From the inspection of my roof to the assistance with my insurance claim they were there every step of the way guiding me through the process. I had two quotes one from another company but chose this company because of their professionalism in helping me talk this through with the insurance company (the other company did not want to be involved in this part of the process).

From the moment the roofers did the tear down of the old shingles and paper I was pleased to see they did remove the old paper. The roofers worked diligently throughout the day. I did set up a table in my garage with some chairs Incase they wanted to take a lunch break and relax. They did take a break but it was a very short break and they were back at it. One thing I noticed, they enjoyed what they do and very much so took pride in their work. The job was complete in one day.

I’ve since have seen two roofers in my neighborhood being replace by another company and it’s taking them at least three days to complete the job. I also want to add the shingles do not look as high grade as mine are. One other thing the roofers who did my roof promptly arrived at 7:00am and immediately went to work. The other jobs in the neighborhood I observed their roofers were either standing around talking or didn’t arrive until 9:00 am.
