Me and my wife we hired Alder Home craft to do some restoration work at our house after water damage behind our refrigerator. Made an otherwise frustrating process so much better. From the time we actually got the project started. Our project manner Aaron was exceptional. Communication was excellent right upfront..told us what our options were and what the problem errors were gonna to be. Was able to find solutions to difficult situations working with them. At each phase of the project, timely, professional, and great work ethic. Always knew at the beginning of the day who was coming and about what time they would be there. I have nothing but good to say about the Company and the finish product. Highly Recommend this Company. Any problems situation I brought up was taken care of promptly to my satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again if I ever have any construction needs at my house. Thank you again, Aaron you and your staff were excellent, especially the the gentleman who built my custom cabinet, which was very delicate stressful work.

100% recommend to anyone! Talk about dedicated workers! My Project Manager, Aaron, worked so hard for my project: water damage in a bathroom. This was an insurance claim, which is a very intimidating & daunting process. Not only did he coordinate contractors & all my calls, he walked me through the insurance process. It was not his job to explain insurance to me. He advocated for me with my adjuster because he knew the job would cost A LOT more than the third-party estimation and was able to prove (with time & patience) that the project required more money, which was granted. Communication was excellent. Leo assisted with coordinating reconstruction, and Ramiro and his wife put in an incredible amount of extra time and effort: long days, quality work, with smiles on their faces. I couldn't be more grateful. All employees I've interacted with have been so kind. If you want someone on your side, I HIGHLY recommend Alder, especially Aaron and his team!

Had a great experience with Alder Homecraft fka RMJ Construction. Had a water heater fail and flood my Mom’s garage. Restoration came in and did their thing. Won’t review them. Got the call from the Alder Home Craft office to schedule their estimator. They were able to agree with my homeowners insurance estimate.

Matt called and came out the next day, and was able to schedule his PM Allan to verify his quote with his contractor Leo. They were able to return the next day and complete the work in one day. Great experience with the crew from
start to finish.

Alder Home Craft (RMJ) completed restoration of my guest room wall & master bathroom after water damage. I am so pleased with the end result! Each crew (drywall, tiling, electrical) were professional and friendly. They put down protective covering on my floors and carpet as needed and cleaned up the work areas at the end of the day. The final work is so well done that you cannot tell where there was damage. Working with Aaron (project manager) was great. He helped with selecting tile, was flexible with scheduling issues, and was a pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10 - I would work with Alder again for home projects.

I really cannot say enough. The best in professional service, best time and money well spent. Definitely a shout out to my PM Mr. McCary. Everything was completed to profection to the value of each dollar well spent. His team Mr. Leo and his entorouge of skilled workers, I swear they were magicians in construction. Thank you...

Robert & Adrian were very helpful in dealing with insurance company & always updated me with what's next thing to be done in the repair of laundry room & bedroom due to water leakage. Rufino & Mario did an excellent work in repairing damaged wall & laying carpet in bedroom & linoleum in laundry room.

Avoid. Shoddy work. No pride in workmanship. Knowingly left a disaster of plaster and drywall powder respiratory hazard all over an elderly person’s home on an insurance claim resulting in out-of-pocket expenses for cleaning and shoddy work redone. Failed to redress the issues. Reported to the State of Nevada Division of Insurance (#62296), no resolution.

March 12, 2024, on request of RMJ Construction representatives, I personally emailed RMJ on behalf of the elderly homeowner/claimant/customer including 171 images spanning the entire December 1, 2023 through February 15, 2024 removal and rebuild process depicting shoddy RMJ work and disaster mess bordering on vandalism, with follow-up imagery continuing through March 8, 2023, and, despite my documentation provided to RMJ, an RMJ representative tried to persuade the elderly homeowner/claimant/customer to pay twice. RMJ knows exactly who I am, the elderly homeowner/claimant/customer involved, the address of the home involved, the status in which RMJ left the home, and our contact information whenever RMJ wants to happily “get this resolved”.

The team was fast, they were the ones communicating back to me and the work was done quick and clean

RMJ were amazing to work with throughout the project. We had water damage in our kitchen and it was a very stressful time, but they made the process so smooth. We felt confident we went with the right team. Aaron spent time explaining from the start each step and was in constant communication with me he responded to any questions we had promptly and had answers we needed. The work done by Leo, and his team was amazing. The quality and precision were flawless. The team was respectful and left the space exactly as they found it upon completion of that work each day, my kitchen is back as it was, and I would say even an even better shape with the work done by RJ construction.

Aaron and Ray worked very hard during restorations of my property from the start up to the accomplishment of the project.Both of them coordinated to reach my expectation. I was answered politely of my question. Aaron did the excellent job as leader of the team and Ray was a good team member which is very important to the success of RMJ construction of Nevada.
I could highly recommend RMJ construction for any project you may have.

Genuinely some of the best around! They assisted after water damaged my home; and they did it so fast and perfect, my house looks better than brand new! Jay helped me stay informed and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and I always knew the next steps. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone, especially military families

I’m not one to write reviews, but I must take exception to the wonderful service I received from Jay, Pierre, Carmello and Crew at RMJ construction. I had a toilet tank leak, that went down to the 2nd floor. They were extremely thorough and meticulous in completing the repair job. And, It was completed ahead of schedule. The entire crew was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them as a one stop complete construction company. Thanks again Jay and crew.

Aaron and his team were excellent to work with. It took some time to try and sort everything out with insurance but once approved construction went really fast. Aaron went above and beyond by helping me get a plumber to fix the plumbing issues in the kitchen. I have you RMJ twice now and would definitely hire them again.

Ray and Arron worked really hard on my restroom and can’t wait to see what magic they make happen with the other one! From start to finish they communicated with me about the project and I got exactly what I wanted for the finished product. Couldn’t recommend enough very solid group of workers!

I had them come by to repair my sink that is vanity and do drywall, they were so quick and professional and got it fixed in two days. They made it look like nothing happened and while expensive a little bit I can’t complain about how quick and efficient they were. Always on time and got out like nothing happened. I will definitely go back to them if I need anything done

RMJ Construction with Aaron & his team did a fantastic job with my home project. They were professional, very considerate, provided great customer service & completed everything in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this firm & would enjoy their services for a future project.

We discovered a major leak in our garage from an upstairs bathroom on 11/19/2023. RMJ Construction (Trevor) came out for an initial inspection and quote on 11/24/2023. Upon leaving our home, RMJ had us a sign a form (we were told) saying that they were there. In reality, it's a contract for them to do the work and there is a $500 fee to cancel (it's hidden in the fine print)
On 12/1.2023 Joerel (RMJ) and Leo came out to discuss what we wanted to do. Yes, we wanted some upgrades and changes, many of the changes Leo had said would be included in the quote. Initially RMJ was to purchase all materials and we were to purchase the faucets and paint. I received the quote.
I went out the next day to get an idea of what kind of bathroom I would like and I ended up ordering ALL the materials (cabinets, countertops, flooring, shower doors, mirror and faucets (paint would come later). I sent RMJ a copy of the purchase order to verify materials would work.
After purchasing all the materials, RMJ issued a credit for materials but our quote stayed the same. We NEVER received an explanation of why until Trevor and I spoke on 1/12/2024. Items that Leo had initially stated were included we were charged for.
Joerel was in contact with us via phone and text BUT Leo, we only seen on 12/1/2023, one time to drop off a worker and on day of completion.
On 12/22/2023 my husband had taken the day off to supervise the construction, we had NO IDEA that there was no work being done that day. After numerous, upset phone calls to RMJ, Joerel (his response was "You know it's the holidays") Leo finally called and stated that he was waiting for us to chose a paint color. That would have been nice to know! We left immediately to go to the local paint store. Leo called at 1:45 and said "I can be there in a half hour" - my reply "No, we're no longer home, I will send you the paint color ID #". Leo sent painters over the next morning. We finally started getting texts when somebody would be coming to work.
When the work was finally finished, Joerel and Leo stopped by. Nobody had even used the shower yet. Now we have an issue, the shower doors were rubbing. Leo sent somebody out the next day. Now the doors were no longer rubbing BUT randomly opening while you showered. Leo sent the same person back out, now we're being told the wall is warped, the granite is warped, the brackets (which came with the doors) are the wrong ones.
Extremely upset (on a Saturday) I called and texted both Leo & Joerell when I got no response, I left a message with Trevor. Trevor called me asap and told me he would be sending a glass company out.
The glass company came out on Tuesday, all it needed was a different closure piece. All we had to do was wait for the new piece, which was installed on 1/30/2024.
The bathroom and closet look great. I feel if Joerel and Leo would have communicated more with us and stopped by to inspect the work along the way there would have been a lot less issues.

Joeryl amazing. From the beginning to the end he kept me informed of how the project was going and if there was anything I needed. He showed excellent professionalism and compassion on the situation we were in. I greatly appreciate all he has done for us.

They have fast professional workers. I am impressed with how they work so well with each other, they stay late to do whatever help they can give to the next workers. They do quality work and are very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing and reliable company, shows up quickly and stands behind their work and the work of their vendors. Responsive, professional, quality work. Was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend them for any project and will be using them again in the future for other projects. Trevor specifically had great follow up and was professional and clearly communicated.

My first experience with a leaking water heater that caused water damage in my garage. They handled everything quickly including dealing with my homeowners insurance. Everything completed in a week. Yari, the project manager handled everything great

Wow where do I start! Arron was the project manager and what a amazing job he did he honestly held my hand through this whole thing from day 1… now to Allen what a crew of guys he put together to replace my shower from water damage! Thank you Franciso, Alex, Cesar, Roberto you’re all wonderful .

Did not agree to what they are trying to complete my cabinets with. My upper cabinets are off white and the ones they brought in are white. I'm in a mismatch home. My kitchen is a mess I'm extremely distraught and un happy. Please do not use this company. Suppliers do not have everything you need.

Trevor and RMJ staff have been absolutely amazing through the whole process of having my garage and my downstairs bathroom rethere's bathroom repaired after my water heater went. I couldn't be happier. Not only were they quick at starting but they were quick at finishing thank you so much, I appreciate everything.

I dealt with my first water damage & if I had to have anyone by my side through this challenge it would be RMJ. Trevor was more than a business man. He ensured I was taken care of financially in this stressful situation. He was constantly reassuring me I was in good hands. They went above and beyond to help me get the repairs done with the financial agreement that was most comfortable to me. I will definitely use them again for more remodeling in the future & I would refer them to anyone looking to repair water damage or just looking for home repairs/remodeling!
