Always playing loud music while they work & came to do siding on apartment building with residents on a Sunday. I have reached out to the owner a couple times and it did nothing. They stop for a little while then come back and blare their music again the next day. It is super inconsiderate and rude to blare music while there are people inside and babies trying to sleep.

Alco does great work. Always professional and gets work done in a timely manner. I can always count on an honest reliable company to get a roof done. They are always my first call when I need a roof or siding done.

We hired Alco to install a new roof on our house. The crew finished in one day. They were very professional. When they left you couldn't tell they had been here. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and the speed in which they got it done.

I felt safe having Alco remove and replace my roof. They always made me feel like I could trust them to do a good job and stand behind the work they did. Whenever some minor blip came about (which always happens with any home projects) they were on it and stood behind all the work they did. It’s sad that you can’t always trust people to do the job you’ve hired them for but with Alco Exteriors that worrying doesn’t exist.

I had Alco Exteriors Reside my house a few years ago and they just installed a new roof on our home along with gutters including gutter guards this spring. I have found them very professional, accommodating and very honest. They worked with me in the details involving the Insurance company and arbitrating any differences in the quotes proposed by the insurance company. Their workmanship and cleanup was superb.

Alco Exteriors did a fantastic job on the exterior of our house. We got all new siding, facia, down spouts, gutters, window wrapping, a new sliding glass door and a back door to our garage. It looks like we have a brand new house. I highly recommend them! Thank you for doing such amazing work!

The team was great to work with. Very responsive to our needs and changes. They did a complete facelift to our house in speedy time and exceeded our expectations more than we could have imagined.

ALCO was recommended to us by a friend after we had some hail damage. Scott was extremely helpful in assessing the damage and helped us maximize our claim finding damage that our adjuster didn’t see. The ALCO team did great work and were in constant communication through the project. We highly recommend ALCO and will use them again if need be.

Expensive! I had a mystery leak so hired Alco to remove and replace the hardy board siding on the west wall ONLY. They did a nice job which is why I gave them a 5. However, this was the most expensive siding job I’ve ever had done, $6500, and I’ve owned 15 houses. The job took months to complete because of a problem with his supplier. Scott did none of the work himself, but sent a crew of what appeared to be Latino workers. Months later, since I still had a leak, he had one of his workers return to re-caulk. It was determined the siding was not the issue. Good quality but he is an expensive contractor that appears to employ foreign help and he did none of the work himself. Out of three contractors I called, Scott is the only one that actually showed up as promised. I could not find anyone else in the surrounding area that would repair siding?

From start to finish, Scott was great to work with and really cared about making sure the job was done right. I had a smaller project and he was very accommodating to fit me into his schedule as soon as possible. Very pleased with the end result. I would hire Alco again.

Scott did some miscellaneous work for us including installing a new garage door and some front porch work. Overall the experience was great. Things got done on time and was top quality. We plan on hiring again in the future for roofing work for sure based off this experience.

Alco (Scott Goodwin) put on a new roof and siding two years ago. They may not be the cheapest contractor but they did a great job. Finished in a timely manner, cleaned up everything, Scott was there every day making sure thing's were going right. When called to have some minor issues fixed, Scott took care of them promptly.

This is a great company. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and recognized the problems with our roofing and gutters right away. He was very patient in explaining all of this and his crew is not only amazing but they were fun to have around. I would recommend this group of guys to anyone who wants a job done right.
