I am so impressed with the wonderful work this company did for me. They were punctual, professional and so very personable. The roof looks great and even the City Inspector said that they did a great job! And they cleaned up absolutely everything!! I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs. I know that you'll be very satisfied. I certainly am! If I knew how to send pictures of my beautiful roof, I would.

Called multiple high rated roofing companies. They all had different prices and stories about what needed to be done. Advanced Roofing Systems sent a professional who took dozens of photos and explained exactly what our issues were and what needed to be done. No other company did that.

We ended up replacing our roof which they did in just a couple of days. The workers and foreman (Carlos) were communicative and respectful. We have a vaulted ceiling and they were able to replace our electrical conduit on the roof with no issues. The vaulted ceiling wasn't a problem for them. Other companies didn't seem confident about working with a vaulted ceiling.

After the job was done, they cleaned everything up and made sure we had no issues. They did a great job with the flashing on our existing skylight as well. They even removed our old AC unit. Professionals through and through.

Advanced Roofing Systems recently completed our roof replacement. They were on schedule, kept our property clean, has clear and responsive communication and we are pleased with the results. They had no problem working with the HVAC on our roof and even detected an existing repair required with our HVAC. It was very helpful that they brought it to our attention. A pleasure to to do business with and very professional. Their proposal included all aspects of the work and was very competitive. The supervisor and crew were courteous. They kept the premises clean throughout the project and completed it ahead of schedule. The only surprise was the extra effort they put into the project which I wasn't expecting.

Carlos came out personally to take evaluate our roof. Team was very professional and cleanup was exceptional. Pulled permits for us and worked with our skylight installer for a seemless re-roof. Highly recommend

Be very very careful about what you’re promised in the beginning and what you end up getting in the end. Because for all we knew, we were getting a brand new roof with everything changed, and we were left with an UNCHANGED 25+ year old metal flashing under a brand new roof for the rest of our lives with our hands tied to have it ever changed again.

If that wasn't bad enough, we were in for another surprise when we brought it up to Carlos and asked him for clarification. Not in our worst nightmares we could have imagined that we’d receive such a snappy response from him, telling us to stop writing to them or else he'd pretty much start charging us money to "defend" himself. Mind you not, this was the same person who's been acting in a very nice and polite manner, leaving us with the following words in his final thank you note. “We will always do everything possible to merit the confidence you have shown in us”.
And we did show much confidence in them, but they didn’t come through on their end! Because the moment we pointed something out he didn't like, we got brushed off so rudely that we couldn’t even ask him any further questions. All the nice statements and promises on their fb page about treating people with respect, owning up to their mistakes, appreciating the trust customers put in them, standing behind their work, and always doing right by their customers — flew right out the window! And this is a company that we are supposed to have a professional lifetime relationship with through our warranty.

This was a totally dark turn for us and has changed our perception of the Advanced Roofing completely. INSTEAD of explaining to us from the start (or at whatever point they realized they couldn’t/wouldn't change it), they made that decision for us, did NOT inform us about it , and left our roof with the old flashing - rusty and with holes!

We really trusted this company, never said a word about the price (even though they were in a higher price range), initiated to pay a chunk of balance out before the payment was officially due, gave them another project to do (along with the full re-roofing) paying a total of $33K+, and treated everyone with the utmost respect and appreciation.

It wouldn't have been so bad if they actually admitted their mistake of not explaining to us as to WHY they couldn't change the flashing. Only after we asked a question several times, Carlos mentioned in his final email why they didn’t do so. In that same email he called us his adversaries and told us to stop taking up his time.

Knowing what I know now, I’d give myself an advice: Make sure to have EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE YOU PAY THEM (by whatever means necessary, be it by bringing an outside inspector or another roofing expert / professional), because after you pay them, their tones will change drastically.

If we hadn't found out what we did (weeks after the project was finished and fully paid for), we would have been blissfully ignorant, leaving five star reviews for them, like other users do!
We WISH we brought in a third party to monitor their work. At least it would not have been so insulting to hear Carlos's FALSE ACCUSATIONS that he attacked us with, just because we dared to ask for an explanation about work not fully done.

I am so please with Advanced roofing system, excellent quality workmanship and personnel outstanding.
If your in need for scrap and reroof, with lots of wood repairs, they are the go to Company.

Advanced Roofing Systems provided impeccable work from end to end. I contacted the owner for some roof repair. Workers were went sent in a timely manner to inspect the roof and assess the work required. It was a swift turnaround between providing an estimate (at a reasonable pricing), sending workers to execute the job, then supervise the work.

Advanced Roofing was beyond impressive. I originally called them to quote me for a new roof, but when they came out they let me know that in fact I had some years left on mine, and just recommended to do some repair work and increase the venting efficiency for my home to help with the hot summer months.

Most roofing companies I have worked with have been very difficult, but Advanced Roofing was extremely professional and prompt through the whole process. It took a few weeks for me to decide to get the work done, but when I did they were here the next business day to do the repairs.

During the repairs the roofers were extremely professional and worked diligently to get the work done in a single day. It was a windy day which caused them to have to work a bit slower, but I am happy they were able to be safe and get it done that day. They were even kind enough to repair the fence that got damaged because the high winds blew it shut while they were working.

Can't say enough good things about this company and wish I could give more stars. 11/10 Highly recommend!

We used Advanced Roofing Systems for a commercial roof repair at our facility in Hawthorne, CA, Rosecrans Villa. They're affordable, easy to work with and they do great work, I would highly recommend them and use them again!

I called Advanced after a couple other roofers checked out my roof for two leaks that were causing cracked drywall in my house in two separate rooms. Erick from Advanced was the best, pointed out the leak areas before I told him where they were, showed me pics of the causes and fixed them the same day for less than the others quoted. I referred them to my brother who recently bought a house he knew needed re-roofing because they were honest, affordable and clearly knew what they were doing.

I had my roof replaced by Advanced Roofing and not only were they the best value but the crew was very professional, on time, and worked nice and neat. They kept me updated throughout the process and overall I was very pleased with their services. I would highly recommend their work.

This Company is the worst roofing company I've ever dealt with it's been 3 weeks and the job isnt even close to half way done...found beer cans on roof...so far the work completed is sub par and will not pass inspections..contractor Carlos still waiting on him to call me back...I will be talking legal actions against the company next as they owe me money and arent doing anything the inspector has requested and havent been at the job site for over 5 days
