I have had an ongoing leak in my roof for months... April 8th 2023 i made a maintenance request to get my roof fixed because i am a renter. This company advanced roofing systems of virginia arrived and spent hours fixing the roof. Came back 2 weeks later painted the ceiling even though you could clearly see my white ceiling had turned yellow and buckled in some places.. as of today sunday May 7th 2023 my roof is still leaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Into my ceiling fan bowl and soaked the bottom of my bed yet again!... Why spend all day attempting to fix a property... Why not fix it properly instead of useing short cuts.

I called Advanced Roofing systems last week to inspect my roof, I talked to a lady named Barbara who was very courteous and professional. I have dealt with many contractors (businesses) in my life and I have to say, this place of business was about efficient and professional as it gets. Come to find out this is a new family ran business (husband/wife) ,after I talked Barbara her husband Roger called me back the same day .and within 2 days Roger had gone out to my roof, inspected, repaired and took pictures (keeping me informed every step of the way! I highly recommend this business. They won't let you down.
They claim to have emergency roofing services available but that is false. Called on a Saturday due to a leak and was not contacted back until the following week. Upon their arrival, the roofers could not solve the issue. Mind you, this was there 2nd time out to repair it and still couldn't figure it out. Long story short...find some one else!
