All American Discount Flooring

Did a great job with only running one guy on our flooring, between carpet and LVP they did everything we asked for and the flooring turned out great!

We had purchased Shaw vinyl plank flooring for our home from all American discount flooring approximately 10 years ago. My son came over and helped me install it and we have enjoyed it ever since. It looks as good now as the day that it was laid. That is right up until about a month and a half ago. When a Maytag repairman accidentally dropped my washing machine off of the pedestal onto my vinyl plank flooring. Sadly, they damaged two of the planks.

The repair company was unable to find a contractor to repair my flooring and put the ball in my court. I called Troy at All American discount flooring and he came out and quoted the repair job for me. The quote was turned into the appliance repair company and they approved it

In about 10 days, Troy sent out one of his installers to do the job. I hope that one of you out there have the opportunity to work with Jose in your home. Even though he had only been with the company for two previous days before he showed up at my house, he had a wealth of knowledge in how to attack challenges and it was obvious that he had a lot of experience working with flooring and specifically vinyl plank. He was able to remove the interlocking planks to get to the damaged ones, he replaced the damage ones and reinstalled all of the other planks making the floor look brand new. My wife and I are considering putting vinyl plank in the rest of our house and really look forward to working with Troy and hopefully, Jose again.

Gerrit was prompt and worked steady to complete the job. After removing the old carpet and installing new vinyl he cleaned up any debris from the job. The final project is great!

Avoid avoid avoid. Glen gave me a timeline of a few weeks, turned into months. Sent an old man who didn’t speak English. And a young guy that smelled like marijuana. Took months. Very poor job, need the grout re-done. He is a BULLY!! Worst tile I’ve ever seen. Uneven. Lots of cracks. When I questioned him, he threatened to charge more. AVOID

We have used discount carpet for many years! Love the affordable prices and customer service! Ira is such a nice guy. They have always been so good to me. We have used their service and carper over the years in both a personal and business level.
Peach Tree Retirement Center Safe Senior Living Family Style, has had carpet installed more than a fee times by them and we have always been pleased. They have even helped us out in a jam.

These guys are simply amazing! I set up my estimate, and got a response immediately. Izzy came out to take measurements and discuss what a plan would be for a small room in a home we just bought. We went into the store to pick our flooring. Izzy was so helpful and extremely kind. We felt very. comfortable with what we paid and there was no pressure to go out of our budget. He got us on the schedule right away. A few days later, Dean came to our home perfectly on time and got straight to work. He was kind and didn't leave a single speck of dust behind.The floor turned out gorgeous! Very satisfied with the results. The customer service is above and beyond here!!! Working with the team from All American Discount Flooring was a relief and a 5-star experience from beginning to end. I made the decision to replace the floors in my parent's 1970s condo somewhat hastily. Thus, the number of questions I had - from baseboards, to moving furniture and appliances, to plumbing, timing, and inquiries about the product that I chose - seemed endless. Izzy and the crew were never anything but patient and gracious and helpful. The guys on site for all the days of our install were fast and did a beautiful job. We have had nonstop compliments from neighbors. For me, it was also helpful that they were so kind. I recommend this company without hesitation. Great experience.

Beautiful place, amazing that yakima kinda takes care of anything. The rest of the Greenway is scary and full of scary people.

Recently had our full basement carpeted.
Glen and the crew were great installers.
They were on time , did exactly what they said they would do plus more.

If 0 Stars was an option, then 0. The owner came to our house and was rude. I believe his parting words were, “Good luck finding someone to do your floor.” Spent the whole time pointing out what he wouldn’t be able to do. Needs to learn how to be a professional. I don’t recommend this place.

We decided to resurface our floors after 12 years. It was a big project for us and Glenn made the process really easy. Their showroom is awesome and it gives you a chance to really see the pieces fit together. Once we decided, Glenn's team came out to install the LVP and carpet. The team was extremely professional and they were so friendly the entire time. They made us feel very comfortable throughout the install and they did a great job of cleaning up after it was complete. Their expertise and problem solving added tremendous value to the experience and I will recommend Glenn and the Discount Carpet team to anyone who asks.

When I need another piece of my house done again. I'll come here. They were quick, clean and polite all through the process.

We had two bdrms and an adjoining foyer area carpeted. They offer the best quality and pricing in town. The staff treats everyone like family. They know their products and take the time to answer each and every possible question a customer might have. We will use them for all future flooring projects. Here's another highlight.. they gave us a schedule date for installation and they were there on that date. The installers did a fabulous job too.. We would give them 100 stars but sadly there are only 5 stars to this rating..

They have great service and selection. They can sell you just the flooring for a good price or they can do a complete install. When it's time for that remodel or just new floors call these guys!
