Been waiting on a receipt for over two months talk to two different people. They said I would send it but never have the metal was cut wrong. Most pieces And inch wrong they don’t return calls unless they selling something. mat and I talk and to people at desk mess up order said they called back nothing so I guess all have to go back up there you don’t got inch give or take wiggle room if this don’t get resolved I get my receipt and some one come out tell me why 70 percent metal cut wrong I won’t give them my money no more no customer relationship unless money being change if this not fix I can sue it was all short but one stack an inch to 3 quarter of an inch let see if there a man of the word Iben in business 30 years all 5 star reviews do what you say still 2 mounts nothing I made
A mistake order another job it’s was wrong to no one calls the tell your wrong keep upsetting million dollar companies can’t stay around long

I been waiting to say anything because I want to do business with Agcor and have on wood. But being a contractor and being given the run around and having to track the order down which Tim Chambers did for me. Just no reason for it. Then I move to start using Agcor for metal roofing send in a set of blueprint drawings very easy guy misses about 10-12 squares of sheets and I get told oh we can’t do take offs now. Well I could have easily done it for you but there’s other places that have no issue doing them while I’m busy. Just bad customer service in my opinion besides a few. Maybe with the right people in place this place would really be good but for now I’ll go elsewhere.
