I contacted All Around Roofing in August 2024 about some major issues w/ a previous roofer's work. They came out w/in a week, inspected my roof and gutters, and provided an estimate. I signed a contract and the work was done by early November 2024. Every minor issue was resolved before they even expected payment. I now have a new roof warranty backed by a company that will actually stand behind their work.

Communication was easy with answers provided quickly. I went with a new roof instead of just repairing the old one. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. My new roof looks great!

In April 2024 part of a tree fell on my house and put a hole in the roof. All Around Roofing helped me with the whole stressful process from getting the tree removed, getting the roof tarped, and dealing with the insurance company. I am so grateful for everything that they did, and I have a beautiful new roof to! I don't know if I had to deal with the insurance company myself, I would have a new roof now. They did a great job fixing not only the whole the tree made but when they took off the 20+ year old roof they also fixed everything else they found. I was also happy with the type of produce they use; it looks better than anyone else's roof in the neighborhood. They had almost everything done in one day, finished the roof, and cleaned up in the second day. If I had to go through this process again, I would not use anyone else!

They were professional, honest and hardworking. I appreciate that they made recommendations based on our plans for the house and did not try to sell us something we didn’t need, right now. They educated us on future maintenance issues, and that was helpful. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with the job that was done before they invoiced us. I know that a roofing job can leave behind a big mess, but they were really good about the clean up, as well. I called after a piece of siding on our home came off during a storm. I sent a picture in and got a quote within minutes and scheduled to have the siding fixed. It was done quickly after our conversation and had no issues on day of install. If I have any other issues at my home when it comes to the exterior in the future, I will be calling All Around Roofing first to see if they can help.

Called 5 different roofing companies and they bid my roof $1,000 cheaper than everyone else. They showed up and covered my entire yard with tarps to protect everything from nails and damage. They were very informative and finished the whole job in a day. If I could have given them 20’s I would have. Thanks guys we love the new roof.

A bit late on this review. The side of my aging roof blew off in the wind storm last year, and Drew was on my roof installing tarps the next day. He worked well with insurance, and my new roof looks great.

After several unsuccessful and exhausting attempts to find a roofing company to repair the storm damage on a 100+ year old house, we felt like we found gold with All Around Roofing. Drew was prompt, professional, reasonable and kept all appointments as promised. All installation, clean-up, materials...........were top notch. The crew went well beyond what was required. We were so pleased we had AAR replace 3 porch roofs on a second property. Drew even had a custom copper drain made for our new box gutters on the second project. With multiple properties, we now feel we have found a roofing company we can count on for future repairs and projects. We highly recommend.

All Around Roofing completed two roof replacements for me after a bad wind storm in the Lexington area. They tarped my roof the next day so that our houses stayed dry until the insurance claim could be resolved. They took pictures and did everything within their power to help the insurance claim process move along smoothly. The showed up to each house when they said they would, completed the work in a day, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional company and easy to work/communicate with.

Laura Ratliff and her crew were AMAZING! She made the process of replacing all our windows a breeze. The installers were great too. They were quick and efficient and even put my Christmas lights back that I had on the front porch after they finished. Shortly after posting my 4-star review, I was contacted by All Around Roofing, and they fixed my gutters to have the premium guards! No hassle! I’m thrilled.

I really appreciate that All Around Roofing worked with me after another company refused (because I had a double layer of shingles). Also, they worked directly with my insurance which was a plus. It took weeks to get my job done which was likely due to the many homes affected by the storm. My chief complaint is with the company they used to replace my damaged gutters. My old gutters had premium micromesh gutter guards, but these were replaced with low quality gutter guards. The cheap ones allow pine needles to accumulate in my gutters. Now, I have to remove the useless gutter screens, clear my gutters of debris, and pay hundreds to get new premium guards installed. Also, the roofing crew wasn’t very careful about cleaning up when the job was done as I found a couple nails in my driveway along with a few cigarette butts around my house. Not a big deal, but I’m glad I didn’t run over a nail. Although my insurance wouldn’t pay for a whole new roof, All Around Roofing paid to have my old shingles cleaned so everything matched good as new. I would recommend them as long as you don’t need gutters.

The flue pipe in my chimney cracked due to age, and the entire chimney had to be taken down to fix the problems. Thank goodness for All Around Roofing!. Amazing job and the finished product is absolutely beautiful.

I have used Laura and Lauren numerous times on several different rental properties. Being a female owned company they communicate constatntly ( in a good way LOL). Seriously, i have used them for gutters, facia, windows and of course roofs. In the middle of Covid when big name window companies were 16 weeks out, Lauren got them installed in the 5 weeks she promised. When the Big winds hit in March of 2023, I gave Lauren a list of properties that needed inspection and she provided an assessment within days with photos. Insurance claims went through flawlessly because of the documentation. I did have a question on 1 of the 10+ projects she has done for me and an owner of the company met me that day to address my concerns. Top notch ALL AROUND ( pun intended)

Dealing with Lauren and her company was a pleasure! I have never had an insurance claim be as easy as it was with them. All Around Roofing is trusted and recommended by my insurance company so the quote was immediately approved by insurance and All Around Roofing had my brand new roof (including decking) up within a week and a half from me submitting the claim even though they were slammed because of the storms we had this past spring. They completed the work in one day and left my yard exactly as it was, I didn’t find a single nail after they had left. I highly recommend this company!

A 10 out of 10 experience with this company. Laura responded quickly to get our minor roof repair on the schedule and even took the time to come out and make sure the new shingles matched our current ones prior to the repairs being done. Then on work day the project was done well and efficiently. You can not go wrong with this company. It was uplifting after having two other companies (one I had used in the past) promise to do the project and then fail to follow through.
