Affordable Exteriors impressed me with their patience and client-centered service. My mother was having a new roof put on and ended up going into the hospital during the process. Affordable Exteriors demonstrated compassion for my mother, were open to adjusting and re-adjusting the schedule depending on her health, and, when they did the work, they did an excellent job. They even attended to some items that had not been completed by another contractor. I am not always trustful of companies working in home improvement but I found that Affordable Exteriors earned my trust and delivered their service in ways that went beyond what I could have asked for. Very professional. They were on the roof a little before 7am working removing the old roof and starting to roof. Our roof is quite large and they were on the roof for 12 hours because they wanted to finish. They stopped for lunch and had 2 short breaks.
After completing they cleaned up the nails and shingles. The roof is fantastic.it is the nicest looking one in the subdivision. We are happy.

We had a patio cover, soffit & fascia installed by these guys in 2022. They did a beautiful job! Very pleased with the high quality workmanship and attention to detail. First class all around! I would highly recommend!

I don't give to many 5 stars but I want to give credit when it's due. First off I just got my siding replaced the guy Cho did an amazing job by his self I have a big house but this Lil guy got it done. Kudos. Then here rises an issue my camera was turned upside down I was livid called the office to complain. The owner Mike called me back well that didn't go well. Few hours pass a guy shows up at my door guess who it's Mike came all the way to my house and fixed my camera. A bad situation turned out amazing I was shocked he was pleasant , nice and easy to deal with. Thanks Mike Iwill refer Affordable Exteriors to all my family and friends.

Hail storm damaged all roofs in neighborhood. Neighbor's insurance agent recommended Mike from Affordable Exteriors. What I wanted in a. roofer was a quality professional company that has been around for many years, with good reputation, good customer service and as important works well with insurance company and their adjusters.
Mike met all my needs perfectly. He was most knowledgeable and professional in helping us with our roof and gutter decisions. He worked well with the insurance company's adjuster. And addressed all of our concerns on a timely basis. I felt like I could trust him and Affordable Exteriors to do a good job and stand behind it.

Roger Fowler, William Hindman, and their team from Affordable Exteriors were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. All calls and appointments were handled in a very timely manner. Mr. Fowler was very thorough in his inspection, appraisal, adjustments, and follow up.

mike gave me a really great bid on a patio cover, but during the install there were things I was not happy about so i couldn't give them a 5 stars, but the patio cover turned out good.but I still would recommend them.

We used Mike and his team to rip out our old porch and put in a new one. They did an excellent and affordable job. Mike is also incredibly honest. He has looked at our roof a couple of times now after hail storms, and each time he's said it's in good shape and doesn't need replaced. When we actually do need a new roof, we'll use him because of his honesty.

We had a new roof and gutters put on our house. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend using them.

The company installed my gutter guards 4 years ago and when I needed them to come out and check something 4 years later, they were there when I needed them. The issue they found had to do with some simple issues developing due to Rodent issues, ie squirrels and sparrows. The owner personally came and reviewed the issues, making simple adjustments to correct the issues before damage was done. I highly recommend Mike and his company for your construction needs

Strongly recommend Affordable Exteriors. Originally we contacted one of the more advertised companies and after 4.5 hours they finally presented a quote that was insane! We contacted Affordable Exteriors and couldn't be happier. The end result -- better work, better design, higher quality material and saved us a ton of $ on the project too! Oh, and you'll love working with Mike! His professionalism combined with his personality and creativity makes the project fun and stress free! I would give them more stars on this rating if it was possible.

Very nice and willing to work with me the house was ugly duckling on the Block and now looks nice and clean with new gutters and siding we no longer have the ugliest house on the Block they came in one day completed the job and just a couple of days I think the whole process took a week from from consultation to completion we would recommend affordable exteriors to anyone

We recently used Affordable Exteriors to replace our old siding and windows. Our experience with this company was excellent. They were competitively priced and completed the work quickly. They communicated well and repaired other small things that made our house look better. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I had the guys from Affordable Exteriors come out and give me a bid for windows after getting a bid from a big name company that seemed overpriced. The bid that Mike gave me was for less than half the amount of the other guys and they were replacing the basement windows too!

The quality of the windows is excellent! They are so much easier to operate than my old windows and the temperature difference is incredible! I had to turn my thermostat down 7 degrees after having these windows installed because of the insulation these new windows provided.

The workers that came out to install were very prompt, courteous, and well skilled in their jobs. The job was done over just a few days and was thoroughly cleaned up by the crew before they left.

To sum it all up, The price is right, The products are great, and the service was amazing! I highly recommend Affordable Exteriors for any Window replacement needed!
Mike told me they also do roofing and siding as well, so i may just have them back out this summer to spiff my house up some more!
