I had an appointment scheduled for window cleaning today that was made a few weeks ago. I was asked to choose a time so I said 11:00 am. I received a text a few days later asking if I could reschedule between 12 and 1 instead. I agreed. I got my house ready for the appointment by moving furniture away from the windows, and my husband even took off all the screens. I had not heard from them, so around 1:15, I texted and asked if they were arriving soon. No response until an hour later saying he was helping family and wanted to reschedule. Needless to say, I will never choose this window company. If you own a business, be respectful of your clients and communicate. Our time is valuable too.

These guys walk their talk, they painted our house and did a great job at a reasonable price. It's so great to see conscientious contractors who take pride in the quality of their work!

Richard did a spectacular job helping me to get a house to look its best. He took care of pressure washing, window cleaning and roof cleaning. Looking forward to working with him again.

Richard Cole (w/ Affordable Quality Services) provided the highest level of professional service with the following at our residence: 1) detailed window washing; 2) gutter cleaning; 3) power washing car port. The rates are affordable - so the name of the business - is backed up with proof of concept. Richard stands out from the rest because there is attention to detail in all parts of services - as in "above and beyond the call" which makes for the highest rating possible. The work was conducted in a timely fashion but not compromising the final outcome - which was a thorough cleaning of windows, gutters, skylights, and then cleaning the metal frames of a years worth of fir and cedar needles, pollen, and debris. Highly recommend for your cleaning services for your home. Well done - and it is good find the best - and then to share the evaluation with others.

We have now used Affordable Quality Services for three home projects. All I can say is wow. Shows up on time, great work, meticulous care for our property, and very fair prices. We already have them scheduled for more work on another property. And super nice people to boot!

Ritchie did a great job and was very courteous, careful, kind and professional. I have high expectations of people I hire to work in my home. He met my expectations in every aspect. I have very high large windows with 20 ft ceilings in front and back of my home and he was able to clean the window sills and screens, inside and out, without damaging anything in my home. He got off numerous years of bugs and dirt with 4x grit steel wool, cleaning them thoroughly and NOT scratch them. My husband has commented several times how clear and clean the windows are and he’s NEVER done that before with other window cleaners over the many years we’ve hired window cleaners. We live in Gig Harbor and he comes to this area frequently, so don’t discount the distance. At least get a bid from him. It’s worth it. This is an honest genuine company that I would recommend for anyone. I had them work on one of my property which run a Home Care business that takes care of elderly folks. Very good guys and I WILL be using them in the future and for my other properties I own and will definitely give them referrals to many business owner friends that I have. Good job guys! Well, changing my review because the first time they came out, they did fine...the second time, one of their roof cleaners damaged our flashing around a skylight and thus, we had a leak that is costing me $1000 to fix. I messaged Richard to let him know I was displeased and to please be careful - I didn't make any demands for compensation - and was met with silence. Nice.

We are so happy with our windows! We had our windows, screen and tracks cleaned. Richard did an amazing job and was very professional. While he was in the middle of doing the outside windows, we needed him to jump in and do one of the inside rooms. He was super responsive and went right in and did it.
