James the service tech is awesome! Came out and fixed things very quickly, walked me through damage photos, and offered up opinions on some of my other concerns I had about my roof.

I can't say much for the quality of work they do, I'm sure it's 100% as they do so many large roofing projects, and I deliver material to a lot of these projects, unfortunately they don't seem to care about the trucking companies bringing in materials, most roofing companies will unload material by forklift and then move it onto the roof by crane, here they unload directly onto the roof which I'm sure helps them but for a driver who depends on there truck moving to make money we have to wait on-site 5 to 6hrs sometimes past our appointment times to get unloaded leaving us unable to commit to other work we have aligned! Strict appointment times or forklift unload would help this drastically

Hello,. we recently had new siding put on our house by All American Exteriors, and we we can not be happier with all facets of the process. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this company. We had our entire roof and gutter system replaced this summer after finding some roof leaks and drainage issues around the downspouts. We got quotes from several companies in the area and All American was not only the most affordable but provided the most information and had the most experience. Every step of the way, there was clear and constant communication on our project. We were incredibly impressed by how much their team accomplished in the two days they worked on our home. Every team member we spoke to was professional and polite - even going as far as building protective barriers for my wildflower garden while they were replacing the roof. They made it the best experience possible for us from start to finish. Highly recommend them and will definitely be going back for all exterior work to our home!

They did a great job cleaning our gutters late in the season. Arrived on time and were very professional and nice. We asked for a few before and after photos so we could see how dirty our gutters were and they did it with no hesitation. Would definitely recommend this company and use again in the future!

I used All American Exterior Solutions for our residential house and they were A+, amazing. There were no surprises or hidden fees for their work. There were some challenging spots for our roofline and they provided smart solutions that others were not able to come up with. We replaced our large bay window in the front of the house. All American did a great job. The installers were clean, professional and friendly. The window looks great!

All American replaced our windows with Pella and did a terrific job, We love the new windows and they look amazing. Foreman was a very nice guy who was helpful throughout the process.

I don't normally write reviews, but wanted to put in a good word for this company. We had a large deck sliding door installed by American Exterior Solutions. They were responsive and came at the time they said they would come. We were looking for a wood door to replace the one we had, and the price was reasonable (less than a vinyl door). They didn't try to upsell us at all, and the price stated in the contract was the price we paid. The workers who installed it were professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

AAES properly vented our bathroom through the roof. Estimate, scheduling, and job completion was done in a week. The company is responsive and gave us a fair price for the work that needed to be done. We will not hesitate using this company again in the future.

Getting our skylights installed was a very seamless process from my initial phone call to measuring and installation. Great customer service and fair pricing. James went above and beyond.

AAES built a deck during Covid for me. They were very professional, and built a solid deck that will last forever. Took them about 3 construction days to complete the job. I'm very happy!

Recommended larger size gutters and down spouts to handle frequent 100 year rains in area. Work performed on time and within estimate. Exact color match. Professional estimator and crew. Recommendation work solved rain overflow problem. Not happy that existing gutters were in new condition and scrapped. But AAES are great!

I had a great experience with them. They redid insulation , new roof and gutters. They were timely , professional and communicated well each step of the way! All the employees I spoke with were easy to work with and had great customer service. I would highly recommend!

It was very disappointing that All American Exterior Solutions could not give me a price on the copper awning above bay window.
Jeff was not friendly, did not want to work with me on the estimate. It was a supply a traditional copper awning and his response that his guys would not be able to match the roof awning. What kind of company you are that you cannot do a simple job? Would not recommend this company, just waste of time.

This company re-sided my home and caused extensive damage to the inside with well over 30 severe nail pops. When I called them I was told that it wasn't their responsibility although it's clear that they caused the damage. That damage will cost hundreds to repair. I'm very unhappy with this company and, of course, I would not recommend them.

We just had six new windows installed in our home and we couldn't be happier. They look amazing and the installation was the highest quality. Their price was fair and we would recommend them to anyone. We will be sure to get a bid when we need a new roof in 3-5 years.

They where doing our section of townhouse, they would start at 7am bang with hammers, I had a sick son at the time so they where right above his window banging with hammers, I asked them if they could use a nail gun or something with less banging they just looked at me like if I where stupid.... they left nails all over the place caught two flat tires on my car and one on my motorcycle needless to say those where two very costly expensive...

All American did an excellent job for the company I work for, The new roof and windows outside look very modern. Their team is very polite, considerate, and professional. Definitely worth the company's investment. I actually contracted them a few weeks back to do some roof repair on my house and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
