Ben and his crew did a great job with our new gutters and downspouts. Super nice and helpful. They made appropriate repairs and were very accommodating and worked with my paint crew that was doing our exterior paint job at the same time. Ben helped us select gutter colors that we easily matched with our exterior paint. He followed up to make sure everything is working out the way it should. We hired them to come out and clean out gutters in May. They came out and cleaned out gutters. The person who came was not terribly friendly at all (I have 4 kids who said hi and waved and he completely ignored them) and they left all the stuff from the gutters in our yard. We tried to reach out and ask if this was normal because the previous company we used bagged it and took it away but they never called us back.

Great service, super easy and even cleaned up the debris they knocked down after they were done. I am going to setup an annual service with them going forward.

They came out as soon as I called to give me an estimate. Ben was considerate & personable as well as knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the best color to go with my home. The team came out the next week and installed my gutters in a timely fashion, and everything looks great.

I used AL Gutter last week and could not be more impressed! The flat fee was great because I didn’t have to wait on an estimate and go back and forth. Going on four hours past my appointment time for gutter cleaning and repairs. Spoke with Katie a few times today, and she attempted to reach out to her boss (the owner, Ben) to obtain an ETA for me, but she wasn’t able to reach him via text or call. She was very helpful, and I feel bad that she’s put in a situation where people in the field don’t return her messages. I’m a reasonable person, and know that it’s hard to predict how long things take. But if someone had just reached out to say that they were going to be extremely late, that would’ve allowed me to run errands and do all of the other things I needed to do today. I chose this company because of all the reviews that stated the company was punctual and professional, but that has unfortunately not been my experience. Part of me wonders if they just forgot about my appointment? I will update my review if and when someone shows up.

Edit: Ben sent Reid out that evening to complete the gutter cleaning and repairs, and the work was done free of charge. Ben reached out to me directly, and I appreciate him making things right. Reid was very friendly and completed the work quickly.

Ben and his team were great. I got three quotes for my gutters and his team gave me the best value for money. Ben also didn’t try to push the most expensive options on me.

I accepted my quote on a Wednesday and my gutters were replaced by the end of the day Thursday.

His staff was respectful and courteous. They cleaned as they went and stayed as out of the way as they could. They were polite and responsive to questions.

I would recommend this group to anyone.

Highly recommend Alabama Gutter Company. I had an emergency downspout clog (found during heavy rains pouring over the sides of 30 foot high gutters during two weeks of storms) that I could not access. Gaven was out the next morning an hour before the time frame even began and had the gutter rehung, and the downspout unclogged in no time. Very reasonable price for the work done when others would not come out when I communicated that I was not trying to buy new gutters. Will definitely use again when we need them.

These guys came out the same day to take a look at my gutters. They were very professional and timely. They checked my gutters and made all repairs needed. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again myself. Would give them more stars if I could.

They did a fantastic job installing new and repairing old gutters. They went over and above by sealing leaky windows and replacing old sections that we didn't even discuss originally. They also designed a horse-friendly downspout for my barn. They were in time and picked up after themselves, and they came in under budget! I highly recommend them!

After being ignored and flat out turned down by other gutter companies (really...you can't make this stuff up), I was about ready to try to DIY this project. I'm glad I didn't. We got more than one quote for gutters. But what set them apart from Ben and Alabama Gutter Company was the personable experience and quick to come out, quick to provide a quote. We were told to expect 3 week turn around for rain chain. Once giving the go ahead we had gutters three days later. Cannot say enough good things about this company and the work proves itself in the photos.

Alabama Gutter Company recently replaced my gutters and added gutter guards all the way around the house and added gutters to our shop. They did a great job, very professional and great people. If you need gutters I would definitely recommend using them.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY...Called on Thursday, came out Friday with est...said will call by Tuesday with appt...no call Tuesday, no call Wednesday...I called on Wednesday, spoke with sec. Whom stated someone would call me right back...NO return call...no call Thursday, no call Friday....I called again on Friday & sec. Put me on hold & spoke with someone & said someone would call me immediately back...NO ONE EVER CALLED*****I called another company Whom came out, gave estimate & did the work all within 3-days & was less expensive.

Alabama Gutter company did a fantastic job installing gutters around my house. My house actually looks better with the gutters. They installed the gutters on Monday, and we had a big storm on Wednesday night. The gutters worked great. There was no overflow at all. The entire process of getting my gutters installed was a five star experience. The owner of the company came out to my house and gave me a really good estimate. The team that installed my gutters was extremely professional and extremely skilled. They did my entire house in three hours. All of their measurements were perfect. All of their attachments were perfect. And the owner of the company came out and personally inspected the work when it was completed. Over the years, I have contracted for a lot of home improvements, and this is overall the best home-improvement experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend Alabama Gutter company strongly enough. Five stars is not enough. I give them 10 stars.

I called Ben and he had a gutter cleaning crew out later that day. The guys were very professional and got the gutters cleaned before all the leaves started to fall. Difficult job with no flat areas around my house. Can’t thank them enough for doing a great job.

Ben sent two crew members within two days of contact. Inspected and resealed seams where I showed problems. Then inspected all seams and resealed all seams where necessary. Crew was courteous and stated gutters were in good shape and checked to be sure gutters were clean.

Ben Watson and his crew did an excellent job with our complete gutter replacement project. They found, replaced, and painted rotted boards and corrected some downspout issues on our 30 year old home, that we built. A couple follow up items were quickly resolved. Ben is the owner but also doesn't mind being up on a ladder.

Talk with Ben on the 28th of June said his Dad who lives in Anniston would give me an estimate on July 1no contact what so ever I have left messages I did know he would be out of town the next day the 29th left a message a week later nothing but crickets guess our home is not affluent enough

I submitted a request for an assessment on repairs to my existing gutters, and Ben with AGC came out the very next day.... he was extremely honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything... he recommended some very basic fixes and maintenance, and scheduled his crew to come out to handle these tasks the next day.... the crew came out and knocked it out in about 2 hours time... since then, I've had no further issues, however Ben assured me that if I did, they would be ready and able to help and assist until we resolve the issue...I would highly recommend Alabama Gutter Company!

They are a very professional gutter company. I called them on Monday to make an appointment...the owner of the company came on Thursday. My gutters were put on the following Monday!! And they look great!!! The three men that put them on were very professional and knew what they were doing. Great company!!

Contacted AGC on Wednesday morning, they were on our property and provided an estimate within three hours. Job was completed 48 hours later. Repaired fascia and stayed at the estimated cost. Could not recommend any more enthusiastically.
