asked my insurance agent for roofer, all american roofing was the reply, of the 3 roofs ive had on my home over 30 years, All American roof is by far superior compared to the first two, class 3 shingle, OSB reworked around chimney, used computer software for correct placement of roof line attack vents, my house now 'breathes' correctly, AC and heat much more efficient now, friendly professional crew, they also did my new rain guttering perfectly level and leaf gaurd, ask for Dustin Cagel, when he introduced himself he stated "roofing is ALL i do"!!

We recently had most of our shingles torn off from the horrible wind storm and Dustin came by to give us an honest assessment and made the whole process so smooth! He walked us through the insurance claim we filed and the team that installed the roof did an amazing job. Not only the new roof, but the level of detail they had even on cleanup afterwards. We requested an inspection from All American Roofing to see if any damage occurred from the recent wind storm. Brandon Randell was the technician that inspected the roof and provided us a very honest and thorough assessment. It was a pleasure to work with him. After one of our infamous spring wind storms, I lost a good portion of my shingles off of my admittedly, quite old roof. Chad was able to come out the very next day. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all the different roofing options in an easy to understand way. He went over all the benefits with the different options, from the type and class of shingle to the color. Over the few days while I was deciding what to do he always picked right the phone and was happy to answer any of my questions or concerns.

After the estimate was worked up, Chad gave me all the options. There was no high-pressure sales or pushing us whatsoever. Due to the age of the roof, I decided to not go through the insurance, but pay for the roof myself which the company was quite flexible on the payment.

I’m hopeful I won’t need another roof for many years or decades, but if I do, I’ll make sure to give these guys a call.

I had AAR come to my house and inspection my roof. They were honest and told me my roof didn't need to be replaced yet. In my book that is refreshing. If you want an honest company, I would suggest all american. I will definitely call them again

They weren’t just interested in swapping shingles. They looked at the whole picture. Repairing, restoring, in one decision actually offering a solution which reduced my home insurance premiums! The team at All American Roofing has been amazing. From the moment the storm destroyed our roof, Dustin was available for any and all of our questions. He came several times to check things over, working with our insurance company to make sure our claims process has been as smooth as possible. When they were ready to start work, they called and were very accommodating with our schedule. Once they were done, I was worried about the random nails that we would find but I noticed they went through our entire property and made sure any and all trash and nails were picked up. Brandon Randell did my roof inspection 7 weeks ago. I was told I would be CC’d in emails to my insurance company and never received any emails. My emails to this gentlemen were never responded to. I had a feeling that this guy was talking a big game in person so I opted to use email for communication so I had a log of whatever was said. I called the main office and some nameless gentleman claiming to be the owner assured me that he would have Brandon check his email to get back with me. I had to email once again and this is when I receive a phone call from Mr. Randell explaining to me that they had become busy elsewhere. So because of this, my roof was no longer a priority to be finished. Needless to say we have decided to use a different company.
