Great customer service and very professional. The guys picked up behind themselves and didn’t leave behind any trash or old shingles, not even a piece of old shingles (LOL). Highly recommend!!! 10/10!!!!

Highly unprofessional.

I had an estimate scheduled between 3 and 5. Though I wouldn't get home until 4, there would be someone there. However, when I arrived, no one had come. 5pm rolls around, and still no one. No call, automatic message, or email from All in One Renovations.

By this time, I assumed it no one was coming due to the lack of notification and got in the shower. While in the shower I received a phone call from the company at 5:31 p.m. reporting that the contractor had arrived.

Upon answering, I explained that it was past the time scheduled. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she simply said she knew, and he ran behind. I pointed out that businesses usually notify the customer of such, and her response was, "Do you want him to take a look at it or not?" I simply hung up because I refused to talk to someone who lacked professionalism and failed to take accountability.

After I got out of the shower, I proceeded to call back and asked to speak with a supervisor. The same rude, unprofessional female who called previously answers the phone. She made claims that she was a supervisor and part owner and made reference to how they had lots of business despite her rude behavior and lack of accountability after being so unprofessional.

I simply hung up again because I refuse to deal with people like that. Which assuredly don't deserve my business if that's how they treat future customers.

For clarity. The fact that the contractor arrived late was not the issue. The lack of accountability and the female's rude and unprofessional response after they arrived late without proper notification is the problem.

Everyone was so helpful–from the claims process, to helping me pick out my shingles/color/etc. (thank you, Kelsey!), the actual roof work, cleanup, and the followup. I reached out to All In One Renovations after a hail storm came through my area earlier this year. I had seen their work on other homes in my neighborhood and was confident in their abilities. They made the claims process very easy. They even took extra precautions to protect my landscaping and koi pond. They worked quickly and cleaned up nicely once they were done. I'm pleased with their work and am glad I chose them to replace my roof.

They did a excellent job on my roof. Did exceptional job when I made last minute changes. Excellent job protecting my plants around the house. Kelsey did wonderful job helping my wife and I make an excellent choice in the color of the shingles. (Kelsey brought out samples of the two colors we couldn't make our decision on.) Cleanup looked Great, anything they had moved was put back in place.

I learned of All-in-One renovations after a coworker shared some photos of their new roof. From the word go, Jordan kept my wife and I informed throughout the entire process. Kelsey (she's a superstar) was pleasant to work with and brought the whole project to conclusion on time as promised. I was looking for a company to repair my roof after the storm and lucky All In One was in my neighborhood at that time. After talking with the Sales Lady regarding my concerns, she was very informative and knowledgeable and very helpful toward me making a final decision. All In One Renovations completed my roof on June 17, 2021. The crew had the roof installed in a day and a couple of hours out of the next day. They worked fast and didn’t leave a lot of materials for clean up. They ever attempted to cover my plants to minimize damage. On July 1, 2021, a different crew applied the metal roof to my storage house. They were fast and efficient as well. The sales representative (Kelsey)worked closely with myself and my insurance adjuster. She made herself available to answers any questions /concerns. The only issue I have with All in one Renovations, is that you don’t get up front pricing. You are told that they work off the insurance quotes. If you are working from insurance quotes and not told what your price is up front, then the numbers can match any insurance quote. I would hire them again, but get up front pricing for piece of mind. The reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is not getting an upfront cost for fees and services. This review was not a paid review. However; I was given a discount on services.

They did everything they told us and more. It was very easy for us, and they cleaned up after themselves. We love our new roof. We were very pleased with them!

I am very pleased with they work they did. They check my roof for free and identified all the issues. They worked with the insurance adjuster to get the quote and got my roof done in two days with minimal distraction to me and my family once the materials were in. They even upgraded the felt paper on the roof for free. Great customer service and business to work with.

They installed 36 square of shingles on my house. Tore off and replaced between 630 am - 3 pm . I left for work with a old roof and returned home to a new one. Couldnt tell they was even there except for a new quality roof. Would definitely recommend. Very promt and curious.

The workers did a great job installing the new roof and cleaning up everything and overall left everything looking better than it did before. Great company, and would recommend.

The company recently replaced our roof, which had been damaged by hail and wind. They did all of the legwork including submitting the insurance claim. The company was very professional and courteous. They answered all the questions I had and were available as needed. The crew seemed very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. My home was stripped, roofed, and all debris cleaned in one day before I even made it home from work.

Very nice people and do excellent work. Just had to wait a little longer that I wanted to due to the weather. All in all I will recommend this company and use them for any further roofing needs. Excellent at cleaning up the debris and leaves your yard the way they found it.

The roof looks ok, although seems a little wavy and appears cheaper than some of my neighbors. Mostly disappointed with how they worked with my insurance. Ended up paying much more out of pocket than their estimate.

!!! If you don't give them a 5 star review, they will charge you an extra $500 dollars !!!

The entire processes was great, from the initial inspection through the follow-up. Everyone involved has been extremely friendly and helpful. We were truly amazed by how smoothly and speedily everything went. We will and have recommend them.

All in One did a great job taking care of the situation! Roof was in bad shape and had been planning on calling insurance and was going to find someone to take care of it. All in One came through and did all the leg work for me. It made it very nice not to have to deal with the insurance and all the stress that comes with finding someone to do the job. The crew that did the job was very efficient. Cleaned up the yard in the pouring rain as well. Roof looks great!

The professionalism the crew used while they were at my residents performing their work duties is expectional. After the job was completed my yard looked better than what it did before they started and put everything back in their proper place. The quality of the material and workmanship is second to nobody. All that was promised was kept by All In One Renovations. They helped me with the paperwork and it was a smooth transition. So my recomendation for this company I give them 5 stars.

Thomas worked with me and my insurance to file a claim and get a new roof on my home. After a delay caused by a raccoon in the attic they were able to get to work and did a great job. I will definitely call them for future work on my house.

If I could give no stars I would. They get most of the good stars from the discount they give if you do it. It took 3 months for a new roof and had horrible contact with them. Never returned calls, randomly would show up without appointment or notification. On man cussed my husband out and was very rude to me. I would never recommend them. They are rude, cheap, beyond unprofessional. I caution those who need work done.

Awesome work. My roof looks fantastic. They were between some hiring so I had to deal with multiple people and a few setbacks. Overall, I would recommend this company. They are very friendly and were very good to work with.

I had two houses needing new roofs, they were able to do both of them in no time at all. First day started at 6:00 a.m. and was done by 1:00 p.m. and the other at 2:00 in the afternoon and was done by 5:30 that same afternoon. Everything was picked up, cleaned and straightend they even put tarps over the bushes to keep them clean. I enjoyed talking with their sales reps they were very professional and informed me on every little detail and not to mention worked with us to save the most money we possibly could. I highly recommend this roofing company, they met all of our expectations and more.
