Fern Faux came to our house to install Christmas lights at the second floor at the end of November. He came unprepared and needed to make multiple trips to get supplies. He charged us for his inefficiencies. His install was poor and the lights started to fall with-in a couple weeks. It was clear to us that this was his first attempt of something like this. He ignored all calls and emails to address the situation when the lights started to fail.

He picked up this project from a Home Depot service request. I would not recommend this individual for the fact that once the "work" is complete he is not responsive. We felt like we were conned.
