Mike and his guys were excellent in their professionalism, communication, and at fixing our roof. They were on time on day of install and worked with insurance to make everything easy on us. i have dealt with roofing companies in the past and Mike removed that bad taste from my mouth. Would recommend Mike and his Company over any other in Birmingham Area!

I had my roof inspected on Jan 7, 2025 by Alabama Roofing Professionals. I have emailed and called numerous times. I want to have roof repaired. I have never received a call back or reply to my email. Finally, on Feb 13, a woman answered the phone when I called. She assured me that she would look into this and call my back before the day was over. She never called me back. I am through with this place. I wold be afraid for them to do any work if they can't respond to emails or answer the phone.

Lake LeMay and AL Roofing Professionals did a fantastic job on my recent roofing job. There were several issues with the insurance check and the process took an extended amount of time, but Lake was always available and easy to communicate with. The installation was professional and was completed in one day. The crew did a great job and cleaned up well. I highly recommend this company and Lake LeMay to anyone looking for roof work.

We recently had a hailstorm that caused damage to our roof. We contacted Alabama Roofing Professionals to get an estimate. Mike Parlier responded promptly and agreed to meet at our convenience. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He worked with the insurance company to discuss several items the adjuster missed .

The installation was done efficiently and the cleanup was as well. No nails were found and no damage was done to any of our shrubbery or flowers.

Alabama Roofing Professionals removed two turtle vents and replaced them with two power vents. We had a VERY HOT ATTIC! Angela Cook, the representative was so Professional and straightforward with the cost and the process. She even answered my text during a very busy conference time. We were selling our house and the buyer's house inspection found a few small issues with the roofing. I contacted a house inspector I knew and he recommended Mike Parlier from ARP. Mike was able to come out within in a week to do his inspection and he sent us the estimate the next day (which was a Saturday). Mike, and one of his team members, was out the following week to fix the issues. He also sent us a detailed invoice with pictures of the finished work addressing each roofing item on the home buyer's inspection report so we could share it with the buyer's and close on the house. I recommend Mike and the ARP team to anyone needing roofing work. They were quick to get the work done even though it was a relatively small job. And there were no hidden fees or surprises. Just good, honest work at a reasonable price.

She sent me the estimate, and after agreeing to the job, set up a date to perform the work. Work was performed as described and the job was done was very satisfactory. The site was cleaned up perfectly and all the workers were great! I would reccomend AlaRoofProfessionals to anyone wanting a roof to be proud of and know it is a quality product.
