Hugo and his team with Affordable Construction have performed a number of renovations and repairs on our home, and every time we have come away incredibly satisfied. He is transparent in his communication during a project without talking down to you, and his company name is true to the letter: affordable! On our most recent project (roof replacement), he quoted us for his top quality option at almost $15,000 cheaper than a competitor! The roof looks amazing and is still expected to last 30 years - so he's affordable, not cheap!

5yrs ago we hired Affordable Construction to paint the interior of our house and kitchen cupboards before we moved in. We were so pleased with their work that we hired them again. We just got our roof done by Hugo and his crew. They work exceptionally hard and are very detailed in making sure the job is done right. They made sure all the debris was cleaned up and the job was done in a timely manner. We appreciate all their efforts. We will definitely hired them again for any future home projects.

Affordable Construction just replaced the roof on my mother's house and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. The crew kept the yard and job site picked up each evening and did not disturb mother's daily activities. The cost was competitive and fair with no surprise changes to the bid price. Hugo kept us updated on the progress of the job and reviewed their work with us after completion. I strongly recommend this company and plan to consider them for another project we have on the horizon.

Left hanging! I called the guys phone and we made an appointment to come give a quote, he originally said 12pm and than he texted saying will 10am work. I said sure the sooner the better. 10am rolls around and he doesn’t show up I give him 20 min in case something happen than I call and text him and no answer. Hasn’t responded to me since.

In 2023, we hired Affordable Construction to fix issues we were having with our house and they did an EXCELLENT job! It was a very difficult job to handle, and they were AMAZING and exceeded our expectations. Our house has extremely high outside walls, and the siding was getting so weathered that holes were forming, along with some other issues. We were so happy with them that we again hired them in 2024 - this time to paint our entire house and update/fix areas as necessary. Again, they exceeded our expectations. There really doesn't seem to be anything they can't handle when it comes to construction and home improvement. It is so hard to find reliable help in these areas, but we will never need to search elsewhere, because we will always use Affordable Construction from here on out. Just ask for Hugo. This company is amazing.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Hugo. We did a big remodel of our house a year ago. It needed a few final touches to finish it up. So we got several bids. But as soon as we met with Hugo, my wife and I said he was the one. His crew is awesome and timely. So we just kept giving him more work. He did every job on time and exceeded expectation. Hugo and his crew did a master bath renovation. I had received four total bids but really got a great first impression from Hugo when he came for the bid. Hugo is very responsive and had my bid back to me. He always checked back with me and really took time to help me understand every step in the process. His crew was very timely, professional, and cleaned up everyday. Hugo doesn't leave the job unfinished so he makes sure his crew finishes the job before going on to another one. Hugo was very fair with the price even with some unforeseen obstacles. I wish I could post the pictures here because my bathroom looks like something out of a magazine. Hugo and his men took on a very challenging job restoring the exterior of my house. All the repair work was done in a neat, workman like, and timely manner. Then they installed a new roof and did a complete paint job. It was a great experience working with this company and I will be calling them back again for some interior work.
