We requested an inspection from All American Roofing to see if any damage occurred from the recent wind storm. Brandon Randell was the technician that inspected the roof and provided us a very honest and thorough assessment. It was a pleasure to work with him. After one of our infamous spring wind storms, I lost a good portion of my shingles off of my admittedly, quite old roof. Chad was able to come out the very next day. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all the different roofing options in an easy to understand way. He went over all the benefits with the different options, from the type and class of shingle to the color. Over the few days while I was deciding what to do he always picked right the phone and was happy to answer any of my questions or concerns.

After the estimate was worked up, Chad gave me all the options. There was no high-pressure sales or pushing us whatsoever. Due to the age of the roof, I decided to not go through the insurance, but pay for the roof myself which the company was quite flexible on the payment.

I’m hopeful I won’t need another roof for many years or decades, but if I do, I’ll make sure to give these guys a call.

I had AAR come to my house and inspection my roof. They were honest and told me my roof didn't need to be replaced yet. In my book that is refreshing. If you want an honest company, I would suggest all american. I will definitely call them again

Brandon Randell did my roof inspection 7 weeks ago. I was told I would be CC’d in emails to my insurance company and never received any emails. My emails to this gentlemen were never responded to. I had a feeling that this guy was talking a big game in person so I opted to use email for communication so I had a log of whatever was said. I called the main office and some nameless gentleman claiming to be the owner assured me that he would have Brandon check his email to get back with me. I had to email once again and this is when I receive a phone call from Mr. Randell explaining to me that they had become busy elsewhere. So because of this, my roof was no longer a priority to be finished. Needless to say we have decided to use a different company.

Brandon was simply awesome! My roof had a very easy-to-fix issue near a vent, the repair was very minor. Because it was so minor and easy to fix, they didn’t even charge me, they just asked I call them back if there’s an issue still later. Their logic: why try an option that may not be necessary, especially if it could be such an easy fix? They now have a customer for life! They were easy to schedule with, polite, and kept me updated. I highly recommend!

We have a leak in our bathroom that is of unknown origin.

Chad came out to take a look and channeled his inner Sherlock Holmes, the Great Leak Detector. He inspected the roof, baked inside the 130 degree attic, and analyzed all of the data to present his case for the cause of the leak.

With this information, he deduced the location of the leak from inside the attic and presented us with reasonable options to address it.

Tjis time, the leak will need further investigation as it is particularly sneaky. However, if we ever see rain again, we will now be able to tell of the origin of the drip. If it is a roof issue, we are calling All American Roofing to help us out.
