Advanced Roofing Systems - Englewood, CO

I can say that the prompt replacement of both mine and my parents/neighbors roofs was painless. Advanced was able to guide us through the claim process to assure us that we would be treated fairly. Once the crews were on site, they were nonstop until the work was complete. The inspector that closed out our permit said that Advanced had high marks with his peers.

Mark worked with my insurance company to get paid for what I couldn't get them to do, and then did a great job of planning out the work, and take care of several other issues with the roof on my commercial property. He also sub contracted out gutter work to repair water drainage issues with my property

Mr. Silva at Advanced Roofing is the consummate professional; a real pleasure to work with. The roofs on the dwelling and two large barns had to be replaced due to extreme hail damage. All the work was done in a timely fashion. I found Mr. Silva to be honest and committed to quality work. He was personally on hand to inspect the work; always available to speak with. I recommend him without reservation.

Run Away!! I have no idea how this guy has a high rating with BBB. I asked for a labor only quote for 2 guys for 4 hours each. I already had purchased all materials for finishing gutters on a Decra roof. Contractor told me price would be around $2000. He is paying labors about $20 an hour with no vacation or benefits. You do the math and tell me this guy is reputable. He also told me multiple incorrect things about how Decra should be installed to try and get more money out of the install. Only thing advanced about these guys is their price. Beware Decra rep in Denver area and these guys seem to be in bed together. If you need roof work done, do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I'm not a roofer myself, but I could have done a far better job than what was done by Advanced Roofing Systems, Inc.

The scope of the job was fairly small, 4 corner patches on a commercial flat roof (less than 1 sq ft each), and some patching of stucco where birds apparently had pecked some holes. The 4 corners were done satisfactorily, but the stucco repair looked like something my children would have done playing around. It was simply slopped on with a putty knife (white stucco patch on tan stucco), and was not smoothed or sanded, nor was any attempt made to match the existing color. The total job took 2 workers, 2 hours to complete, at a cost of $650. Materials involved were 4 rubber liner patches (less than 1 sq ft each), some adhesive and a quart size container of white stucco patch. All in all it was very poor quality workmanship and not at all worth the price paid. Definitely would not recommend this company.
