I called Bobby on a Sunday while at a real estate appointment. Bobby not only took my call, but helped assist my client. He looked at photos and videos of the roof and offered to come out to take a look at the roof. Bobby is very knowledgeable and helpful! I'd suggest giving him a call!

I called a few places for estimates and Bobby was the most reliable. He returned my calls in a timely manner and always showed up for appointments when he said he would which seems to be a rarity I've found in dealing with construction people. He was patient and explained everything to this ignorant widow . The job was done rapidly and crew was very nice and respectful. Left my yard so clean you never knew they were there. Also very pleased with Bobby trying to make the price as fair and economical as I could afford.

I reached out to Bobby before selling our home. We had considered adding gutters for better drainage. Will be 4 years of my roof installation by Mr. Robert Bergens' crew. Supposedly, a 5 year warranty on installment & workmanship. However, I am experiencing a leak into the ceiling of my 2nd bedroom. I cannot even get Mr. Bergens back out to my house to check the leak out. Two times, a time and date was agreed upon for him to come out to inspect and both times he never bothered to show up or call. "Remind me", he says to come out. Did I remind you to stop by and get the monies owed after installation? The bill was paid and to hell with the leak in my roof. All I can say is wow! I THOUGHT that you were an upstanding guy but if s man cannot keep his word, what is it worth? Single women, do not be taken advantage of someone that cannot keep his word.You have not proven anything because you have never been back here since the day that you were paid. I do hope you are happy in your dry home with his family after he took your money and could care less about your struggles of working endlessly on rainy days, trying to dry up water with towels, and that is evidently going to cause molding in your home. My home may be called a mess because you are not as fortunate as you are but it is my mess that I call home home. And that,I am fortunate to have something to not be homeless. Perhaps you are in a good home from scamming people like me.
The point is that he has no compassion for my struggle, and it bothers him not that he did unsatisfactory work and is not even man enough to correct it.
How would he like if someone took advantage of your mother, wife, daughter or family member and spoke to them the way you are handling this situation. I will be doing my due diligence into more research.

This is the second time I have used Robert to do repair work. The first was replacing an attic vent fan and the second was today, where he removed two old skylights and replaced the roof. I can say that both times he was very easy to work with and the repair work was excellent! His workers were very knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. Both times they did an excellent job. I would definitely use Advanced Roofing again.

Needed a new roof to get house insurance and he had his men out putting on a new roof within a week. Bob came out quickly and gave us a quote . It was all done in one day and they cleaned up everything after they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

I had a small vinyl repair from the hurricane. Bob was willing to do it. It is hard to find people to do small repairs but for it was a big thing for me. The crew treated this repair as they were repairing their own house.

Let me start with........ what an AMAZING experience!! First off, I do a ton of research within a field before I make a decision. With that said, I had 12 roofing companies come out and quote me for my roof. I had the big companies that blast commercials all of the TV and the little companies that just have a basic yard sign in front of someone's house come out. Some may say that 12 is excessive but, I wanted to feel like I was getting a great roof at a great price and I didn't feel that way until I met with Bob, the owner of Advanced Roofing. From the first visit all the way through the process, Bob was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about repairing my roof like it was his own. He showed me potential issues, taught me a little about roofing and had his crew out the day they were scheduled and on time! His foreman Brian was attentive, answered my questions, and generally put up with my slight anxiety of having such an enormously important job done on my home. When it came down to pricing, Bob was clear on what his company did, how they did it, and why it was important to do it that way. His price was very reasonable and the quality was top notch. In just the few days since my roof has been installed, I've recommended Bob and Advanced Roofing to 7 of my friends and family. If you need a roof replacement or repair, you owe it to yourself to have Bob come out and quote your job.

Bob and his guys replaced my roof back in May prior to me moving down here from NY state. Did a wonderful job. After Ida, I had a few shingles missing and a bit of roof vent. Tried my best to get the insurance to pay for a replacement roof but every inspector that checked it out stated that the installation done in May was too good to justify a replacement. Bob's guys just now finished what little repair had to be done and I cannot tell where the repair is from the rest of the roof! Fantastic job! It should also be noted that Bab has a wonderful sense of humor and is a delight to speak with. 100% would recommend to anyone needing any roof work.

They gave me a great price on an all metal roof. About 1000 less than the competitors. He talked to me about my alternatives and worked to come up with the most cost effe lctive solution. Other roofers tried to push me into shingles, but shingles requires more labor and woodwork and actually wouldn't save me money. Any questions or concerns I had, I could send to him and he would address them promptly. My wife loves the new roof, so anytime she is satisfied, I am too.

My house had been neglected for 20+ years when I bought it. Needless to say, a new roof was way overdue. Bobby and his team did such an incredible job with repairing the decking and fixing all the issues before putting the new roof on. They even removed two overhangs and built new facia and repaired rot where needed. Bobby is affordable, professional, detailed, and prompt. I would recommend ten times over!
