This company seems sketchy and shady. They will tell you that they will pay for your deductible up to $1000 and even if you ask them multiple times that nothing will come out of your pocket and they say no they will cover it it you'll probably think awesome no money to spend right ? Wrong what they won't tell you is all possible outcomes like if your insurance company doesn't pay what they expect or more they will come around and tell you that you either need to pay for the deductible or they won't do it. And if they don't do it they will try and charge 10% for getting the claim approved. Definitely don't recommend

Great roofing company! Great communication and workmanship. Carlos made the process seamless. They got my home insurance to approve the hail damaged roof replacement. As usual my insurance company denied the claim, but they use an independent insurance adjuster that got the claim approved. The adjuster keeps you informed throughout the process of what is happening. As soon as the claim was approved, Carlos scheduled the work and I am very happy with working with them. My experience with Alamo Roofing has been excellent. I initially decided to go with them based on their reviews and generous warranty. The actual process of re-roofing our house was surprisingly painless. They had a fairly large crew, but each person knew just what they were supposed to do, and did it. Interaction with any of the workers was pleasant.

I was surprised that our large roof was completed in a day. At the end of the day, I had a new roof that was of higher quality than the one it replaced, was expertly installed, and looked really great. (So great, in fact, we scheduled them to return and re-roof all our out-buildings. Now the whole place looks great).

That's not the only reason I rate them as excellent though. Not every job can be done perfectly the first time. We have a rather unusual roof and after a particularly heavy rain, there were some small drips inside. I called Alamo, and the owner responded almost immediately. He returned with some of his senior techs, located the subtle leaks, and repaired them at no additional cost. This response is what separates a company of integrity and excellence from those that just use the words in advertising.

Alamo Roofing is a hidden gem. Read the reviews--they earned them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or to use them again myself if the need were to arise. Based on my experience, you will not be disappointed.

On July 1, we called the number on the website and got the owner Erick on the phone to discuss a complete roof and gutter replacement of our 25 year old house. By that evening, we had a quote including detailed drawings of even the most minute areas that would need new shingles (Dormer windows, screened in porch, fireplace, etc.). His quote seemed reasonable and fair, so we went with it. He visited us at the house to go over the details of the installation and color selection of the shingles.

His crew came on July 13 to install the roof when the temperatures were near or at 100 degrees. They were all very professional and courteous. During the process, Erick sent us drone pictures while they were working and after they had finished. Members of his crew asked us to look over their work to make sure they had not missed anything.

On July 14, we decided to add leaf gutter guards to our gutter replacement. Erick gave us a new quote within 30 minutes.

On July 15, his gutter crew came and installed the new gutters and guards. Again, the team was very professional and courteous and we received drone pictures of the finished product.

We did find some very minor details after both the roof and gutter installation and Erick promptly had someone come to the house to address it. As he said, he is always available by phone.
We are very happy with Alamo's workmanship and attention to detail.

My roof started leaking the Tuesday before Thanksgiving after a storm. I contacted my insurance which started the downward spiral. I contacted 7 (yes 7) roofers and all were idk. Very expensive, not helpful, frustrating, one actually left me in tears. I was done! I honestly don’t remember reaching out to Alamo but they came over and sat and talked with me like a human being rather than a sales pitch. It took my insurance until the end of May to finally approve the roof and it only happened because Alamo Roofing helped. I swear if it wasn’t for Carlos, the tarp would still be on my roof. The roof looks gorgeous! They kept me updated through the whole claim and the roof install.

These guys came to my house in the morning. They removed 2 layers of old shingles in no time replaced a couple of rotted sheets of plywood and installed new flashing and reshingle my roof and 1 day. The roof looks fabulous and is water tight. I'm very pleased and happy with the work that was performed. If you need a roof this company is the one to call.

This company is awesome. Anthony from Alamo knocked on our door in Oct saying his company might b able to replace our 3 tab shingles with a new architectural shingle roof at no cost to us. Although it took until Feb to get it approved by our insurance company, Anthony stayed with it and finally let us know our claim had been approved. New roof installed yesterday - in ONE DAY. Crew worked continuously to get it done. Cleaned up EVERYTHING. Looks great and we paid NOTHING! If u need a new roof you better call them quickly. Because once they get all of our referrals, they will b busy for a while!

Thoroughly written quote with good detail about the roof areas to be replaced and the specific materials to be used. Alamo was responsive to my questions while I compared their quote to others, without being pushy for a commitment. Installation was well coordinated and efficient, with good clean-up at completion. Made two appointments with the owner Eric for roof repair even sent pictures of work needed. He cancelled on the first appointment and rescheduled for the next day at noon never showed never called then had his salesman call to sell me a whole house roof job said that’s all they do but the owner didn’t say that said he would do a repair.. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME WHY CANT PEOPLE JUST DO WHAT THEY SAY HORRIBLE COMPANY

We just had the best experience. We had received several quotes and Alamo Roofing came in $5,000 below the lowest quote. The highest quote came in at double but they said they would give us a $10k discount for doing it in the winter (still putting their final quote at $7k above Alamo). Every one of the other roofing companies told us that the quote we got from Alamo was not legit. They said that there was no way that Alamo would make any money and that Alamo would look for ways to "add on" extra expenses to make up for their loss. However, Alamo has fantastic reviews on Google and their communication and customer service was on point and extremely positive. They did not add on and in fact they did several extras at no cost to us that went above and beyond what was in the contract. Our experience with them has given us a renewed sense of hope for contractors and their professionalism in their trade and business. Eric is the owner and he was our direct contact in every communication we had. His team/crew was professional, courteous and fast. I can't believe that they were able to get everything done in one day including all of the clean up. We are so happy with the results and would highly, highly, highly recommend them.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Makes perfect sense that they have an impeccable 5 star rating on Google.

Where to start. First off Carlos (Rep) was incredible from start to finish! They use Drone Technology to scope out the roof from an aerial perspective to ensure quality and show where the repairs needed to be made (as well as shows you how your neighbors roof compares).

I shopped around before calling them and ultimately Alamo provided me with a very fair quote compared to its competitors. I got to select my shingle color and the work is guaranteed for 15 years. Totally backed by their Iron Clad Protection period of 15 years.

They scheduled the job within the same week that I called (talk about service)! Next we selected a date for them to drop off the materials and they literally showed up the following day to complete the whole project in 1 day (townhouse).

I was updated every step of the way with pictures and recommended services.

This was the first time I've ever needed to hire a contractor to work on my roof and I cannot be more thrilled with the level of customer service I received.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you've already got an estimate from these guys stop looking elsewhere because you would be wasting your time.

Alamo really did a phenomenal job with my roof repair. Their staff was nothing but gracious and a pleasure to do business with. My three story townhome wasn’t a simple repair given that the whole roof (front and back) needed replacing due to strong wind storms that’d impacted the area earlier in the year. They guided me through the whole work process from beginning to end. Any questions I had were answered without batting an eye. Alamo had been recommended by several neighbors who’d also gotten their roofs repair/replaced over the past years. No complaints were raised by them, validating how their roof projects were completed all in one day. My experience ended up being the same, with the removal of old roof lining/shingles to new taking place in 8 hours give or take. They took all the trash away, while doing their very best to clean up any nails with a magnet. A couple were found afterwards, but to be fair it was in between my landscaping which isn’t a knock on their craftsmanship. It’s been now five months since the completion of the new roof install. No issues have been noted on my end. New shingles have withstood tough winds and the roof still has that “new roof look”. Will happily recommend them to anyone and plan to utilize their services in the near future. All I say is look at my roof. If they could handle mine and a few others around, why not anyone else’s.

The Alamo team was very responsive from my initial request for an estimate through the actual completion.

They clearly understood my request for using quality materials that carried a strong warranty for materials and for their strong warranty for their workmanship.

I was especially impressed with the actual work done on the day of installation. The crew was on-time and worked steadily all day under the leadership of an obviously professional crew boss. Alamo coordinators were on site checking the progress several times during they day and at the end of the job as a final quality review where they took aerial pictures. They were extremely conscious of keeping the area cleaned up throughout the day and did many final passes of magnetic raking for nails, picking up small bits of debris, hand sweeping and blowing dust and granules away.

I can recommend them without reservation.

The owner of this company Eric Guardado was a wonderful person. He knows how to do business. Before I called Alamo, I called another company for an estimate and I was told I will be charged $200 just for an estimate. On top of that I didn’t even get a call back to arrange a visit. Then I called Alamo roofing, I was surprised for being given a free estimate and Eric showed up right away. He was very friendly, very professional and explained everything I needed about my roofing situation. At NO CHARGE. ON TIME. I will do business with Eric in a minute.

I am very happy with the job done by Alamo Roofing. My new roof is beautiful and the crew did a meticulous job cleaning up afterward. Erick is the owner and was on site a LOT which I appreciated. Little things always crop up and it’s good to have the boss right there to make decisions. For instance, my skylights were rotted around the edges where they sit and needed new 2 x 4’s to build a new box for them. Off goes Erick to the Lowe’s to pick up the necessary materials while the crew works on other areas so work continues seamlessly. I was not charged extra for this issue or others that occurred. Only for plywood where needed as stated in the contract.

On the few occasions I needed to text Erick he was always very quick to reply.

He stays true to his install day/time as well as his price. We did not use insurance and he was within our budget and did an amazing job.

This was by far the best experience with a contractor that I have had since becoming a homeowner. As a former contractor myself, these guys are the real deal. Carlos was absolutely incredible in assisting with contacting my insurance company and walking me through every step along the way. Alamo's quoted price was right and reports from previous clients checked out, so we selected them. There were no surprises. They showed up as promised, completed the big job in one day and, working until dark cleaned up perfectly, including picking little pieces of the old roof out of our gardens manually. The next morning a technician came to inspect the job and verify the clean up.
In brief, a good job with no surprises at a good price.

They walked me through the whole process of dealing with my insurance, and were there with the inspector to help me get as much covered as possible. Had a great experience and highly recommend Alamo Roofing. We called them to replace the flashing on our chimney but when they flew their drone they discovered worrisome damage. We were unsure at first but decided their was no harm in filling an insurance claim and see what would happen.
Luckily, the replacement was fully covered! We also got beautiful new gutters to replace the ones that had been installed improperly and were too small.
Alamo Roofing handled all the insurance paperwork as well as construction permits and the historic district B.A.R. permits. Very professional and friendly to deal with. Highly recommended!

I can easily recommend Alamo for roof work. Carlos is responsive and helpful at all times, uses a drone to show you of the condition of your roof, is accommodating of your needs, and is just a really nice guy. I docked them a star only because perfection is difficult. There were just a few niggling things like a couple items of trash, a piece of equipment left behind, etc. Stuff like that. When they nail down the little details, these guys will be even more awesome.

I called Erick on May 15th at 10am, and he came to my house that same day, He took the time to get up on my roofs to measure and inspect them. He then told me what he found, how he would replace it and explained the different aspects of replacing a roof. I received his quote the following day, it was very detailed and easy to understand so we signed the contract. Erick and his workers showed up exactly when they said, did exactly what he proposed in the quote and no surprises. Workmanship was top notch, super professional. Alamo was fantastic. They were super patient with us after they did the initial estimate. The guys from Alamo were amazing. Carlos and his associate came to my house and after using a drone showed me the damage on my roof.
A raccoon had literally chewed a huge hole through the shingles and plywood. Tons of damage. Additionally there was other damage and it was determined that I needed a new roof and a new bedroom ceiling from the ensuing water damage.
Carlos was so professional, caring, and assured me he would make sure there were no animals in my attic before they closed it up.
They did an amazing job the day of the job! Everyone was was friendly, neat, and cleaned up so that you would never have known they were there.

Alamo Roofing replaced our original (builder grade) roof. They were great to work with from the very beginning. Out of all the companies we spoke to, they were the most professional. Erick took the time to discuss his findings and concerns with our existing roof and go thru photos with me. Erick and Carlos were extremely prompt when answering emails and took the time to fully answer all of our questions. They provided a quote very quickly and it outlined all that would be included and was very competitive. I did not feel pressured to sign anything. Alamo has worked on other houses in our neighborhood. The crew seemed happy and appeared to work very well together and I feel that says a lot about the leadership of the company. I called a few companies but Alamo Roofing came out within two hours of my call for roof inspection, then written estimate via email next day.
Pricing is very reasonable and once I signed contract they scheduled for my old shingles to be removed and new roof installed two days later, weather permitting. I can’t believe the craftsmanship and quality of work. Plus they start and finished in one day. Then they cleaned gutters out and I can’t tell all that work took place because of the great cleanup afterwards.

Carlos was extremely professional and excellent at educating me as to where my leak was, how and why my vent failed and showed me photographs of both the inside and outside of the problem area. I had an active leak so they put a temporary seal on my roof until they could get out the following week.
When his team was delayed on another job, he communicated promptly via texts with updates as to when they would arrive. They were professional, did a great job, and left my property clean of any debris. Carlos went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the work completed. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone!

Alamo did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on my roof! This was the first time I've had to have a roof replaced (and it was an insurance claim) so I had a lot of questions/concerns. Erick was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. His crew arrived on time, they took time to move or cover anything around the house that could get damaged from the roof replacement and their clean-up process was impeccable! I have a fenced in backyard for my 2 dogs and I was concerned about any debris/nails that might be left over from the work but everything was cleaned up and put back. Had multiple points of damage to my roof after a strong storm rolled through. Alamo responded to my contact form same day, came out the next day for an inspection and an estimate. Some of the damage was so severe you could see light through the roof into the attic.

We had another storm coming in less than 3 days, so the Alamo guys came out in drizzling weather to get on the roof to get a fix completed in record time to help me avoid water damage.

Throughout the process they were highly responsive and very informative on what needed to be done and how they would do it.

Will definitely use them for future roof repairs/replacement and highly recommend.

2024 UPDATE: Alamo did a full roof replacement for me, and completed it amazingly fast. They brought a large crew and handled all demo and rebuild on the same day. Still a great company to work with
