Advanced Roofing was very responsive and professional on getting our patio roof taken care of. Within hours of approving the quoted estimate, I was already booked to have my repairs done the next day. They were starting work and done in no time! Very nice people and would totally recommend them again. Happy I found them, I was (and still am) waiting on a quote from a different company when I became frustrated with the other company's communication and unresponsiveness. So I called Advanced Roofing instead and they were there the next day to take a look at my repairs and get me a quote.

Mark kept us well informed about what was needed to be done, with pictures, and when it would be done. Everything was done expediently. The crews were courteous and neat.

I have to say, I'm rather impressed with Advanced Roofing. I had several bids for the job. Some higher, some lower. I went with word of mouth from a friend I work with, and I am pleased I did. They completed the job in a very timely manner. Used the best materials. And while roofing is a bit messy. Cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!

In July of 2024 our community in Tucson at (Ruthrauff and LaCholla) was hit by a EF1 Tornado that caused severe damage to our roof, community and Tucson in general. The morning after the storm our neighborhood was hit by a barrage of Contractors advertising their services .
My father was a reputable builder in Tucson several years ago and always told me to be aware of would be contractors feeding off those in distress after a storm. Several days later , I walked through our neighborhood and researched many of the contractors and their services. What I found out about Advanced Roofing was that they were the only company that had the Better Business Bureau’s A+ Rating on their Advertising yard sign that made me confident that choosing them to repair our damaged roof was the right decision , not to mention the quality of their work that I observed.

We contacted Advanced Roofing and met with Mr. Mark Muzio (Owner) who came to our home and evaluated our damaged roof. Long story short, Mark, his Team and family made us feel very comfortable and displayed genuine concern for us and confidence in communicating with our insurance company to get the job done with no out of pocket money on our part.

The Better Business Bureau A+ rating is awarded for excellence for Contractors that provide excellent service to our Communities in Tucson. Our roof is now looking better than it ever has before and Mark assured us that he will continue to check on us yearly and address any concerns with our roof in the future.

Mark and his team at Advanced Roofing made getting our roof repaired after a storm hit our area a simple process ,he walked us through the process from beginning to end and his knowledge with dealing with insurance made the whole ordeal a breeze. His crew was efficient and professional and they did a excellent job I'm glad that they helped us and was able to help others in our neighborhood as well.

Clear transparent communication. Fair honest pricing. Kind, polite and courteous workers. The list continues. When I first contacted this company I was greeted by Adriana, a down to earth voice that you are able to talk to. She quickly set up an inspection appointment and the very next day I was greeted by Mark, who happened to be the owner. Mark was very professional, and concise in his communication. I was given an estimate the next day (without wood) and I agreed to the price. Adriana always kept me informed on pertinent information such as material arrival and dump truck parking. I never once heard, "I don't know" it was either an answer to my question or "let me get you that information." On the big day, I was kindly greeted by their workers, they asked me for access points to my roof and quickly got to work. Day 1 consisted of removing all old materials, wood inspection, necessary wood replacement and weather proofing. Day 2 was all shingle placement. I was left speechless upon completion, tears of joy that a brand new, beautiful secure roof was in place. The final price of the project was a little above the estimate because of wood needed, which is what Mark and I had discussed. Overall my experience is 11 out of 10 stars ☆

Mark and Advanced Roofing did a fantastic job, they've done three of our roofs and is slotted to do two more. They were on time and completed the jobs early. Mark Muzio was good to work with from start to finish. I feel he gave me a good price. His employees worked very, very hard all day and they were always respectful. We got Boral Tile Seal and the end result looks good.

I was very pleased with the work done by Advanced Roofing. Our tile roof had developed a couple of leaks and they responded quickly and completed the work quickly. They cleaned up the yard and kept me updated through the process. I would use them again.

They replaced all shingles on my roof in just 2 days, clean and professional job, I would recommend this company to anyone in need of repair or whole roof replacement… they helped me with the whole process with the insurance company and upgraded my shingles to a 30 year manufacturing warranty at no extra cost…

These guys are great. I had my roof done a couple of weeks ago and I could not be more pleased. We contacted them on a Thursday and the roof was completed on the following Saturday and it looks great. Mark was easy to work with and very accommodating and his crew were fast and efficient. They showed up at 5am and finished mid-afternoon the same day. I did not think that was even possible. I have no complaints and would easily recommend them.

We highly recommend Advanced Roofing. We decided to reroof our 21 year old house in preparation for a DIY solar install. Mark was professional and punctual and he provided an excellent product for a good price. When I asked about insurance, he sent me a copy. His crew was extraordinarily hardworking, did great work, and completed our roof in 2.5 days. They were conscientious about cleaning up after each day. I contacted Advanced roofing today as we have a leak above our gage I'm hoping to get a new roof. We have only need ne repair on our roof in the past 25 years. Im choosing Advanced roofing because they have great ratings... I will update when I have more info :)

We recently used Advanced Roofing for our recent roof replacement after wind and hail damage. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! Advanced Roofing is a great company to work with. Mark was there to answer any question I had. They worked diligently with my insurance to get the claim processed and had the job done in less then a week once it was approved. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. Profesional people from top to bottom, they worked out pretty much everything for me, dealing with insurance and adjuster. They finished my whole roof(1950sq foot) in 2 days, let me choose the color I wanted from their catalog, and they had someone to remove my solar panels.
