They do not deliver work as promised (or at all). They are disorganized, non-communicative, & unprofessional. They do not return calls, they lie about their start times & evade all communication with their customers when they do not deliver on their promises. Contract was signed in February, & work was supposed to start on my house in June, but we never heard from them until we called (1st week of June) to find out why they were not starting. This happened a few times in June & again in July, & they kept promising that we were next on the list, but we kept getting put off again and again. Contacted them multiple times, and finally received an email today (almost August) that they are still 4-6 weeks out from being able to start. Wasted my entire spring & summer, & the work could have already been done by a real professional. Hire at your own risk.

Nothing but the best. The options were well laid out. The bid was fair, the installation was on time and done meticulously. We are very happy with our membrane roof. What an improvement over the old tar and gravel. Good drainage was planned for and accomplished. FIRST RATE all around. NO LEAKS!!! We actually enjoyed the steady rain last night with zero worries. Twelve years now and no compromises. Thank You --All American! And they have come an periodically checked the roof to see if there were any potential problems.
