I had a tree branch punch a hole in my roof. They came out on a Sunday and patched the roof so rain wouldn’t leak in. They were able to fully repair it a couple days later. They were fast and efficient and the singles match up perfectly. I highly recommend them!!!

Our house roof was damaged late fall 2024. To anyone considering doing business with this company, I highly recommend them! Gavin and Seth approached me as a cold call knocking on my door after a big hailstorm. I told them I was working with another roofer to get my roof fixed and mentioned that I was highly unlikely to hire Ajax Roofing since I was and am currently pleased with the work my current roofer is doing to help me get insurance coverage to replace my roof. They persisted in offering there services with a free roof inspection in an effort to help me with my case for roof replacement. In addition to taking detailed photos of roof damage, they marked off specific areas of damage. In addition, Gavin has stayed in touch offering to help in any way he can, even though he knows he will almost certainly not get the job from me. These are good people.

I asked Billy and Hamilton to see if I had hail damage. They were here promptly at the scheduled time. They checked my roof and indicated that there was no damage. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I’ll call these guys when the roof needs replacing. BD

This was by far one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had with a company. From the 1st day Adrian arrived at my house to discuss the possibility of me having my roof replaced, throughout the entire process, he was extremely polite, kind, courteous and professional. His customer service, and consistent follow ups and updates were phenomenal. I've never had a roof replaced before, so I knew very little, to nothing, about the process and how to deal with the insurance company. Christian and his business partner were doing some work in my mother's neighborhood. Even though my mother didn't hire them to do any work they saw that my mother needed help moving a wood pallet. They stoped and not only helped her, but they offered to take it and dispose of it for her. Based of how Christian and his business partner went above and beyond for my mother says a lot about the level of service that these guys provide. Thank you, Clay and Ajax, for giving my roof a fresh new look! It had been nearly 15 years since the previous homeowner last replaced it. Before choosing Ajax, I initially contacted another company, but they declined to proceed once they found out I had State Farm Insurance. I had heard State Farm could be difficult with roof claims, so I even considered switching to a different insurance provider.
A few weeks later, a representative from Ajax knocked on my door and offered their services. I told him I had State Farm, but he was very confident in handling the situation, so I decided to move forward. That’s when I was introduced to Clay, who managed the project from start to finish.
Throughout the process, I found Clay to be incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and committed. He knew exactly how to navigate the challenges, especially since State Farm, as many warned me, proved difficult to deal with. After the initial inspection by the State Farm adjuster, we waited three months without any decision—approved or denied. During that time, Clay followed up with my insurance agent daily, leaving voicemails that were never returned. I even reached out to another State Farm agent, but the experience remained frustrating. Eventually, our claim was approved—but only partially. Clay quickly organized an ATR, resubmitted the documents, and shortly afterward, we were assigned a new State Farm agent. Within a week, the full claim was approved. I can’t never know what all the waiting was for.
Thanks to Clay’s persistence, professionalism, and daily updates, we were able to move forward when others might have given up. I haven’t encountered someone this dedicated in a long time. I'm truly grateful to Clay and the Ajax team for all the process and delivering great results

Submitting a claim to an insurance company for roof damage typically seems like futile effort - but not so with Ajax Roofing. Gavin's persistence took the responsibility off of us and resulted in a new roof. And when I say persistence, I'm talking about multiple attempts to negotiate with our insurance company. He simply would not take "no" for an answer. In addition to the initial efforts, the roofing crew was amazing. It's spring, flowers are budding or in bloom, and not one single plant was damaged. They helped move large pots and when they saw me trying to replace them to their original locations, came running to help. They even painted those ugly pipes on the roof so that are almost unnoticeable now! This was ultimately a wonderful experience and we love our new roof!! We highly recommend Ajax Roofing and especially Gavin!

Christian and his team at Ajax Roofing did a phenomenal job on our roof after damage from Hurricane Milton. They were very timely and able to knock the roof out in a day. Check out his YouTube channel Ajax Roofing. Our insurance company was only going to give us about 25% of the damage. Ajax was able to advocate for us- pointing out more damages to the appraiser and the insurance came back and did a second appraisal; awarding us the money for the rest of the roof. I was skeptical at first, but Christian was able to walk us through the process and gained our trust. Well with all the Storms that recently went through, unfortunately some shingles came off my roof. Oscar’s team told me what the true damage was and what it would take to repair. Repair was at the VERY MINIMUM and he assured me that it really wasn’t a need to make a claim. So I really appreciate the honesty and the professionalism and will definitely use them in the future.

I called about a small leak in the evening. By lunchtime the next day it was all fixed. Nice work!
