Excellent company. They are efficient, have great work ethic and are very organized. They found the roof leak and took steps to correct it. I would definitely recommend them to you and in the future if I needed work done, would hire them to do the work. Though based in Salem , they were willing to come to the central Oregon coast to help us out. The photo is the completed project though I chose to do the final painting.

AFC Roofing and Windows - A Fantastic Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose and his team at AFC Roofing and Windows on a major renovation project for my beach house in Lincoln City. They handled a wide variety of tasks, including roofing, exterior painting, extensive rot repair, installing a new entrance door, fixing wooden floors, installing a new kitchen sink, adding cultured stone to the walls, and addressing countless other issues.

The results were simply amazing! The house looks incredible now, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process. Jose and his team were tireless workers, incredibly self-motivated, and took strong ownership of their work. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated on their progress and addressing any issues or changes along the way.

I was very happy with their service. I contacted them they got back to me quickly. They put me on their schedule the next week came out handled their business. My roof looks great and there was no mess left behind in fact you fouls not even tell they had cleaned the roof because there was no debris left behind at all! Very satisfied and I do recommend!

Jose followed up with us during the whole process and they did an amazing job protecting our home with their eye catching tarp system they also protected our gutters with their gutter guards system. Once on the Oregon coast and this time in Camas Washington.

Recently I had new windows installed by AFC Windows and Roofing. It was a good experience from the first phone call through the installation. It happened in a timely manner and the crew was thoughtful and efficient. I'm really pleased with my new windows!

AFC, did an exceptional job on our reroof. From beginning to end José was knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are thankful for Jose and everyone at AFC who made this experience a breeze.

They were professional, efficient and they cleaned up all the debris left over. I also appreciate them following up on an issue a few weeks after the installation. They were affordable and I would recommend to anyone looking.

We had AFC come out to provide us a estimate to clean the moss off of our roof, apply moss killer, clean out the gutters, and take care of the significant amount of leaves surrounding the buildings. Estimate seemed fair and we asked them to proceed. They were able to come out and do the job the very next week - a fantastic job communicating.

When the crew arrived, they had approximately 4-5 individuals to take care of the two buildings. Both had steep pitched roofs, and one was quite high at almost 30’. Everyone in the crew was incredibly kind and professional, made eye contact, said hello and confirmed where any of the debris should be deposited. They did a fantastic job of picking up after themselves along the way.

The job took nearly the entire day with six guys - the estimate was more than reasonable after seeing how many people it took to perform the work. The grounds look fantastic, the moss remover on the roof was well disbursed, they took pictures of the completed job, and the owner checked in to make sure that everything was acceptable before they departed.

I can’t speak to any of their construction or installation services, but for the work that we hired them for, they were terrific. I will definitely be using them again, and would recommend their services to others looking for cleaning, and or application of moss removal.

Last year, Jose and crew replaced my roof in a couple of days, however, the quality was not good. Since I was selling my house, an inspector checked it out and found the spacing and quality of the shingles was not up to expectations. Jose's employee tried to fix it, but it was not good enough for the Owen Corning's manager. The company issued warranty funds to have the house reroofed by another roofing company. I never would have had an inspection/second opinion, if I had not been selling. I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review. Sorry.

I just had my roof done by AFC Windows & Roofing. The owner Jose and his crew members worked really hard and did a wonderful job putting a beautiful new roof on my house at a reasonable price.
