I reached out to Aegis Roofing & Gutter through Google Messenger yesterday afternoon and was impressed with their immediate response. We have a traditional two-story-on-a-basement home, so cleaning the gutters ourselves isn’t really an option. They gave me a very fair price—half of what others quoted in the Woodstock area—and came out the very next day. Communication was excellent, and they didn’t just leave the debris on the ground. They blew everything off, including pine needles on the roof. They also shared before and after photos! Highly recommend calling them for any gutter work—they also do repairs. Professional, fast, and affordable!

Danalio was the man of his word. He came to repair my roof that was leaking. First he came and spent some time to fixed it, but it was still leaking so when he got paid he said if you have problems, give me call and he came back and fixed it. I had a soffit+fascia repair done by Aegis roofing and was super happy with the results. The biggest difference that set them apart for me from other companies was the initial inspection. It was really easy to talk with Danilo about what I wanted worked on, and he gave his professional opinion on the best way to get it done. Hired them to replace worn gutters in January 23'. A year later, after adding an extension to my home, I didn't think twice about who I wanted to handle the gutters. Danillo and company are punctual, professional, and utilize quality gutter screws & other materials. Installer on the last job even volunteered a minute to help me with trim I happened to be nailing up at the same time.

We approached Mr. Danillo to examine our roof and he gave us honest opinion on the state of the roof. He gave us options to do a maintenance as well as to replace the roof. We decided to go with the latter and his estimate was great when compared with others when we shopped around. We got on the schedule and they arrived on time on the given date. The Aegis specialists completed the work as promised on the same day. The detailing they took to clean the surroundings was just awesome. Mr. Danillo arrived at the end of the day to do a final inspection of the work done and checked with us if all was okay. I should say, the work was commendable and definitely 5 stars.

Initially I read good some reviews on the next door app so I thought I’d give him a try. Called his office and the woman answering was very professional and personable. To find out it was his wife. We set up a time and day to come out.. Danilo was very prompt and professional. He went on the roof and evaluated and took pictures of what was causing the leaks. Told me other than those areas my roof was in good shape. He gave me a fair estimate and I had him proceed with the job. I came home from work that day.. the man was finishing up.. he was even kind enough to replace some spot lights for me that I would of never been able to get to , which I compensated him for after the fact. We had all of gutters replaced and they look great! The price was very reasonable compared to other places we were quoted. The quoted amount was the exact amount we were charged. There were no surprise fees. They were pleasant to deal with and very quick

I obtained multiple bids to replace my roof. The bid by Aegis was the lowest and yet did not compromise on quality of materials or experience. The crew came on time and one could easily see they were experienced and did high quality work. Their supervisor inspected all the work and was very thorough. There were no increases to the contract price and the cleanup was thorough. This company saved me a lot of money and provided me with a high quality roof complete with new ridge vents, new flashing around the entire house and chimney and replacement of plywood decking where needed. All vents were covered with new boots that were screwed down instead of just nailed. I can give this company my unreserved recommendation.

In December 2023, the first appointment that we had was rescheduled for Monday, January 15, 2024 because "Danilo has been sick." When we asked if there was a sooner appointment, we were told that "Danilo has a big job" on those days. Then, after waiting for sometime, when we sent a text message to confirm the appointment on Saturday, January 13, 2024, we received a text on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 4:16 pm, the day before the scheduled appointment, saying that"Danilo has been sick. Do you want to reschedule?" They did not give us a courtesy notice to reschedule until we sent a text message to verify the appointment time the day before the appointment.
First, we had Danilo fix this particular issue a few months ago, but the soffits started rotting. So, we sent pictures of the the rotting soffits and asked if he could come out and redo it. That is when we were given the runaround.

Aegis Roofing and Gutter cleaned gutter and installed gutter screens. Price was reasonable and scheduling was prompt. Renato came on time and he did an excellent job. I will use them again if I need roofing work.

This roofing company was very responsive, attentive, professional, flexible, and easy to work with. The owner came to our house multiple times for a thorough inspection and consultation before diagnosing the problem.

Danilo Meireles and the entire crew of Aegis Roofing were fantastic! They undertook a complicated reroofing project on my home and did an incredible job. They showed up at 6:45 am on this past Wednesday and started working. At 6:30 pm the work was completed. Everything was cleaned up and the new roof looks wonderful. And on top of all that, the price I was quoted and paid, was several thousand dollars less than other estimates I had received. I highly recommend Aegis Roofing!

I called Aegis Roofing & Gutter to assess a leak in our roof. They were prompt and professional and were able to perform repairs the same day. More importantly they gave an honest assessment of our roof’s condition and did not try to sell us a new one.

I called for a gutter installation quote and Danilo (owner) stopped by the same day. He gave me a very reasonable, no pressure quote. I also asked about re-sloping an existing gutter since I had an inspector previously say it was sloped incorrect. Danilo said it looked fine and even climbed onto the roof to verify that there wasn’t any problem with the slope. A week later, I had beautiful gutters installed that matched the accent of my house!

Easy to communicate with, showed up when they said they would. Completed the installation of gutter downspout extensions meeting my expectations. Would definitely use again.

The owner Danilo is a professional, knowledgeable and honest guy. He repaired a soffit, fascia board and gutter damage for me. The price he quoted and repair work that he finished are right for the job needed while some other companies tried to push me to pay for some unnecessary and expensive repair services.

I cannot express enough how much I recommend Aegis Roofing and Gutter for anyone’s next project. One of the professionals had come out to look and eventually repair my roof. He even placed the trimming that was hanging from the side of my house back in its place. After he was done I went to pay via Zelle; but we realized later there was a miscommunication between he and I regarding the payment information. I reached out to my bank hoping they would refund the money, after investigating, my claim. The bank decided not to refund the funds, I guess, from its perspective the information provided wasn’t their fault. I explained the matter to the office and provided proof of the denial. Aegis Roofing and Gutter took ownership of the mistake and was willing to forgo the payment. I felt badly about the incident. Even thought it wasn’t my fault, I understood human errors occur. So, eventually I decided I would pay at least half of the total bill. I sent half of the payment. Aegis Roofing and Gutter refused to accept the payment from me. After I sent the money, they returned it back to me. They didn’t believe it was fair that I pay. I felt badly that a good and professional service was provided and someone, the person who received the money in error, took advantage of a mistake. Thank you Aegis Roofing and Gutter for being a business with integrity and quality service. I will sharing this experience with many. Blessings!

I needed some major facia, soffit and gutter repair work done and called Aegis based on their reviews. After calling 7 companies, only Aegis and one other company responded and came out to give me a quote. I have had work done on our home over the years with other companies that send a salesperson out to quote the job and you never see them again once the contract is signed. Then several days later a crew shows up to do the work and there is no follow up. With Aegis, the owner Danilo came out to quote the work after a thorough inspection and discussed exactly what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. On the day the work was to begin, he came out to instruct the crew about his expectations and the specifics of the job. Once the work was complete, he came out to do a final inspection and eagerly corrected a couple of minor items that I pointed out. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Water was pouring out of soffit – in the middle of the board! Did a google search and narrowed the list down to two companies, both of whom had excellent reviews with the Aegis Roofing rating 5 of 5. Contact made with both firms and only Aegis responded. Appointment set and Danilo was on-time and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a recommended approach to solve the problem. Seems the satellite TV antennae installation on roof caused issues / damage to shingles and soffit. Rhayssa and Danilo make a great team. She had the estimate over to me quickly and the pictures he took from the roof documenting the damage, as he recommended, I contact the installing firm to make a claim. Repair work scheduled and coordinated with TV company to remove, replace, and repair all in the same day. Truly appreciate his demeanor, skills, and experience. He is efficient and extremely hard working. I asked, “how does the roof look overall” and he said “you may need a new roof in 5 to 10 years”, to which I replied “and I now know exactly who I am going to call.” He and his team are a delight to work with.
