We contacted ALCAL to replace our garage door as they were the Clopay authorized dealer, which is the original garage door brand and required by our HOA.
Darren was extremely knowledgeable and also very patient while working with us to determine the best replacement door and upgraded motor. He did a great job of keeping us informed of the order status and ensuring we were happy with the results.
In addition, Sergio was an excellent installer and great to work with. He also ensured that our expectations were met and that we were happy with the install.

Darren and his team are a blessing to my family. They installed my 2 car garage a while back. When my HOA forced me to change the 1 car garage, of course I called them again. They do business the old school way. You know the kind where they communicate and keep their word. I trust their team with my home and my family.
I had the misfortune of crashing my car into my garage door. Apparently my door is not a common door, so it had to be special ordered. It was a 3-4 week timeframe. The door came in as promised and I was put on schedule right away for a 7 am appointment time. And at 6:55 am the installer was at my home. He was fantastic and was able to get the entire job completed by 8 am. I will definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a new garage door!
