Avoid at all costs. Know people who are mid renovation with them and they are months behind schedule with no communication or end in sight. They show up at random, never when they say they will. Do a few hours of work and leave again. Already failed one inspection. Project was to be completed by Thanksgiving 2024 It's currently mid July 2025. If you make the mistake to go with these guys, put dates in the contract with financial penalties for missing them. They have no need to come finish the job otherwise.

Cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, they met every standard of professionalism and customer service we could have asked for. They sat down with my wife and I and walked us through every detail of the plan and the contract. They made sure that we were comfortable with everything and that all of our questions were answered. Quality of the work is impeccable. You'd never known they were there. Will absolutely be working with them on future projects.

We had a wonderful experience with AIS Renovations with our two story addition. All of the crews were patient and kind with our very social and interested 7 year old. We were all very happy to have everything complete just in time for Christmas! It was great to work with people you could trust, and answered our millions of questions! Thank you for the wonderful new office space, beautiful floors and wide open space. And thank you to all of the “workers” for the memories given to our son. We couldn’t recommend you all enough, and hope to cross paths again!

I cannot begin to say how happy we are with the master suite addition from AIS. Park’s and his team did a phenomenal job with the design and execution of our 1st floor master suite. They were available whenever we had questions and catered to our needs and changes. I have never seen a project move so quickly and easily. We had knew our roof was not in the best shape and they were getting ready to roof the addition. We decided since we were having a different color roof for the addition we would see if they could do the house at the same time. It did not take them a day to get the entire roof done including taking out an old chimney we decided to have removed also. They had Jeff and his guys come in and install the new flooring and tile shower surround which came out beautifully as well. We opted to do some of the work ourselves once the space was drywalled and flooring was done which they had no problems with. We are working on the finishing touches now and will have the house repainted in the spring. We absolutely love our new space they created for us. I would highly recommend AIS for any renovation or new projects for your home.

We had a complete kitchen remodel done by AIS and all I want to do is cook so I can stay in the kitchen. I finally have my dream kitchen and so thankful for Aubrey’s design expertise to help it come to life. We are so pleased with the outcome and couldn’t work with a better team of people, from design to project closure (in just 4 weeks)! Their team is very professional, we were always kept up to date on all phases during the project.

We can’t wait to show off our new kitchen to friends and family! It has such a ‘WOW’ factor when you first walk in the room. I highly recommend this team, they treat you like family and always with a positive attitude.

We used AIS for an outdoor space. Parks helped us figure out what we needed from the start to build our deck and patio. The workers were respectful and worked hard to get the job completed. We are happy with the job they did and enjoy our space. We also used them to build built-in shelves on either side of our fireplace and they did a great job as well. Highly recommend.

I love our new kitchen! We were ready to expand and brighten up our kitchen which therefore caused a domino effect with the rest of the first floor. We chose timeless white so we can accessorize with color throughout the year. We love the work from the family owned AIS company and loved that they are local. We got to know some of the crew and we even missed them when the work was done. We had our renovation begin in March and completed by June 2023…. Well worth the 3 months. We had luxury vinyl put down throughout and they did a phenomenal job! They knocked out our wall between our kitchen and dining room to expand our kitchen. They went with the design we had in mind. I love love love the clean white look and the navy base to our 10 foot island. I fell in love with the chunky thick island legs the first time I laid eyes on them in the design center. I love the matching island top with the counter tops-all quartz. I love the white shaker cabinets and even the brushed nickel handles we chose. I love all of our Big Sandy appliances-especially the double oven! I love to bake and can bake around 70 cookies at once -LOVE THIS! I had them switch out all of our first floor lighting fixtures from bronze to brushed nickel as well.
There is NOTHING I would do different and nothing I wish for post project.
I love the glossy white backsplash with the lighting and they did a beautiful job putting it up.
We have projects (in the future) and we will be giving them a call!

If you are in the market for and exterior or interior remodel project, I highly recommend AIS Renovations for all your remodeling needs. I can't say enough good things about them! Parks shared ideas we never even thought about taking into consideration when visualizing the finished look. He's professional and extremely knowledgeable but best of all not pushy! Highly recommended!!!

We tried to support a local business and did our research with reviews. We somehow didn’t find the bad reviews on AIS until it was too late. They have removed reviews from their social media to hide some bad ones. We started a “2 week” partial bathroom renovation 16 months ago and are still battling cracked grout. We let many problems go, settling for low quality paint jobs and didn’t throw a fit when they flooded the floor and created a hole to the level below. We always let them fix their issues and were cordial for many months. However, we can’t let cracked grout go. They keep coming out and putting bandaid solutions on it and blaming the weather and our house even though it needs to be torn out and redone properly. They have been beyond rude, acting like we are the problem. Even before things were bad, their communication was awful. I never knew when they were coming. I felt like I had to manage them. They would say they were coming at a certain time and wouldn’t show up at all. Not exaggerating, 95% of what they said to my face has been a lie. They made a racist joke about their contractor. They tried to hide things from me because they know I don’t know as much about this as my husband. They try to blame the subcontractors and point fingers and the Equity Flooring Manager, Jeff, would just lie to my face too. I’d ask if they were removing the grout before putting new grout or silicone down and they’d say yes and didn’t. I could do a quick google review to see that silicone on top of cracked grout isn’t a proper solution for cracked grout and yet they keep doing it. I could go on and on but all I can say is run. They say whatever you want to hear but you can’t trust any of it. Our headache isn’t over and likely never will be. Thousands of dollars wasted on terrible, disappointing work that they won’t take accountability for and worse, are rude to US about. They blame Mother Nature and the house on the cracked grout. You can scroll my other reviews. I try to build up local businesses that deserve the credit.

What you will see in the pics are various times they have “fixed” the cracked grout, other poor work they did in our bathroom, how they treated our brand new tub by throwing chipped up tile in it and the “fix” to the ceiling they flooded. Sigh. I’m just tired of it.

AIS removed an old room and deck and built us a large outdoor room with two pergolas including a large TV wall, fireplace, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, granite counter tops, custom lighting throughout. They did an excellent job! Parks and Aubrey was great to work with and always had good ideas when we needed them. Rodney's crew did the custom framing and always accommodated any changes that came along. They're good people to work with. You can't go wrong using AIS on your next project.

AIS helped us make our vision come to life . We live on a corner lot and had room to expand. We added two bedrooms and a full bath to our first floor. They helped expanded out 30+ feet and knock down walls to get rid of our small kitchen and dining room to make it flow into a large beautiful kitchen and a large vaulted living room. Our vision came out amazingly and it flows beautifully. We also got a new siding and shingles and now our house looks like a brand new house!! They are very quick to respond and address any questions/concerns that we had. We would highly recommend everyone to use this company! You will not be disappointed!

A.I.S. Renovations is outstanding! We hired them to do a full bathroom remodel, taking everything to the studs, removing a wall and relocating both the shower and sink. They transformed our small, drab bathroom into a spacious, beautiful new space. From start to finish, A.I.S. delivered exceptional service and excellent craftsmanship. Whenever we had a question or concern, they had an immediate answer and resolution. Their carpentry work was incredible. We highly recommend A.I.S. Renovations!

Funny story, we needed our roof down and we called our neighbor to see who she went with. My wife placed a call and they (AIS) came out and knocked out roof out. When we talked to our neighbor again once they were done, she said “that isn’t who i used and they did a better job on your roof than mine.”

At the end of the day, our roof is perfect and AIS is great to work with.

Hired AIS to repair some water damage in the attic from a prior homeowner. They replaced molded insulation, replaced attic vents, installed new insulation, all w/o issue. They were quick and timely with an estimate and showing up to do the repairs (an issue with most home contractors). It was a very positive experience and we intend to use them again in the future.

We asked AIS to look at renovations to our old home. The company is very professional, personable and family run. Parks Sr. and Jr. spent the time to come and evaluate our project and answer all questions. They were very responsive and followed up several times to ensure we had all the information we needed. I knew by reading lots of reviews that AIS was a good choice and based on my experience I would recommend them to anyone.

Really appreciate Dennis. He did work for a friend and seems like a great project manager. You can tell that he really cares about the quality that AIS delivers.

I had my bathroom remodeled by AIS. It took longer than I expected, but the end result made it worth it. They listened to all of my concerns and made sure they delivered exactly what I wanted...even down to the smallest detail. I am pleased with the end result.. my bathroom looks amazing. I’m even considering having them remodel my kitchen! Call Dennis King at AIS and he will make sure you are taken care of!

I had AIS put in a downstairs bathroom in my home. Overall, they did a good job for the price and I would maybe go with them again. Many issues, however.
- I had to use all of their vendors to keep the price low (fixtures, tile, etc).
- There were some communication issues where I had asked for certain things and then they did things differently. I'm not sure if this was a mistake or willful ignorance to keep the cost low and project on schedule. - The drywall job was very poor with the seams clearly visible.
- I had some other electrical work in the house that they said they would also work on. However, they kept putting this off and eventually finished the project without addressing the electrical work I had asked them to do. They said they would contact me in a few weeks after the project was over to do the electrical work, but I never heard back about that.

This company is very well established in delivering excellent results! AIS really takes the time to listen to the concerns of the customer and delivers excellence & quality results whether that is providing a new roof or a new addition to a home! Would definitely recommend! My grandparents needed a new roof and AIS took the time to really take care of my grandparents wants/needs! They ended up going with a metal roof and it has made a world of a difference!

I love this company. They have done lots of great renovations and I have seen first hand their loyalty to doing the job right. They are a great family business and make you feel valued as a customer and friend. I would recommend AIS to any one looking for home renovations. They will make sure you get results that are even better than what you asked for!
