After no less than 10 different contractors for various projects in the 25 ish years I’ve lived in my house, I was distraught at the thought of hiring another. Not once did I experience anything of the sort you see on HGTV! When it came to our basement remodel, we wanted more than a new paint job, we wanted a redesign. AIMZ, specifically Ibrahim, was the only contractor to look at the space and actually have a vision for a complete overhaul. Ibrahim had a great plan and fresh design, and all we had to do was choose between a few tile and flooring options. (None of the endless staring at 1000 different faucets at Home Depot). We started the project ahead of schedule, and unlike any other company in the past, a full crew showed up on time or early, worked all day (sometimes into the night), and efficiently did their magic. The project as a whole was completely within budget and completed weeks ahead of schedule. The communication with both Ibrahim and his team was open and frequent. Our only regret is that AIMZ was not the choice for all of our previous projects. We are so pleased with the work, we immediately hired AIMZ to completely overhaul our upstairs, even though it was previously remodeled (albeit poorly). If you are looking for a complete package, look no further.

We used AIMZ to repair water damage in our basement. They ripped up the water damaged flooring and replaced it with quality flooring. We Hired AIMZ Design & Remodeling for a Master bath complete Renovation and remodel. AIMZ came out to meet with us at our convenience but also quickly and we were very happy with the initial consultation. There was absolutely no pressure, and Ibrahim sat down with us and explained the entire process, gave us many ideas and really put the bathroom together for us making sure we made absolute use of the space and making it a super functional bathroom. At any time we had any questions, AIMZ was very responsive and when we had an exterior leak, which we thought at first was coming from the bathroom, AIMZ came out and checked everything from top to bottom and confirmed, the leak was not from the bathroom and was coming from the outside of the home. At which point AIMZ also helped us navigate what to do about the leak etc. We were incredibly pleased and happy with AIMZ and would recommend them to anyone who really likes Amy's a caring and considerate contractor looking out for them.

Home renovation was something my wife and I knew we wanted (and needed!) but didn't know where to begin. We talked to several contractors and shared ideas but never felt comfortable with any of them. By pure chance I received a call for someone asking for my help with a small project. While working on this project we talked about typical homeowner stuff and when I said I had some projects at our house we got to talking. It turns out the person I was helping was Ibrahim and he owned a company AIMZ Design and Remodeling. I showed him our upstairs. We had a typical 70's floor plan with a cramped bath. We had visions of a walk in shower with a bench and updated tile and stylings. We sat down and discussed design with Ibrahim and decided that we would use the adjoining walk in closet and expand the area thinking ahead of potential mobility issues when we got a little older. What we came up with far exceeded our expectations. With Ibrahim's help and guidance we selected new tile, moulding, paint, lighting and fixtures and produced our beautiful new Master Bath. The walk in shower includes beautiful glass partitions and a marble bench with a personal hand held fixture which accommodates small children, surgical recovery and future potential mobility issues. The best part is it looks like a bath in a 5 star hotel suite. We also have a double sink and linen area all included. It is so fabulous we can't believe it is in our home! We heartily recommend Ibrahim and AIMZ. Could not be more pleased with the service and results

I had some basement flooding. I checked around and found AIMZ as a contractor that I could trust to do the job to replace the flooring in my basmeent. I checked with several other vendors, some were lower priced and some higher, but in the end, I felt the most comfortable with AIMZ and hired them for the job. My wife is a very picky person but even she was impreased with the quality of the work and the diligence of the crew. They came in on time, on budget, and even did a few itens extra that the owner did not have to do for me, but since im a senior citizen, he was nice enough to help me out. I cant thank them enough and would recommend to anyone. A+++ work and great people.

AIMZ recently replaced my roof. Ibrahim came to my house to inspect the roof and verify the size. I discussed concerns I had with soft area and poor framing in one area. Ibrahim assured me the crew was well experience to deal with all the issues. I was provided a reasonable cost estimate.

The crew showed up at first light and immediately put down tarps to protect my property and got to work. I was informed about the sheathing and framing damage that was uncovered and gave my approval to the corrections proposed.

The framing repairs and entire roof replacement was top notch. The crew also did a great job cleaning up when they finished.

After having gone through 4 different home renovations with 4 different crews (military couple who have moved a lot), Ibrahim and his crew are the best we've worked with! His crew is unbeliveably hardworking, efficient, great communicators, and most importantly, provided us with a final project beyond expectation!!

I. Love. This. Man. Ibrahim! I have worked with dozens of contractors over the years but Ibrahim is the real deal. Our shower tiles were cracking so I knew water damage was happening. I got Ibrahim’s number from a neighbor. He came out and didn’t convince me that I needed a new bathroom. He was ready to fix my shower problem. But I hated my bathroom and wanted a new one so we took the leap. He gave us an all inclusive price which was huge for me. That meant when it came time to pick fixtures and the details I didnt have to bargain hunt or skimp out on something to save money. That mentally made my life much easier. I went in guns blazing at the tile store because i loved SO much. Luckily Ibrahim has a good eye, so when I was going nuts trying to mish mash all these styles together he brought me back down to earth and made sure we went back to basics so everything looked cohesive and planned out. The end result was smashing!! We also had a small issue a few weeks later when my kids were messing with the rain shower and the handle came off. I’m not a handy person so I immediately sent a pic to Ibrahim asking how I fix it. He told me not to touch it and sent his crew by the next day to make sure it was put back on the wall correctly. That small gesture was the cherry on the sundae!

I've worked with Ibrahim on multiple projects and have had a great experience. I've also recommended him to numerous friends and clients. A few things jump out at me when working with AIMZ, the pricing is on target and appropriate, communication is excellent, and most important to me, THEY STAY ON SCHEDULE! Having an entire main level sand and finish job, as well as remodeling the kitchen ran about 6 to 8 weeks total! I wish there was more than five stars to give... And it's not possible for me to say enough about how much I trust AIMZ. I'm not receiving any kickbacks for this post, I just don't like surfing the yellow pages for a stranger. It's a lot better to know that you're getting a good honest company that does quality work and treats you as if it's their own home. They did a free roof inspection on our three-story townhouse, and I was not at all nervous because I knew this is what they do everyday. Call AIMZ!

AIMZ pros where timely and accurate. Our new custom refrigerator require specialized measurements to include an independent inspection from the manufacturer. The inspector stated "The built in was bar far the best he'd seen!" Thanks AIMZ for completing this project and for the many others completed at the same high level.

This is the second bathroom AIMZ has remodeled for us. It was a rip and replace. The whole process from looking at tile, to finished bathroom took just over a week. The crew is timely, professional. When they left at the end of the day, there was not a speck of dirt in the hallway or stairway. Very neat and clean. Best of all, we love the results.

These guys are magicians. Design and build in one firm with a targeted eye towards which features will impact your home value and those purely for creature comfort. As importantly and unlike any builder i have worked with before, they started on time and on target when promised. AIMZ provided excellent customer service and craftsmanship. The project manager guided us through all of the insurance hoops to get our storm damaged roof covered fully by owner home owner's insurance policy. The installation crew was very respectful of our neighbors' property (we live in a townhouse). The work was completed quickly and with great attention to complicated flashing details using high quality GAF roofing materials.

They are on time, did detailed explanations what is needed and it was really not expensive.

Ibrahim Ahmed, the owner of AIMZ Design & Remodeling, and his crew, provided top-notch service in the replacement of shingles on the roof of my house after wind damage. The job was done right and deadlines were met. Ibrahim put a lot of effort into this project to make it as easy as possible for me. He worked both with me and my insurance company to ensure the roof would be covered by insurance. He even brought a ladder, and was at my home to answer any questions, while the insurance inspector was there to assess the damage. The crew did a good job installing the shingles, and other updates to the roof, which looks great. The removal of the old shingles made a mess, and I really appreciated the spotless cleanup around my home. AIMZ came highly recommended from a number of my neighbors in my housing development. After getting such good service, and discovering that the company also does remodeling, I am planning to hire AIMZ to remodel my master bathroom.

I recently completed a full kitchen remodel using AIMZ. There was no hassle pricing, good communication throughout the entire project, which is so important when interacting with contractors, and most importantly, Great quality work. It’s few and far between when a company provides a tentative project schedule and they complete the work on time.

I am a repeat customer several times over. AIMZ has done several projects for me including my primary residence. Roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. I use a number of different contractors for things, but AIMZ is my go to for a full service job when I can’t babysit. I will use them again because they have been professional and did quality work with no b.s. They also came back to fix minor things that were still under warranty. Good communication through out was also a plus. I plan to go with them again on a big project this year.
