Maurice and Alex did a fantastic job. They were very honest and up front with us. They worked with our insurance company to see that everything was done too code without shortcuts. Very friendly guys and super easy to work with. They say what they do, then do what they say, at an affordable rate.
While in the process of working with other contractors I can truly say that they are a breath of fresh air. Their work ethics and attention to details are unmatched. I highly recommend them.

Alex has been great to work with. We had a couple of leaks in a flat rubber roof on our apartment building, and he was able to send a crew out the next day to fix the leaks and reinforce all the seams on the roof. They were a lot more affordable than other companies who bid the job. We have not had any more leaks since they did the repairs last spring. Alex was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely use AKI Roofing again in the future.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job! His efforts with my insurance company initially yielding a shingle repair that didn't exceed the cost of my deductible led to an eventual full roof replacement on a nearly 20 year old roof!
The team started at 7 AM finishing at 6:30 PM completing the entire job in 1 day from shingle removal to a newly shingled roof including gutter guards.
I couldn't be more impressed and extremely satisfied!

I highly recommend Maurice and Alex. They did some patch work a couple times on my membrane roof that got me through a whole year until I was ready to replace the roof. They were extremely responsive and got me patched up the same day each time I called about a leak.

For the new roof, I had planned on working with Maurice and Alex to have it done because the great work they've done in the past. It was once I asked for a quote on replacing the whole roof and they gave me a very competitive price and I decided right then to get it replaced. Once I gave them the go ahead, the new roof was done within that same week.

I'm enjoying finally having some peace of mind not wondering if the roof is going to leak each time it rains and enjoying the sound of a thunderstorm again.

They removed the vent and redid the back slant of the roof (matching the front slant). The pricing was also great compared to what I’ve been told by close friends. Maurice was personable, polite, and extremely professional. His technical knowledge is impressive . He took his time to explain all the steps & what was all involved. They were able to come out quickly for an emergency fix .He gave a detailed explanation of there work before beginning and reviewed it with me upon completion. Alex did a great job repairing, replacing, and matching my new siding. He installed a new 6 inch gutter (that he handmade), downspout on the back of my house. We've had a tons of strong storms since, replaced my shutters and everything has stayed in place perfectly. He does great quality work at a fair price.
