Advanced Roofing replaced the section of our roof above the master bathroom. It was a fairly big project—they had to tear off the old materials, rework some vents, and adjust the flashing. They were awesome to work with from start to finish. Prety sure our yard was even cleaner while they were here thanks to how much effort they put into clean-up each day. We’re so happy with how the new roof looks and holds up!

Our roof was leaking into the guest bathroom, but only during really heavy rains, which made it tough to figure out. Bin’s team did a super thorogh inspection—even used special equipment to track where the water was coming from. Turned out the flashing had corroded in one spot. The crew was super professional, fixed it up, patched the ceiling inside, and even repainted the area. They even followed up after the next big rain to make sure it held. It’s been totally dry since. So glad we call these pros here in Salem instead of going for another quick fix.

Bin and the team at Advanced Roofing did an excellent job on our gutter repair. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and protected our home with tarps while they worked. The repair was super detailed and honestly makes our gutters look better than before the roof caused the leak. We’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects. SO IMPRESSED!
