I/we were due for a new roof after some wind/storm damage. We were unsure of the process, how to get our insurance company involved, and how much it would cost us. Savannah was the absolute best to work with during the entire process! She walked us step by step of the process, could be reached at any time with questions and concerns, and made sure to check in with us multiple times! In addition, Skyler also made sure I knew what the construction aspect of the roof would look like. He also kept the communication open and was reachable at anytime I had a question. The work was amazing, the roof looks fantastic and we are still getting compliments from neighbors! The scam salesman ignored my, “No Soliciting Sign,” and rang my doorbell regardless. Then left this flyer indicating everything wrong with my roof that he allegedly observed. I just had my roof inspected by two reputable roofers who found no damage whatsoever. Clearly this company is a scam with unethical sales people!!!

Very pleased with Alien Roofing from the first meeting with Josh Nowlin until the job was completed. Josh went back and forth with our insurance company to get the maximum amount of money for the repair that we could get. Once the shingle replacement was scheduled, the workers were able to get the job done in one day. They cleaned up before they left and our new roof looks good. Alien Roofs has been walking around our neighborhood looking for work. Beware. We were approved on the 12th of July and told that our roof had missing and loss shingles. That they would examine and replace and that the insurance would probably cover it. Our roof is 2 years old. When we told him and asked that he point out the issue he backtracked and said he misspoke. He didn't misspeak. It was sleazy, unprofessional and downright insurance fraud (illegal). Not exactly giving the confidence that they would stand by their work. BUYER BEWARE.

Alien roofing provides good customer service, they worked hard with me to resolve an issue with the insurance company, they responded my messages promptly, they also did a good job replacing the roof. Highly recommended.

Alien Roofing is outstanding! Mike and Jason were fantastic. Very helpful in terms of working through insurance after a bad windstorm. Very attentive and great communication. Prior to installation, the communication was great and we were well prepared. The crew was on time and kept the work area clean. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment for Monday and didn't call to let me know they weren't going to make it. Just because I have security cameras did I see that they actually without me being aware they came knocking on my door on Wednesday...expecting me to be home. I don't know in what mind....anyway, if they can't stick to a simple roof inspection appointment and can't call to notify, or reschedule, don't expect them to stick to more complicated issues that come after the inspection.

Alien roofing did a great job going to battle for me with the insurance company. Although it took several months for the entire process to be completed (mainly do to the insurance company) Alien roofing was able to get my entire roof replaced for only the cost of the insurance deductible. The roof looks great, and Alien did a great job from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak above our spare bedroom on New Years Eve. Alien Roofing responded quickly and came out the next day. They addressed the concerning areas, were very professional, and effective. We will be using them for all our roofing issues in the future.

First they did an amazing job on the house and garage; it looks great! Second, they were careful with catching all the material and clean up. I found no old shingles/materials and fewer than 10 nails after they left. They did the heavy lifting with the insurance company. I had to get involved a little, but on the whole Alien's processes were easier than the my mortgage company's check endorsement process. Finally, they made decisions that took care of the homeowner. Upgrading me to a dimensional shingle, when the 3-tab was not available, and ensuring damaged sheathing was replaced, even at their own risk. It's great to see a company focused on the quality of the finished work.
