If your like us and you live around Bourbon distilleries you now all to well about " Baudoinia compniacensis " the black grey creeping fungus that accumulates on houses and cars. If your like us you have a power washer in your garage and you have used it on your driveways but never on the two story gutters and roof trim. You may not even have ever used the power washer on the low level trim or gutters either. We had eleven years of growth built up and yes we failed to use our power washer on it because of the height and we didnt want to hurt our house.

Knowing we needed professional help we then were faced with the other huge issue. Who do you call ? Oh lets just wait another year and we will do it ourselves. Maybe we can call someone next year ! Meanwhile it just gets worse and worse. I spent literally a day calling people and searching reviews to see what others said. I settled on AJS Services because of what I read about him. I read he was a fireman also. So I called and when he came over that same day to look at it I knew the minute he got out of his truck he was the guy to do the work.

I spent years working with people in construction and the utility business .From a brief conversation I knew he was the one to do it. I wanted a knowledgeable person who worked hard and like me his word was his bond. Bingo...he came over the next day with another fireman and they went at it on our two story 4000 Sq Ft house. The first thing I learned was that its best to use cleaners to do a of of the work. Its also knowing how to use a pressure washer correctly so as not to damage your investment, your home.

All this adds up into what is called professional grade service. So when the job began these two guys worked like animals. Kind of reminded me of replicants of some kind of terminator offspring. Boy howdy and Katy bar the door they never stopped. Needles to say our house gutters and roof trim all around the house are bright white. Even under the front entrance and the back patio they are white, like the white leven years ago when we bought it . If your at that stage where your tired of seeing your beloved home suffering the creeping ugly fungus I highly recommend without hesitation AJS Services LLC.

Anthony was power washing my neighbors house and it was so beautiful I asked him to give us a quote, after her was done with the neighbors, he came over and gave us a reasonable price and did it right then . He did such an amazing job, I didn’t know how white the trim of our house was until he was done. Thank you Anthony for an amazing job.

They did a fantastic job on our church steeple! It had been neglected for so long, and I really didn't know if there was any hope for it. But it looks great! I highly recommend them. I have a before and after picture. The before is a little dark, but we tried to not take a lot of pictures of it because it was so bad. Thanks again, for an awesome job!

I contacted them on Friday and they were ready to take of cleaning my vinyl trim on Saturday. My home looks great.

A.J. professionally power washed our home & did a fantastic job for a most reasonable price. He did not charge for the home visit or job estimate. Our white vinyl siding did not get cleaned during the COVID year of 2020, so it was looking really bad... especially under the front porch. We had some tough stains around an outdoor water faucet that have been there for years. A.J. took extra time to treat & remove them! He also took special care & time to protect Pamela's (my spouse) flowers & blueberry plants from harm. A.J. is tech savvy.... he will communicate with you via phone, text, or email.
